Larry called me right away and two weeks later he started the repairs on my roof. They are very professional and his crew not only repaired my leaky roof but also cleaned up after their selves. I would recommend them! Services: Roof repair, Gutter repairs

He gave me three options to take care of my issue and because I chose the cheapest one, he IGNORED me for weeks and when I reached out to him a day before the start date that we both agreed on as professionals, he cancelled on me. I could've easily have had another company do the work in that time frame but since he promised me it would be started by the agreed upon date, I did not reach out to anyone else.

Now I need to start from scratch. Why a professional would offer an option to fix an issue but then use that option against the client later on is beyond me. Never once on the phone did he apologize for blatantly lying to me but he also attempted to make me feel guilty for picking one of the options he gave me himself.

I recently had my roof replaced by Pidgeon Roofing. Not only did they do an excellent job on a quirky, old house, , they also went above and beyond! My porch roof was a mess; some of the decorative corbels were beyond saving. Imagine my surprise when I came home from work one day to find 2 new handmade corbels that matched the originals! They also took great care in cleaning up every day and worked quickly and efficiently. Every one was friendly and helpful and the cost was within my budget.

This company just finished the garage for my father in Skaneateles, New York. My dad said they did a wonderful job, were very conscientious and thorough. They were hard workers! They had to match the color that was originally put on the house to match the sides of the garage and they did a great job. After it was all said and done, the garage looks like it was originally part of the house.

My roofing job was big and expensive, as expected. Pidgeon did a very nice job, the roof looks great, and the roofers were very responsive to installing roof venting and other minor changes. What I did not expect, however, was that they would trash all my gutters and just leave the downspouts hanging. They referred me to a local gutter company, who never responded to my calls (just as well - when I checked their ratings, they were terrible). Bottom line - good work, average price, expect to pay for any small additional changes, and if you have gutters, beware.

Next month will be a full Year waiting for Larry's price offer. He did make contact again being in a 'Very Busy Time of Year'. This firm wants Roof Jobs, the $$$ the better, Customer Service to folks who have referred others to them is just not interesting to them. So even when they say that they do windows, doors, etc.not true.just Roofing. And be prepared to. WAIT.
