Brennan-Fraser Roofing & Siding

They installed a fan in my attic because they said I had a ventilation problem. I can't even run the fan because it puts my house at a negative pressure which is causing boiler exhaust to dump into the basement and it sets off the CO detector. They said they would come to take out the fan for me but they have scheduled three different appointments and have not shown up for any of them. They will not return my calls and I even had them hang up on me when calling. Do not use with this company it will be nothing but a big headache. I give them zero stars.

This is the second job Brennan-Fraser has done for me. Both jobs were done quickly and very competently. My area had bad storms several weeks ago, and ALL the roofing companies are going crazy with work. BF has staff working overtime, 6 days a week, but managed to fit me in when others couldn't even get back to me. The work was done carefully, and I can't tell where the new shingles were placed.

They wrangled the old rain skirts off, and the new ones look great. They did some extra cosmetic work that I asked about, too! All the people I had contact with were polite and generous, really great people to work with. I found them all to be trustworthy. I will be using them in 6 to 8 years, to replace my roof again. Oh-I talked to a project manager about doing this in 4 or 5 years, and he *talked me out of it*.

He said to wait, that he would wait with his own roof if it looked like mine. You can't beat that. So Brennan-Fraser gets my full vote, and you should consider them for your roofing job, too.

Called them this summer to replace siding fascia that had blown off. They did the original siding job on our house. They said they would take care of it. Made multiple calls over months and they kept assuring me, don't worry, we'll fix it, we won't forget about you. Well, it's December, the snow is falling, and nobody from Brennan Fraser has shown up.

I just had Brennan-Fraser replace the roof on my house. It only took them one day and they did a great job cleaning up. I only had one issue, a gutter was dented during install. I emailed Mike, and he had someone out the next day to replace the gutter. I have used Brennan-Fraser in the past for windows, and I get the same great service each time. With regards to my roof, they were the only contractor that didn't ask for anything down (most were asking for 40%). When I asked Mike why they don't ask for down payments, he said "We want you to be 100% satisfied before we get paid". That's the way it should be!

Brennan Fraser did work for us and we had no problems and were 100 % happy and satisfied and would recommend them

Brennan Fraser just finished a large roofing & siding job at my house. They did a great job and I appreciated their prompt service and quality work!

I had major hail damage and Brennan Fraser replaced my roof in one day. Very professional. Brian worked with the insurance adjuster which made it easier for me. The crew cleaned up the area completely. Very satisfied. I'd hire them again.

Brennan Fraser has done good work for me. They did the roof on my house about 7 years ago and this summer (2013) when I needed to replace the roof on my garage, I called them again. The crew was professional, well equipped and the job was done to my satisfaction.

My experience with Brennan-Fraser has been a complete nightmare. They are replacing my siding on a 2 story house. They started working on my home on April 29th of 2013, today is May 22, 2013 and the house is only half completed. I have called the company and talked to Bill and Brian several times with little to no effect on getting the work done. I have called twice just about picking up the nails left in my driveway.

The people putting on the siding spend about 4 hours actually working on the house a day and the rest of the time talking on the phone. They have been caught going to the bathroom behind my garage by my neighbors. Not once in this time period have they worked past 3 in the afternoon. My house has been exposed to the weather thru this time frame. I have had to move their equipment 3 times just to caught my grass.

In my opinion the customer just doesn't matter to the people in the office. I would not recommend this company for siding a house. Hopefully this review will save someone else the frustration I have been through trying to get my house done.
