Holt Roofing

Company sent a rep out to quote me for repairs to my detached garage roof, gave me a quote, which I agreed to. Now, over a year later, after a parade of "we'll be out in a couple weeks!" every time I called, they still haven't come out to fix the roof of my garage, which only got worse over the winter and now I'm looking at having to replace the rear wall of the garage as well.

All they ever did to it was throw a tarp over it just before winter, which didn't cover the whole roof. I don't know if they kept moving more lucrative repair jobs up in front of mine, or if they literally somehow forgot about me, over and over and over, but it doesn't matter; I now have even more expensive repairs to sort out due to their lack of action. Maybe you'll have better luck with them than I did, but if you get Zach as your project manager, don't believe a word he says about when they'll be out.

The work seems good. When they did the work they covered my camera so I couldn't see how many boards they actually used.the work took a very long time. started off with a full crew the first day and after that it I think it was 2 guys the rest of the time. The price was high and I think I was over charged on boards replaced. Like I said they covered the camera (every day) so who really knows. I can't recommend them for these reasons.

I had a horrible experience with a company that recently did a full roof install on my house (Roofing Done Rite.). Holt came out and fixed all of their errors for a good price. Josh did a great job, especially at the chimney (caulking looks really professional.) The receptionist, Rachel, was very nice and helpful. Overall, very satisfied and will only do business with Holt, moving forward. Additionally, when I had my roof inspected by the city of Toledo last summer, they told me that Holt is the best roofing company in the area and they never find noncompliances from their work.

We had (3) roofs replaced by Holt over the past 20 years. One at my business, one at my home, both of these approx. 20 years ago. Both have stood up very well, and when any minor service issues have arisen, they were taken care of very promptly. The third roof we did was on my dad's house just recently. The lead time was minimal, and they completed the job BEFORE the estimated date. The quality of work was excellent, and the price they charged was the lowest of several estimates. Would highly recommend.

Holt was 3rd company we had come out to the house to look at our roof as we where having some leeks but not during every rain. The first 2 companies recommended a full replacement due to the moss on the roof. But booth companies said there was no significant damage to the shingles. Then Holt came out said the same thing as far as the moss was causing the leeks but the shingles have many years left and a replacement or repair is not needed at this time.

He then recommended getting the roof cleaned by a company he recommended two, we ended going with team H2O spray. I appreciate the honesty and guidance. This is going to save us thousands of dollars right now and allow us some years to prepare for a roof replacement. Holt has earned our respect and future business!

I've known several guys that work at holt and they have nothing but good things to say about them. This is one of the good roofing companies in Toledo Ohio.

Had a great experience with Holt Roofing Company. This company provided great customer service and workmanship. Refreshing to call a business and and there is someone to take your call. I was given all my options and prices along with answers to all my questions pertaining to roofing materials and details about the roofing installation. The crew made sure my landscaping was protected and my property was all cleaned up after the work was completed.

I had two roofs installed and gutter repair along with some new gutters on my garage. Holt also came out the day I called to take care of an ice dam issue. Holt takes very good care of their customers. Thank you Holt Roofing.

The salesperson is rude. He also provides quotes that keep increasing in price. I asked for a responder discount and he told me with the discount the price would be even higher. My last quote was only 5 mos old yet he quoted an additional 500$. I have never seen a business who wont work with you. Unbelieveable. Will never recommend or use this company.

He also had the audacity to say another increase was coming May 1st and I should lock in the price. So how many times does a price increase occur? Obviously, they must have tons of business.

We had our roof replaced a few months ago and I delayed my review to see if time would change my opinion, it hasn't. Holt did an absolutely wonderful job. Tyler was great to work with and answered every question. We did have a minor hiccup, but everything was quickly tended to with no issue. The people doing the work were polite and worked quickly.

The clean up was top notch and after running my own magnet for stray nails, I only picked a few stragglers. We needed a lot of work done to our roof, the price reflected that of course, but every roof is different. The breakdown of costs was easy to understand and we were talked through every stage. Every covid precaution was taken along the way. I would 100% recommend Holt to anyone looking for roof work.

Had our roof repaired and new shingles installed. Only took two days for completion. Completely cleaned up like they were never there. Very professional! Highly recommended.

We met with several roofing companies and Holt had by far the best prices. They offered us 3 different options from which to choose. Zack was really helpful and the crew was done in 2 or 3 days. After they were done they cleaned up immaculately. Zack came out to review our warranty and make sure we were satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

Best business I've ever worked with. I had called Hansons to fix a leaky roof. They looked and said, it's all useless, and we'll replace the whole thing with these expensive shingles and it will be great. Quoted around 16 Grand. Thank GOD I called Holt. They came by, spent more time on the roof, came down, and told me the shingles on most of the roof have another 20 years in them.

They made the fix in one day, and hung up some new gutters. 1500 dollars. It even matches the old shingles. The best part was this: about 3 weeks later the satellite company drilled a hole through our beautiful new roof to hang a dish. We were so angry and sad and called holt to patch it. They did it for a nice discounted price since they had just been over. They were good people and I would recommend them to anyone. Roof looks and works perfectly!
