This is a wonderful company. They go above and beyond for their customers. I live outside of their service area by at least 20 plus miles, but I could not find anyone to put my gutters in and they offer to go that additional distance for very little increase in cost. Their quality is phenomenal and I cannot thank them enough. If you're looking for gutters, this is the company to go to. They're friendly, honest and go that extra mile for their customers

Horrible window company. They start out being professional and talk about how they are a good company and very reliable; however, I ordered windows and got an estimate in August of 2021 and til today February 2022 I did not receive a phone call about the status of my windows. I had to call them every time, once in OCT, then twice in NOV and still no phone call.

Then i went to the office to kindly ask for a refund since i did not receive good communications and my windows still did not come in and they refused saying that one i signed a contract and two they used that money to order my windows. I've learned that through any window company, they do not ask for money up front and everything gets paid in full after all services are rendered.

I went with a different window company and they are way more professional than Seamless Windows. Never again will i use them for any service! Hence the one star only cause i had to rate them at something and no to using them as a business! Be careful who you do business with.

They were great when they put my metal roof on five years ago and when I had an issue a few months later very responsive. However a leak issue around a pipe in the roof over six months ago they have not responded at all after multiple calls. My brother came and went on the roof and discovered they never caulked the flashing on that pipe. Took him less then ten minutes to fix.

So for six months after every rain I've had to go into attic and check on a bucket to see if rain collected when if they'd sent someone six months ago it could have been resolved quickly. If they'd even ever called me back, but no calls were ever returned.

I had Columbus Seamless, Inc. installed a steel/metal roof with a lifetime warranty on our home on September 19, 2014 for $15,162.33 in which said steel/metal roof leaked at least 13 times and Columbus Seamless refused to replace or resolve. I had to replace his leaking roof myself last month at my cost because Steven Jenkins, the owner of Columbus Seamless, did not nor does he still not accept any type of responsibility for his leaking metal roof.

I had to get my attorney involved in which then Steven Jenkins decided and agreed to pay me for less than half of the cost of the metal roof, which I agreed to, so as to end this dilemma. However later than same day, Steven Jenkins went back on his agreement to pay and reneged on his word. I am now having to take Columbus Seamless/Steven Jenkins to court for resolution.

Since the installation of this steel/metal roof on our home by Columbus Seamless, we encountered events of water leaking from said roof totaling a period of over 5 years. Columbus Seamless Inc. attempts to fix the leaks by doing additional work and repairs were unsuccessful. Also during this time, Mr. Steven Jenkins came out and stated that the leaks were not from the new installed steel/metal roof but from the adjacent aluminum patio roof and recommended that I replace the aluminum patio roof so as to stop the leaks from occurring.

I agreed to do so based on his inspection, conclusion and recommendation and on November 9, 2015, Columbus Seamless Inc., replaced the aluminum patio roof at a cost of $8,739.36 with a composite patio roof and cover. The replacement of the new patio roof did not resolve the water leak problems and the steel/metal roof continued to leak. When I replaced the steel/metal roof last month, April, 2021 with a reputable roofer, we found that Columbus Seamless had installed the steel metal roof with Ice and Water Shield roofing underlayment without removing the adhesive plastic backing, installed 2 different types of valleys on top of each other instead of 1 complete piece, did not remove the existing roof before installing the steel/metal roof, and screws were missing throughout the installation of the steel/metal roof.

All this caused water damage and mold to the decking and rafters. Overall, all I have received from Steven Jenkins has been unfulfilled promises, excuses, and him going back on his word. Unfortunately I had to give a rating of 1 star on this review, but it should be no stars. Do yourselves a favor and do not find yourselves in a similar situation.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well but this does not matter to the owner of Columbus Seamless. I am a Senior Citizen and an U.S. Army Veteran who feels that I have been taken advantage of in this situation.

I used Columbus Seamless to help remodel an old house. The job was great with the finish sliding looking awesome. Steve Jenkins was very professional and helpful in repairing the pieces I have had trouble with since the installation. The job was done in 2007 and looks as good now as it did originally. Columbus Seamless just completed a major project at our homesite. Not only did they enclose our garage, but they also put new siding and a metal roof on our addition, home and shed. It looks amazing! It looks like a new home and shed. Josh, JP, Ryan, and of course. Steve worked deligently to meet our expectations. We are so satisfied with Steve, the work crew and the quality of the materials they used.

We will certainly call on you again for future jobs. Thank you Columbus Seamless for going the extra mile to make everything look so professionally done! If you have the vision to make your home look beautiful with excellent quality then this is the company for you!

Steve and his crew are just all around amazing! They did a metal roof for my grandma and she's in love. I found myself needing a new roof and I knew who to call right away! Scheduling the free estimate was easy and quick. Steve is an all around honest/fair guy. He easily works with you and will find something for your budget : We're very happy with our decision.

Hired Columbus Seamless to install gutters on outdoor living room after ruining rugs because of rain seeping in. I also had them install the Leaf Logic gutter guards. My estimate was extremely reasonable. I cant say enough positive words to relay how hard working, reliable and professional Kevin and James were. Their work was exceptional and they did a very thorough clean up when they finished. I am beyond pleased with the finished project and just want it to rain now so I can see the difference in the dryness of my floor. I give them my highest recommendation.

We have had windows put in our sunroom and they are beautiful! My screen tore, they fixed it. We just had a awning put on our deck and we absolutely love it! They cleaned up behind their selves. We will definitely have Columbus seamless do work for us again. We also have had two different crews do two different jobs, they were both very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with.
