H2O provides 24 Hour Disaster Response to mitigate a water loss back to a pre-loss state. When there is a delayed response or a failure to eliminate moisture microbial growth may occur. Our team of technicians are trained and follow the IICRC S500 standard to safely dry a structure. For your benefit, customers are given a complete photo documentation, moisture map, atmospheric readings and Xactimate sketch estimate.

We contacted this company regarding some water damage in our basement that resulted in mold damage. They came in to provide us with an estimate. The insurance company had a $50k cap on this, and they knew that. They then gave us an estimate of remediation and damage repair of over $41k and brought in 3 other companies (without asking us), resulting in a revised estimate of over $68k.
We had the remediation and damage repair done by another company for about $20k, and they did a great job, kept us well under our cap. Their prices were ridiculous, to say the least

A few years back, we had H2O replace our 45 year old outside drain tiles. Chad and his crew did a terrific job. They were punctual, polite and finished the job as promised. Since then, we've had H2O fix and replace other issues that needed attention. You won't find a more reliable contractor in this field than Chad. He is honest, doesn't try to upsell and his pricing is reasonable. His crew is always polite and explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. I will definitely use their services again because I can trust them.

What a huge relief to have found H2O Basement Waterproofing & Restoration. My wet basement is history! What a blessing! Chad Jones and his whole crew were perfectionist in every step of the way in taking care of my basement water problem. Communication was great. Chad, Susan, Steve, Mike Parris, Alex Adams & all the crew are super friendly, helpful and informative.
Some fencing, a gate and air conditioner unit had to be taken out before excavating could begin and they were all put back better than new when the job was completed. Top quality job done by a great company and by good people. Thank you again Chad & H2O team!
