I purchased a new roof from Mid-Miami approximately 8 years ago. It's been a durable and value investment but what I am really impressed by is the follow up service the Mid-Miami team provided just recently. A home inspection indicated the B-vent may have an installation issue and the buyer wanted the vent repainted. I called Andrea to schedule the service and to my delight she offered a no-charge inspection (which confirmed no issue with installation) and then didn't charge for the repainting either! Superb customer service!

I don't write reviews often, but they deserve one. I've been so stressed about shingle and roof damage from trees we had cut back. I called mid Miami roofing not sure where to even start. Chad came out quickly and had the repair done quickly. The price was right and I'm so pleased at the results. I'll forever be calling them for any issues I have in the future. Needed ridge vents replaced to stop leaks from coming in. Got several quotes and Mid-miami was the most competitive. Chad came over to do the job and was super nice. Spent about 4 hours working and left the work site as it was before, with the exception of new ridge vents. Was especially impressed that he took the time to go up in the attic to make sure the ridge vents were the problem and provided additional tips to clean up a little mold that had grown. I was very comfortable with the explanation of what would be done and what work was completed. Highly recommend to consider contacting when bidding out for roof work.

This company put a new roof on our house about ten years ago. Last week we discovered a leak on our ceiling tiles in the basement. I called Mid Miami and they were out within the same day! The pipe's boot had moved over time causing the miner problem. They fixed it immediately NO CHARGE! He said it was covered under our lifetime warranty! FANTASTIC people to deal with!

I became a loyal customer with Mid -Miami roofing back in November of 2017 when Doug came out to access a leak that I had in my master bedroom. He was courteous, professional and timely as well presented me with the pictures I asked for of the roof. Doug gave me three options (1)what would repair the leak (2)what would be the preventative measure (3)of course overall the best course of action.

Mind you none of these included a new roof, Doug was trying to save my roof and me money. I chose (3) the work was completed with in the week with a whole set of pictures of the completed work. Fast Forward to February where we had some very serious wind, rain I sprang another leak in a different area on the house ( master bath). Doug came back out took more pictures as well as replaced some shingles on the roof about 2 hours of work for FREE! Doug did not have to do this because he did not cause the damage, Mid-Miami just cares about their customers and makes them feel like family. Thanks Doug you are 5 stars!

Called for them to come check the leak in my roof nobody answered phone but since I live down the street I drove up there and found both people in the office just talking and letting phone ring, I set up appointment the rep was 30 mins late he walked in asked for my email address for the quote and then went to get ladder. He was up on my roof for less than 10 mins and took some pictures mainly in areas where the roof wasn't leaking climbed down I asked what he thought was causing the leak he said he would email me the quote with a good better and best price hopped in truck types in the address of his next appointment and left. Has been 2 days since then and no quote emailed to me. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and didn't even seemed concerned to even help fix my roof like they didn't need the business so I would advise to go somewhere else these people suck bad and I'm going to make sure nobody else I know uses this company I was prepared to have fixed that day since it's a bad leak and had to go somewhere else complete waste of time and I'm going to post this review in every spot I can because the service was so bad. *** My response to the owner is I was wrong the estimator was 15 mins late outside of the window not 30 and no blame was given by me to your business for the poor quality install of my roof by another company.

The phones not working I understand isn't your problem things happen but when you walk in and see people talking and letting phones ring so they can finish a personal conversation doesn't leave a good impression regardless if you was having phone issues, I was just trying to get the problem with my roof fixed. There is no all of a sudden urgency to have fixed, when you ask any repair oriented business to give you a price and opinion on what might be wrong they usually are able to give you a price range of how much it can cost to be repaired and a time frame on when they would be able to come out and get the work done unless that business deals with commodities where the price can change daily but I don't think the price of shingles changes everyday. Taking 48 hours to figure out how much something will cost to fix is not reasonable at all when 3 other companies was able to give ballparks on price and timeframe on the spot so not sure why you need 48 hours.

I wasn't looking for an exact price or specific time for work to be done just a ballpark like you get when dealing with any repair type of business and if you needed 48 hours to figure out a quote that information would have been nice to know upfront so that if I was needing an urgent fix I could have planned accordingly, not have an estimator show up and say we have to figure it out and send you an email just leaves me with the impression that the estimator is really just a picture taker so that a real estimator can give a quote later and that also would be fine but should be explained upfront I really didn't want to give you a bad review and I wanted to use a local company who I seen had good reviews but the experience I had with your business was sub par.

We called Mid-Miami after discovering a water stain on a second floor ceiling. The Admin who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. We told her that we had planned a trip out of town and asked if it would be possible to get someone right away. She scheduled an inspection with the roofing specialist for the very next day. Greg was on time, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Very quickly he was able to identify two areas where water was getting in (around nails that hadn't been properly seated). He was able to make the repairs on the spot without the need for a second visit. I would definitely use Mid-Miami for any future roofing needs.

We used Mid-Miami Roofing for a major project on our 165 year old home. They did an outstanding job replacing asphalt with new metal roof, repairing sagging roof joists, insulation, replacement of siding with James Hardie material and lining of box gutters with EPDM. The follow-up has been amazing. They noticed some shingles missing on a part of the roof (that they didn't work on) after a storm.

I wasn't even aware of the problem. They sent someone over and repaired the missing shingles without charge. That kind of customer service and concern is rare. I would recommend them to anyone.
