My husband and I had a new roof put on just before we moved (the buyers' insurance company would otherwise not insure it). Justin at Andrus Brothers has helped us with this process. They did a superb job on our roof. Not only that, but our new house has a four-year class 4 roof put on by American Roofing that had: 1) the paint torn off from the siding when they removed (tore) the shingles off, and 2) there was a gap between that said siding and the roof itself where water could collect.

Because we had such a good experience with Andrus Brothers, we contacted Justin. He sent some people out to put a sealant in at no charge! It was not even a roof they put on! I can thus highly recommend Andrus Brothers!

Personally have not had work done with Andrus Brothers, BUT they were working on multiple houses that shared an alley with mine. This eventually led to roofers nails being all over the ground which ultimately led to one getting stuck in my motorcycle tire. Without hesitation, Jeremy Andrus contacted me to make it right and offered to take care of the bill for me after having to get a new tire. Professional, friendly, and so so thankful for a wonderful company that is willing to make things right for customers and non customers! Will definitely keep them in mind for future roofing needs! On time, hard workers, great service. Ty was our sales rep and did a great job. I was shocked when he pulled up for our first meeting on time. Sad when you're shocked by this, but in this day I never expect it. Jesus and the roofing crew were about as hard workers as I've ever been around. Andrus did what they said they were going to do, did it on time and did it to exceptional standards.

I was in commercial roofing when I was a kid and I thought "no one will meet my standards." They exceeded them. I hope to never have to replace a roof again, but if I do, I'll call Andrus again.

I had some shingles blown off my roof from a wind we had a few weeks ago. I called Andrus Brothers to come out and fix it. "Kent" came out and talked with me, told me he would get up on my roof and take a look and see what the "office" could do for me about getting a new roof. This was something I didn't even want as I know I cant get a new roof at this point. Kent didn't even get on my roof like he said nor has he or anyone at Andrus Brothers contacted me about getting my roof fixed. Now, this past Friday rain came, and now the inside of my house is wet because I was waiting on Andrus Brothers to fix the roof.

Thanks for nothing Andrus Brothers, I will find someone else to fix my roof and replace it once I can. Apparently, a job is too small for Andrus Brothers. They are only interested in getting a whole roof from you. Do not use this company.

I won't use Andrus Bros again. They hit an AC pipe and it cost me $800 to get it fixed. Was told by the owner that it was put in the wrong place and they were not responsible. Never again.

I'm updating and improving my earlier review where I commented that after three weeks Andrus Bros still hadn't follow-up on their promise to fix some damage they did to our trim, etc while replacing our roof. They have now had someone come and make those repairs and we are happy they've done that. They were very apologetic and said they are working to see things like this don't happen in the future. Their response raises their rating to 4 stars. The initial problems preclude me from giving them a 5.

Initially we had some concerns with the repairs we paid for, and not everything had been completed. After contacting the roofer, he responded immediately, and he came back the following day to finish and make sure everything was completed. I am a true believer in it's not about making mistakes, but how you overcome those mistakes and turn them into opportunities.

Not only did the roofer complete the work, but Jerry Andrus came to our house that day to double check that everything was completed. The service we received to correct the mistakes was something you do not receive with just any company, and I would recommend them for future needs. They turned us around and I can say Andrus Brothers has been great to us.

Great honest people, did our roofing needs a few years ago! They were great, very fast too and the roof has held up awesome! We had it done several times before and almost every year had to have it redone until we used Andrus! I would highly recommend this roofing company!

I had a representative come give me an estimate for a new roof. She gave me all the information, the. She started talking about things she could do that I did not understand. She asked if I would be interested and I told I was not sure because I just need her to tell me how much I would owe, she was defensive and a bit rude and said well I can do that but I won't be able to help you in other areas. I was so confused when she left on a huff.

We recently used Andrus Brothers to replace our roof after a hail storm. They were incredible from start to finish. I was so impressed with their entire process. Eric helped get the replacement set up and even adjusted his schedule so that he could be present when the insurance adjuster came. Once we had the insurance quote, their crew came to replace the roof within a week.

The crew that did the roofing could not have been better. They kept us informed throughout and were very professional. They were very careful to respect our property and did a great job cleaning up when the job was done. One thing I really appreciated was that they made sure that there were no nails in the drive way each day before leaving. I give them my highest recommendation. With such great treatment, no one else will touch our roof except Andrus Brothers. Give them a call if you have any roofing needs!

I will give a neutral rating because I have no idea about the quality of the roofing but I will say that their workers are loud, messy and have no respect for the neighbors of the house in which they are replacing a roof. Trash was left in my front yard and even my backyard. I think it's great when people have a good time at work but whenever you work nights and you can't sleep because all you hear is very loud talking followed by rambunctious laughter, it's kind a hard to get some sleep, and what sucks even worse is that I couldn't even laugh with them because I don't speak Spanish.

If the owner of the company would just have his crew not park in front of neighbors driveways, clean up their mess, and not be so obnoxiously loud then maybe they would gain more business!

Two words -Ty Porter. Talk about customer service and care to the very last detail. Our Project Manager, Ty and his ABR team not only did a fantastic job on our roof but they were a wealth of knowledge throughout the ENTIRE process from the technical to the insurance piece. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you ALL so very much! Lubbock is fortunate to have companies like you!
