Gibson Roofing

Gibson roofing is true to there word! I am a local plumbing contractor who has business dealings with many contractors, as well as hundreds on clients. The hardest thing to find is a company that communicates, shows up on time and follows through with good craftsmanship. These guys checked all the box's for my personal project. I am grateful for the work they did.

I received a few quotes and Gibson Roofing was a little lower than the others and offered quality shingles and color selection. They had trouble finding my first choice color selection so I gave them a second choice but they kept at it and were able to track down my first color choice. They scheduled my job very quickly. They arrived with a large crew and finished removal and install all on the same day.

They added in a ridge vent (old roof didn't have it) to improve the ventilation in the attic. When they were done they picked up everything - not even a fragment of old shingle or wrapping to be found. They even offered to haul away the old basketball hoop that was installed on the roof that I didn't want anymore. It was a great experience and they would be my first choice to call.

Might be time to replace some family and hire a more responsive work force. Called and asked for a quote for a new roof. Said someone would be out. Called again a week later, told they were busy but I was on the schedule and someone would be out. Two weeks and still no response. Might be acceptable if they had the courtesy to call and explain.
