They initially put on my roof, and they are the only ones I will allow on my roof. Professional, efficient couldn't be more pleased. Daddario is an excellent choice if you need to get your roof replaced. Our roof started leaking during a major storm and Daddario sent someone out within days to fix the leak (it held for several months until we could get on the schedule). Needless to say, we learned that the whole roof needed to be replaced. The process from the initial bid through the final construction was professional and customer friendly.

The team was quick to answer any questions via email, they delivered samples to our door, and the work crews were fantastic. Every day they left the grounds spotless and before we knew it, the new roof and gutters were installed. Yay! No one really wants to spend money on a new roof, but if you have to, Daddario is highly recommended!

Have a 20 year old roof with previous minor repairs done 3 years ago by this company. Had a free inspection where they found no issues and recommended a follow up inspection in 5 years. They were prompt, thorough and honest.

Wow! It's rare to find great customer service these days! Joe McNair, project mgr., went over and above when it came to our basic new roofing needs. He even came out to our house to consult with our contractor about a potential bldg./roofing issue, at no charge to us. The crew was friendly and professional and clearly did a great job as we had 0 leaks during the recent deluge of rain. Two of my neighbors also used Daddario and everyone has been happy and were very willing to refer them to us.

We recently had our roof replaced and polyiso insulation added to our roof by Daddario Roofing. Everyone we worked with was very professional and kept us informed through the whole process. We had many questions and found them to be patient and knowledgeable. They did all needed repairs before installing the insulation and the new roof and explained each part of this process.

They also coordinated with the gutter replacement for us. We recommend them without reservation. Their pricing was competitive with other estimates we got. We chose them based on other references we had read and heard.

Rarely yelp, but have to shine the light on Daddario Roofing. Our roof needed replacing, and we also needed to add 3 inches of polyiso insulation because we had zero insulation on our roof. Joe was masterful at answering our many, many questions. The crew was friendly, hardworking and super efficient. The roof turned out perfect. The addition of the polyiso has kept our house so much cooler during the early part of the summer.

Their attention to detail and care was incredible. They took care of every small request with zero hassling. We highly, highly recommend using Daddario. Their estimate was super competitive with the other two companies that we checked out.

We recently moved into our new home in Aptos. A couple things showed up on the inspection report for our roof. I felt that we should get it checked out for possible repairs. Daddario Roofing came out to examine the issues. They felt that one of the covers should be sealed and did so while they were up on the roof. There was no charge! The inspector felt that the roof should be solid.

What a relief. This is definitely an honest roofing company and I would definitely use them for future roofing needs. They have done other excellent work in our neighborhood, as well.

I wanted to replace the 30-year-old roof on my Victorian house near downtown Santa Cruz. Based on reviews and recommendations from friends, I got quotes from 2 companies, Daddario and Knox. Daddario's price was better, so I chose them. Everything went smoothly, from fine-tuning the specs and quote with Joe McNair to scheduling the job to completion of the work.

The entire job, from tear-down to completion, was done in 1.5 days. The workers were polite and accomodating. They did a pretty good job of cleanup, although I do have a bit of sweeping to do. All in all, I'm a happy customer and would highly recommend Daddario Roofing.

We contracted Daddario roofing to replace the nearly 30 year old roofs in our small HOA complex of 6 buildings. Joe McNair was very patient with us throughout the process answering all questions and concerns as well as providing samples to help us decide on the best replacement roofing system. We have a deck that needs to have the, waterproofing roof redone. Contacted Daddario to get a quote. Spoke with Janessa, she was lovely. Was informed that to get a quote would be about a month, they are really busy, okay can work with that. This is a vacation home so we are not here all the time, it was agreed with Janessa that I would email more information on the project as well as when we would be back to see about setting up a time for the quote. Sounded good to me, until I woke up to a message from them this morning, I hadn't sent over the additional information yet. Steve D. Steve D.

Very happy that they are so busy in this crazy time to refuse to even give out quotes or truly look at what a potential job would require. We have had this home for almost 30 years and love Capitola with all our hearts, this makes me sad. So my recommendation is don't even bother requesting a quote they are clearly not interested in receiving and new business

BEST roofing company ever! As a real estate Broker Associate & property manager, I've been working with Daddario for years. They have always provided excellent service & their work is first rate. Alas I had the opportunity to have them replace my own roof & I can't thank them enough. I absolutely love it! Such a transformation. They did the tear off & installation in 1 day! Our 30 year old roof needed replacing so I went out and got a few estimates. Daddario came in middle range which was good, but Joe and Jenessa were so very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process. We were scheduled for the beginning of "shelter in place" and everything went off without a hitch. The guys were fast (done in 2 days), professional and very clean. The following day gutters were installed just in time for a weekend deluge! We truly couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Daddario Roofing.

Daddario replaced the roof on my house in Fall of 2019. This was a somewhat more complicated job than most since it involved converting from a wood shake to a composite shingle roof as well as adding 3 inches of insulating foam below the roof on the section of my house that does not have an attic. When all is said and done, I am very happy with the result.

The roof looks great. The installation job appears to be very well done. And, most importantly, no more leaks. But the process of getting to this result was less than excellent. Throughout the installation process, Daddario did a very poor job of communicating with me about issues, progress and timelines. The job (and the disruption to my work and my household) took over twice as long as they originally estimated and they never once communicated this delay to me.

I had to ask the crew for status reports on a twice daily basis since the project manager was nowhere to be found. He showed up exactly once at the beginning of the project and that was it. More importantly, on the non-standard part of the job - the finish carpentry that went along with raising the roof by 3 on part of the house - they went ahead and (almost) completed the job without asking for any input from me and doing what can only be described as a very unsatisfactory job of finish carpentry - the new trim did not at all match the trim on the remainder of the house.

I had to step in and interrupt the job and insist that it be (re)done correctly. In the end, the completed job was fine. But due to the aggravation caused by their lack of communication and their lack of adequate project management, I cannot give Daddario my full 5-star recommendation.
