I have been trying for over a year to get them to come back and do warranty work. They say they will fix the roof leak but never show up. Their show up work has happened several times now. In the beginning the roof only needed repairs. However, we decided to have them replace the entire roof since they had good ratings. In the end. I lost! I'm still trying to get them out to fix it.

I needed my roof fixed in order to complete the sale of my house. I needed to close quickly and Stout Roofing was able to fit me into their busy schedule. Throughout the process their communication was fantastic, workmanship was great and their inspection report was extremely detailed. With this level of service most would assume they would be very expensive, but their prices were very affordable. Thanks again Stout Roofing.

We requested a bid from several contractors in the area and Les was the only one that came up the same day and gave us a bid on the spot. When we accepted the bid, they scheduled the work 4 business days later. Seriously? Nobody in St George gets work done that quickly. They Showed up on time and had it completed the same day. Oh and the price we very good. Les was easy to work with, very nice and very professional! I just wish all contractors made it that easy.

They didn't want to fix a limited leak in one area of an otherwise decent roof. So I paid for an entire re-roof to make it worth their while. But they did agree to "stand behind their work". Unfortunately they STILL didn't fix the leak! And they refused to come back and fix it later unless I paid them more! Also when you read their canned response below, please consider; who are you gonna believe? Because, in my case at least, what they said was not true!

After having storm damage to my roof and having to go through my home owners insurance, stout roofing came through for me and made my stressful situation easy. Not only did they communicate with my insurance they were out quick to give me a quote even with me living 2 1/2 hours out of st George, all the staff I spoke with or met while the roof was being installed were professional and a pleasure to work with, the roof looks amazing, thanks everyone at stout roofing.

Stout roofing is who you call if you live in St. George, period. The price was great, and they stuck by the price even though it was probably more work than they had originally anticipated. When you're getting your roof repaired or getting a new roof, you definitely want to call the best, and Stout roofing is unquestionably the best. Just give them a call and they'll take care of everything for you.

I called several roofing companies in the area to get a bid or have someone come and fix a loose tile on my roof. Most told me they just could not make it and were too busy and could not give me a time frame. Todd Iverson of Stout showed up and put the tile back in place, as well as another one. He told me "no charge", not a problem at all, happy to do business with you!
What a great experience. If I ever have any additional roofing needs, these will be my "go to guys"! Just a great customer service experience-which these days is hard to find! My hat is off to you guys! Thanks again!
