Both the rep (Bill) and the work crew were amazing. Very personable and professional. Went the extra mile to explain what was being done. VERY conscientious about the work site. Continuously cleaning up, very careful, and thorough. We had our neighbors commenting to us about how quiet and efficient the crew was. That is not something you see much anymore. Consummate professionals who truly cared about their work. If you need roof work done, this is the company to use! I would comment about the gutter installation here but that was a different subcontractor (Also very good).

PLEASE read - Bob Lynette's post (~9th review down) says it all. I couldn't have said it any better. I needed the same repairs to my home when I chose Bill several years ago to fix/replace my roof and all that goes with it. Bill has had to replace roof again twice since then BUT only because the damage from the recent hail storms in my area. Yes, Bill has done my roof three times now using the same excellent crew. No one else will ever touch my roof. Reviews are 'spot on' of the ones I have read.

I can't speak highly enough of Bill and the Done Right Roofing team. Bill takes the worry out of dealing with the insurance company, as he handles all the paperwork and interactions with them. Bill and his team has replaced my roof twice, over the 19 years in my home. The quality has always been the best, and any concerns quickly addressed. Bill has even followed-up multiple times after the project completion to make sure everything is ok.

Bill and the excellent staff at Done Right Roofing are superior to any of the other roofing companies out there. Very responsive to the customer's needs and professional in how the job is handled. We had our roof upgraded about 6 years ago and again in 2021 when the large hail storm destroyed a number of properties in our neighborhood including our house.

We were on the phone with Bill and our insurance company and both responded in no time. The job was completed quickly and we are extremely satisfied with the results. Bill and the entire team at Done Right Roofing were excellent. Bill kept us informed of the status of our roof replacement process and was quick to deliver any updates on our shingles that were delayed due to the supply chain with all the COVID drama. We wanted a specific color and Bill and his company were patient to wait with us until the product arrived.

As soon as it did, the roof was up and completed in 2 days. Amazing! On-site, during installation, the team was great as well. They even covered our pool and the cleanup was excellent. They arranged for the seamless gutter company to have them installed soon after the roof was completed. Great experience, twice! Done Right helped us when our old roof needed repairs and replacement. They were quick to respond, courteous, and listened to our special needs with our pets. They did such a good job the first time that when a big storm with 3-inch hailstones destroyed our roof, we invited them back for another round. Don't call anyone else!

Done Right Roofing did an exceptional installation of our new roof and supplied quality products for the job. We were amazed at the daily work ethic of the crew, working diligently from early to late. They even worked on Saturday and Sunday. We had rain several nights before completion, but they prevented any leaks by covering with plastic sheeting.

During pre-construction inspection, Bill Silvey noticed other repair issues, such as cracked fireplace chimney caps, and recommended a contractor for their repair. This company goes above and beyond your normal roofing company. I will definitely use Done Right for any roofing needs in the future.

Done Right Roofing did a great job for us. Bill was professional in his presentation of his company. He brought samples of the roof materials they would be putting on our roof and explained everything in detail from the new material they use on the underlay to painting the vents to match the roof. His crew was also very professional and courteous they showed up and went right to work spreading tarps to protect my flower beds and lawn. Their work on the roof was very good and the cleanup was outstanding. We are very please with the job Bill and his crew did for us and would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Done Right Roofing and Bill. They had done our neighbor's roof, and shortly after the job was complete, we had a storm that knocked down some fences and quite a few of our shingles. Our neighbor's roof looked as new as ever, with no damage. That convinced us that we couldn't do better than Done Right, and we could not have asked for a more positive and painless experience! We couldn't be more pleased with the work Done Right Roofing has done for us at both our home and our church. Our roof at home was damaged by a tornado and needed to be replaced. During a time where everything was chaos, Bill made the process a breeze. He came over and went over our options very clearly, and he took care of everything from start to finish.

The work was done quickly, and the attention to detail was perfect. It looks fantastic! Bill also repaired the roof at our church. The roof is past time for replacement, and with the building shifting, there were a few areas of concern. We can not recommend Done Right roofing enough. A great experience all the way around and the new roof looks great! The workers were all very professional and put in every last nail the old fashioned and best way.with a hammer. They cleaned everything up and we haven't found a single nail anywhere.
