I recently had my roof replaced by AmeriRoofs Roofing Siding Gutters. The service was first class from initial contact to the final inspection after the work was done. I had a roof leak, and the guys came out the same day to stop further water damage. A new roof was needed and was installed in less than two weeks thanks to excellent scheduling and good weather.

The staff was professional and hard-working. Gary was readily accessible for questions and unfailingly helpful and honest in his dealings. Definitely check this company out if you need any type of roofing service.

Gary is a nice man, I am in the middle of selling home, buyer tries to ask money to replace the whole roofing which is only 4 year old with lifetime warranty. He sent his man there and check the roof for me and give me honest opinion that roof is in good condition. That is very nice of him to do that even without charge! I highly recommend these guys if you need your roof replaced

AmeriRoofs Roofing Siding Gutters was amazing! They came out for an estimate the next day to work with our schedule they came after 5. They were able to come the next day to fix our issue. They sent pictures of every bit of work and were done in about an hour and a half! We will be using him for any of our properties that need roofs, and recommending him to everyone we know. This company is not credible or trustworthy at all. They were given a check (which they cashed--I have proof) to begin work. On the date he was supposed to begin he complained of the weather (mind you that was after I reached out to him as he didn't bother to call). He rescheduled for another date but again no call no show. It was one excuse after the other.

One day it could be the weather, the next he was sick, the next he travelled. After awhile he stopped responding. I had to threaten legal action before he came and met me at the bank and returned my money. He bashes everyone who leaves a review that is negative. He said I gave him a bad check yet I have proof from my bank that he cashed it. He also met me at the bank (which there is video proof of he and I going into the bank) to return my money after I threatened legal action. Listen to the reviews BEWARE and use them at your own risk. He operates his business under multiple names to hide the bad reviews. He also leaves reviews of his own company.

Terrible company. Their work is awful. The roof leaked and damaged my home. The owner was evasive and unresponsive. BEWARE!

This company is a scam. The roof install came with a 10 year warranty. They did horrible work! Weeks after the installation, the shingles started to come up. When I contacted them to come and check it out. he wouldn't. He kept giving me the run-around. He started ignoring my phone calls. They never came back to fix the roof or honor their warranty.

It was no surprise to me when my shingles were blown off in the recent wind storm. Now I'm stuck with a roof repair bill. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They operate under multiple names across the Baltimore county area as a way to scam customers and get around previously posted bad reviews.

I do NOT recommend using this company! From the very beginning of my experience with them, I received horrible customer service. When I called to make the appointment, instead of answering with the company name, I receive a simple "hello" and had to ask if I dialed the right number. The appointment was made for a specific time on a specific date.

Fifteen minutes after the appointment time, I called to see if we were still on for the appointment. The manager seemed confused and then asked me to send him my address via text. Since I had to do this, it led me to believe that he was not intending on coming to my house to provide teh estimate. Half an hour later, I called again to see when he was going to be there because it was 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment and both my husband and I had taken off from work to be there.

He indicated that he was a few miles away. When I indicated that I felt like he wasn't even going to come because he had to ask for my address, he stated that the address was on his computer and he just shut it down...again, I still felt like he wasn't even going to show up. After an hour and a half after waiting, my husband called to reschedule the appointment because we had already waited long enough and the individual got an attitude for us cancelling.

The next day, he showed up on time and all he did was take a look at the leak on the inside (which took 2 minutes) and then said a technician would be by on Monday between 9 and 9:30am. I thought that was another waste of time since I wouldn't have called if there wasn't a leak from the roof... On Monday morning, 9:30 came and went and then I called the number at 9:45.

I did not receive an answer and left a voice mail. I called again at 10:15 and he answered and when I asked him when the technician was going to come, he indicated they weren't coming because it was raining...in response, I told him it was not raining at my house and it hadn't been raining for over 2 hours. He said he would call his technician and call me when he was on his way.

I thought this was horrible because here I am waiting around for someone to show when I had an appointment. If finally got a call around 11 indicating the driver was on his way...meaning the appointment took place more than 2 hours after the scheduled appointment. Case in point, do not go with this company unless you want to play the guessing game on if/when they will actually show up.
