All Climate Roofing

All Climate Roofing provided roof repairs to my home. Charles (Owner) was easy to work with. The work crews were timely, neat and professional. The workmanship was top quality and the price was fair and competitive.

This was the second roof repair job where I used All Climate Roofing. Both jobs were done professionally and on time. My only concern was that the cost was relatively high. However, I knew the cost "going in" so it was my choice to use them or get a second estimate.

Had an appointment to get someone to look at my leaking roof, no one showed up and my calls kept going unanswered. Very unprofessional especially considering the emergency nature of my needed service.

We had to have our roof completely redone due to this past January's wind storms. All Climate Roofing (ACR) had other jobs ahead of us and they were will worth the wait (we waited 3 months). Work was completed within 2 weeks. In addition, their was structural damage from terminates and dry rot. Charles and his crew did a great job. Both Charles and Lucy are wonderful to work with, flexible, down to earth people.

His crew arrived on time everyday, worked late (6pm) and most impressive of all: cleaned the job site daily. Charles provides and recommends high end materials and his greatest strength is designing custom fit parts for the house and he visits the job site daily. Probably one of the best roofers in Ventura County.

Highly recommend them if you need any roof work done. Charles and his crew pretty much had to redo the whole roof after a different company failed to do what was needed. They were very professional, showed up on time and worked hard the whole time, cleaned up at the end of the day. The roof looks great! We also had the stucco repaired and the house painted by All Climate Painting. Again, Lucy and her crew did a great job! The house looks 100% better and we have been telling everyone who asks that All Climate can do the job and do it right!

I'm totally happy with the masking of staff for my protection and that of my family. Quality work and price were great plus in my book.

Definitely recommend All Climate Roofing. Did a great job doing general maintenance, repairing, replacing roof tiles, cleaning gutters, trimming overhanging branches, etc. Very impressed with clean-up when finished. Had a wonderful experience working with Charlie and Lucy and I would highly recommend them for any roofing job. Here's our story. House is 20 years old with a Spanish tile roof. Some tiles were missing and I also wanted an assessment of the condition of the roof. Called 3 people for an estimate. First guy forgets to bring his ladder, quoted me his hourly rate, and left in under 10 minutes.

Second guy at least climbed up on the roof, looked around for a few minutes, and gave me a general estimate. Charlie spent an hour carefully inspecting the roof, taking pictures, and drawing up a detailed estimate which he reviewed with me before he left. I was very impressed and proceeded with All Climate. Charlie and his team were back in less than 2 weeks and coordinating everything via text with his wife Lucy was very convenient. Charlie is very detail oriented and he and his guys did a great job. Replaced broken tiles, sealed and painted pipes, and replaced the missing tiles.

He also identified a rat problem and they removed a large number of tiles to clean everything out. When the job was complete, Charlie showed me more pictures and gave me a complete report. I could not be happier with the job that Charlie and his crew did. Next time I need roofing work, only 1 person I will call!

I wish to thank Charles and his crew for their care and quality work. Charles took a personal interest in doing the required repairs and maintenance to our roof in a timely matter, just in time before the seasonal rains.

Lucy and Charles came out to my Thousand Oaks home and provided a fair price for some roof repair work that I needed done. On top of the roof tile replacements, we also asked them for a roof inspection and they were able to point out a few other items that needed repair. All in all we felt they were very honest and we are very satisfied with the quality of All Climate's work.

We hired the Climate Roofing back in July 2020 during the COVID pandemic for our 2nd floor leaky balcony. Owners Lucy & Charlie are very easy to work with. Their crew is also very knowledgeable & clean up is very prompt. Their professionalism is also a top notch. They will tell you what will be involved & will give their professional opinion/recommendations. Post completion report - our balcony hasn't been leaking during the last 2 heavy rains we have had.

I was wildly disappointed from the jump, on day 3 I had called Lucy the "project manager" and told her I was concerned things where not going As expected and she assured me all is well. It was not. The job took 3 months not 7 days and well here is what I'd wish I'd known when we hired them off Yelp 3 months ago -when you call Lucy she comes or sends someone to look then sends someone else days later then never follows up so everything takes at least 3-4 trips. -late come and go as they please.

Would be waiting to open the garage door for hours some days no calls. -ruined our front lawn but putting the demo pile on it and leaving it over night. -damaged garage door. See pictures. -also shattered glass on garage and did eventually fix it. After calling Lucy 4 times. -would leave and just not come back or call for weeks. -had to call them to come finish the paint, they just left it undone. -had to call to do stucco repair just left it for again weeks no contact. -the Crew would work on their truck in our drive way. Left a huge mess everywhere, sloppy work. See pictures I never like to leave a 1 star but had to be honest. As I did find this company on Yelp.

Called and made appointment to get roof checked, never showed, never called to say they were not going to make the appointment.

Super professional and knocked the job out of the park. Had a leak in my garage that required new plywood and felt. They cut our the water damage sections and laid new plywood on an area of 15' x 20'. They were done in a day and cleaned up their mess when done.

I have used all climate roofing 3 times over the past several years and must say the service, workmanship and costs have deteriorated significantly over time. Charles was once responsive and service oriented --now he and his wife appear to be focused on generating their own revenue than on delivering on customer service. I would definitely recommend getting other quotes before using all climate--if you do us them I suggest that you except to be less than delighted with the overall value

All Climate Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof after damage was caused by the Thomas fire in Ventura. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. The workers were always on time, friendly and very hardworking. Charles Petri, the owner of the company, was on site working and and communicating with us all the time.
