1. Excellent quality workmanship.
2. Excellent foreman and crew.
3. Very good clean up after tear-off of existing roof.
4. Delivered metal drip edge and a few pieces of wood trim a week before the work began so I could pre-paint the drip edge and trim
5. Found one small item during the final walk-through and the foreman came by the same day to correct.
6. Are not locked in to using just one particular roofing shingle manufacturer. They use IKO and GAF shingles and possibly others if that is what is requested by the homeowner.
7. Used reinforced synthetic underlayment in lieu of 15lb felt.
8. Did not require any money down prior to the work being completed.
9. Estimated cost was the lowest of the three (3) estimates that I received.
10. Used raised ridge shingles that give the ridges more "pop". I think this is a better look.
11. Extended the ridge vent for the entire length of the ridge. This gives the ridge a more consistent look. This also had the raised ridge shingles.
12. Excellent value.
I would recommend Alan Bradley Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

Here is my experience. I found Alan Bradley to be lacking greatly in professionalism. Starting with their office person who was very slow to return calls or emails and in the end this person did not return calls, texts or emails regarding rotted out fascias boards that I wanted replaced as part of the re-roof job and that we had discussed prior to the start of the job.
Next they have serious scheduling issues. They gave me a start date which I logged into my calendar. Then one week earlier than I was scheduled for, I was awakened at 5:45 AM to two men in my carport talking which was alarming. I looked out the window and saw the Alan Bradley truck. Long story short, I was totally unprepared to have my entire roof torn off that day and I work from home this this was a major inconvenience for me.
After arguing with the office person for sometime on the phone I agreed to let them start the job that day. Lastly they scheduled a second date for the job to be finished, once again I put the date into my calendar, then a few days later I got a call saying that they were going to come 5 days early and that they were going to finish the roof job the very next day, which gave me about an18 hour notice, so at least that was better than no notice, but still they seem to have real trouble sticking to any sort of schedule.
From what I can tell the actual re-roof job was done up to standards and seems to be good so far. Still I do not recommend using this company due to their general lack of professionalism and poor communication. This job cost nearly 10K and I would like to have had good communication and not have been ignored when leaving numerous messages for them.

I was quoted $500 for a service. I was told I'd be getting a call the next week. No call. I followed-up and was then told it was $640. The mother of the person who came out stated she makes the final decision and the cost of tile went up in price (apparently over the course of two weeks) and that this individual put in $570, not $500. Not only does this company not call back when they say, they raise prices without warning. This individual also told me it was to keep the company in business.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Started with quote in September. Haven't finished down spout from roof and seem to not known how to make it. Must be rocket science. Had to keep calling for them to finish job. I told husband not to pay but he just wants to be done with them. Do not recommend for small jobs. They do not care about you.

September 12, 2017 After 23 years, we recently had our roof completely refurbished by Alan Bradley Roofing. Alan was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and took the time to answer our questions. The old roof was removed, the damaged plywood replaced and new fiber glass roofing was re-applied. The work was done in a timely manner, the workers were punctual and the job site was kept clean daily.
A painter that later bid on the exterior painting of our house commented that the roof was a "first class job" and should last many years. We highly recommend Alan Bradley Roofing, a company that deserves this recommendation!

I want to send a note to thank you for a great job re-roofing my home. The new shingles look great and the leaks that I previously had all seem to have been correctedGeorge and the prep crew performed their work in a veryquick and professional manner. The shingler has to be one of the hardest workers I've seen. I was also very impressed with how clean the property was left.
The only roofing debirs left was what fell in the skylight. The yard is cleaner than it was before you started. Once again, I thank you and your empoloyees for a job well done and please feel free to use me as a reference in the future.

Alan Bradley Roofing defines professionalism. From the initial estimate to the final touch ups and fine tuning, ABR is by far the most highly skilled group of roofers I've had the pleasure to work with. Everyone listened to our concerns and took our comments seriously. The work was pure artistry: the neighborhood now regards our roof as the gold standard.and it is.
We actually had two different types of roofs to redo: shingle and built-up; and both came out tops. We cannot speak highly enough about Alan Bradley Roofing and definitely will recommend them to anyone needing simple repairs to an entire redo. Many many thanks to Carol, Alan, Zach, Adam, Jesus, Jesus, Francisco, Cipriano, Alberto, Marion. You've given our home a new life.

I was very disappointed with both the customer service and repair. I had (and still have) a leak around the HVAC unit on my roof. I contacted Alan Bradley Roofing and explained the problem to the estimator. He did not look in the attic to investigate the leak and he assumed that he knew what the problem was. About a week later, the company sent me a statement, which I signed and returned to them.
I did not hear back from the company for a week. I followed up with an e-mail asking what happened to the estimate. I was told that they received it and I had been put on the schedule for July 2013. During a rainstorm over Thanksgiving, my roof leaked in the same place. I attempted to contact Alan Bradley Roofing numerous times by phone and by e-mail, but they never returned my messages.
It took the threat of a BBB complaint for them to reply to me and to take action. When they did send someone out to "patch" the work they performed in July, Alan Bradley Roofing did not notify me prior to the technician's arrival; instead, they sent me an e-mail stating that someone had come to the house, performed the work, and left. There was no way to verify if they were telling the truth or not. Needless to say, the roof is still leaking. I'm out $1000. I would not recommend Alan Bradley Roofing.

I can't comment on their work. I called them 3 times for an estimate for a new roof over about 8 months. Each time I spoke with the woman in the office, gave her all my information, and she told me she'd have the estimator call me and schedule an appointment. He never called me back, and after 3 times I read the writing on the wall and realized that if this is how they deal with potential customers, I probably don't want to be their customer.
