McKinnis is without a doubt a top notch roofing company in the Omaha metro area.

McKinnis crushed it putting in all new Siding and Windows at our home. We can't thank them for understanding our vision, making changes to the estimates when we asked and being so darned flexible in working with us! The result is astounding. From Joey, to William, to Shawn and their teams, they were professional, polite and such a great group to work with during this huge renovation. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a leak at my commercial metal building and needed repair. I contacted McKinnis Inc to ask them to inspect and after their report, including pictures of the damage, hired them to make repairs. I was more than satisfied at their quick response, fair price, and picture evidence of not only the damaged sections, but repairs made. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with roof damage.

McKinnis Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof, windows, siding, fascia and gutters. Our family is so grateful on the McKinnis team's communication before, during and after our project. My husband Kirby and I had McKinnis restoration help us with our main line pipe clog that overflowed in our house in July 2018-2019. It took about a year to get the damage restored due to scheduling, the recent major flood, and our insurance company. We also had 3 other things go wrong with the house at the time including our master shower failing and going through our garage, plus a sump pump issue, and additional mold we found that their mitigation team took care of.

There were some issues with the subcontractors for our flooring. They would immediately respond to us and assist in making it right. Mitch, Cameron, and Travis were great in helping us through all the issues of our home from the clog, which there were a ton! Pretty sure they will never forget our house! It's been over a year since they finished and we have really enjoyed, basically a brand new house, which included 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and the entire basement they helped restore.

They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process, including dealing with our insurance company and overwhelmed homeowners. When we think back of how much they really did for us, they really went above and beyond for our home. For example, when the ice started melting really quick, our garage was starting to flood from our back door. We had cameras and Cameron and Travis immediately grabbed brooms to try and sweep it out and called me right away.

Please let them know that we are really thankful for what all they did as it was a hectic time and feel we really didn't get to say that. We are extremely happy with our restoration.

I contacted Mckinnis Roofing as they did my roof a few years back. I was looking to complete the last section of gutter guards above my garage. Joey reached out the same say after my request. Came out two days later to meet with me. Explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to help me remove a section of my Christmas lights. Then called me the morning of my install and let me know what the plan was as snow was still in my gutters.

They came and cleaned off a bunch of snow, then came back a several hours later after the sun melted and completed the project. Knocked on my door after the install to explain what they did and had me verify everything was taken care of. Over all excellent experience and would recommend Mckinnis Roofing to family and friends!

McKinnis Inc replaced our old asbestos roof this year. They did a fantastic job and we got the new roof just in time for snow. No more ice dams and leaking through the garage. It's rare to find a company that is first rate from inspection and bid to the final nail, but McKinnis did every step at top quality, even finishing up on Saturday before a significant rain. The estimator clearly explained work needed and determined existing roofing is holding up despite some age. Very valuable information. We could not be happier!

Very dishonest company with shoddy workmanship. Here is picture of the roofers standing on gutter to replace roofing! Also note no use of safety devices! OSHA would NOT approve. Do not use! PS I have been waiting for 2 months for McKinnis to fix their shoddy installation of a roof. In the meantime siding has begun blowing off, due to THEIR improper installation of the replacement roof (which now needs to be torn off and replaced).

Everyone I worked with was kind, very professional and careful with our home and its contents, which I greatly appreciated. Our contact was always prompt in responding to my many emails and very considerate when answering my concerns. They worked with our insurance company and kept us informed in scheduling work to be done. I would highly recommend McKinnis Restoration for any work required.

Don't sign a contract with them. You will be locked into low bid contractors and have little control over the timing and implementation of the projects. You are much better off dealing with individual contractors yourself.

This company will not take responsibility for damages they caused. They lie, are sneaky and I would never recommend them.

Okay we posted a review on Google that was removed, lets see if this one disappears as well. We had McKinnis do our roof, siding and gutters after the June 2014 hail storm in Blair. I choose them because of the great service I had received before when using their crews not sub contractors, in 2013 they put in 2 skylights & did some siding repairs, great job - however NOT the case on this job.

The management of this job was deplorable from the start. Wrong products, no management, over priced, no cons cession for using sub contractors, nickeled and dimed our insurance provider to insure an increased profit. The workers showed NO respect for our property, cooking their lunch in microwaves, throwing skylights with glass off our roof, not managing the workers, nor the clean up, which they were paid to do.

No refund or adjustment was offered for our time. We have had over 80,000.00 worth of work done on this property and McKinnis is the only company we had issues with. We have spent hours, picking up nails and glass. Workers cut our drywall installing the exact same skylights replaced 1 year ago by the same company with them being put in place exactly as they were no damage.

If you are interested in hiring a company that will overcharge you, do an okay job, drive over your lawn, throw skylights off your roof onto your client drive and leave stuff this is the company for you. The work itself was okay, certainly not excellent as siding was not done in full pieces, but overall not bad, but others will do it better for less while employing workers that are provided fair pay & benefits.

I am hiring another company to inspect as I have no faith in the completeness of this job. Said, after a 9600.00 deductible I get to spend another 400.00 having their work checked.

After the big hail storm last year I contracted them in June/July for the work. It didn't get completed until November and I had to constantly contact them for updates on the status of my project. They also asked multiple times for payment before the work was complete. Upon completion they left scraps of siding in my yard. I contacted them again due to the recent high winds regarding siding that had come off and I thought would be covered under warranty.

It wasn't but I asked them to give me an estimate of the work since they were there and I never got it. Even after I was told by the rep. and the sales manager my request was being made a priority. After telling the manager how I was disappointed he said he would give me a call that day and get something worked out. I never heard from him. The last contact I had was to them two weeks later to let them know they lost my business.
