Our initial sales person (Terry) was great. Friendly, easy to talk to, and understanding about what a big decision a new roof is. They gave us the highest quote I received out of 5, but also offered the longest warranty so we decided to go ahead based on that and trust established with Terry. We signed the contract very beginning of the year. Terry had brought Skip with him a couple times after the initial visit. Skip was not a good listener and kind of condescending, but given I wasn't really working with him I ignored it.
Two weeks before they were schedule to begin work I emailed to let both Skip and Terry know we had made a skylight selection from the options they had sent us. Skip responded that we couldn't have those skylights, and instead needed to get skylights that were more than twice as much as the ones we had selected (or pay "a lot" more to have them change the mounting style - no actually number given, just kind of a vague threat).
No apology for sending an option they shouldn't have or awareness of the financial impact that might have on us. At some point they had also flipped from not trying to sell us skylights at all to a high pressure "you really need these or it will cost you so much more in the future" tactic. As a result of the sudden steep increase in price from the quote they had sent and the diminished trust from Skip's high pressure "I need to know ASAP" responses, I let them know I needed a few days to make sure we were comfortable moving forward given the price and scope changes.
In response Skip made some thinly veiled personal insults saying I didn't care about longevity or quality (what?) and then terminated the contract and refunded our deposit via credit card. As a result, I now have a credit for 7k on my card that I can't use (we had already paid off the charge as it was from two months ago, other contractor doesn't take AMEX), the cost of the other bids I received prior to signing with 4 Seasons have gone up $500-$1000 in the two months since, and we will now need to wait around 4 more months for our roof (and will likely see additional increases in between now and then).
I had a promising initial interaction with Annette in their billing department. She seems aware of the inconvenience and said she would get back to me within a day. That was over a week ago. I've called 4 times and sent an email and she is very obviously avoiding my calls which just seems weird. If we had decided to terminate the contract due to the poor communication, price changes, and high pressure sales tactics, then that would be on us.
As it is, this company did not stand by their contract, did not send us an accurate bid for our needs, and has created a whole host of issues and expenses for our family around timeline and billing. I believe they did this for two reason 1) Skip is a hot head with a very sensitive ego 2) Their costs have gone up and instead of having an honest and direct conversation about it they did some weird things with our bid to make it up, and when I paused they used it as an opportunity to get out of the contract.
Since no one there was ever adult enough to have a conversation with me that's all I can imagine. So they were the most expensive and the most unreliable. Two thumbs down. On the other hand, I likely would have move forward with them given the wait times for contractors right now and I definitely feel like we dodged a bullet by not having them work on the house. If they were this unreliable and uncommunicative in contracting I can't imagine how they would be doing the actual work.

Four Seasons replaced my roof in July, 2021. They were professional and did a great job! The job took longer to complete because when they removed the old roof, they discovered all of the plywood was rotted and had to be replaced. They spent the time needed to complete the job to the end. Four Seasons installed a new type of ventilation system, new skylights, new gutters and a strong roof material. The crew cleaned up everyday. I would recommend this company.

We called Four Seasons to get an estimate on Chimney Flashing Leak. They came out within a week, took some pictures and emailed us their findings. Their itemized estimate was detailed on repairs needed along with pictures. After reviewing all our estimates from all other roofing companies, we made our choice to go with Four Season because of punctuality.
We did have to wait a few weeks for service but most of the roofing Co. we're all getting fair share of business during this Covid Time. After the team finished their work (8 hrs) they cleaned up and that was that. It wasn't like our neighbors flashing that we expected to get (same company) but before we made any kind of mention, The owner and another gentleman came out to check his workers flashing repair.
He said he didn't like the photos he had received from crew so needed to double check in person. Indeed he wasn't as pleased so sent out another crew to re-work the job over.another 8 hrs But We we're completely satisfied with this finish. OVER ALL THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB IN EVERY ASPECT WHICH LEAD TO A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Four Seasons replaced our leaky roof and made other improvements on my house I just purchased during COVID-19 for $26k. They did a great and fast job! Now I don't need to worry about water leaking through indoors or ruining the wood anymore. I got a 50 year warranty. It was great they could do the emergency work even during the stay-at-home order.
I was happy they replaced sheathing that was not up to code, replaced or sistered any wet, rotted, or moldy wood, added missing insulation while the roof was open, replaced uninsulated bathroom exhaust vents, added missing baffles, improved the previously lousy flashing, added more vents, and gave a consistent black top for each vent, instead of the shiny chrome which I think stood out too much. Also, they gave me an estimate to add a porch roof which was great, although I ended up not going for it. Thanks for the high quality work!

First off, they are very nice. I appreciate that. But I can't recommend them. My parents' roof sprang a leak during the recent snows and the house sustained interior ceiling damage. Four Seasons repaired the roof quickly and professionally. But my main concern was repairing the ceiling. There were time constraints. I needed it to be done by my father's memorial service, which was to take place at the house.
I made this very clear to them. They had more than a week and a half lead time for the job. Well, their interior guy cancelled several times and then decided he couldn't get the job done. And he didn't tell me about it. When I found out several days later, Four Seasons brought in some other guys who also said they couldn't do it. So we had the memorial service with the damaged ceiling.
I am very disappointed in the way Four Seasons handled the interior repair. Yes, they're very nice, but if you need work done by a certain time, they're just a typical contractor. They'll do it if it's convenient for them. We relied on them and they proved themselves to be unreliable. This was very important for us as a family and they botched it.

When we purchased our house in the fall of 2016 we needed some mold remediation in the attic done and the remediators requested specific adjustments made to the roof to guarantee their work. After being in contact with a half-dozen roofers and dealing with poor communication and no answers to my questions, our mold guys suggested Four Seasons. I wish I had done that from the start because Four Seasons was great! Responsive, didn't argue about what we wanted done, timely and reasonably priced. Actually, I need to contact them again for additional roof work our house inspection discovered but didn't that we didn't have the bandwidth to deal with at the time!

Despite a few hiccups, ultimately not really FSR'S fault, the job was done expeditiously, and always great customer service! There was great attention to detail and I never felt I needed to watch for any corners being cut (no pun intended). While I hope I don't need their services again, I am happy to refer anyone who does!

Outstanding job from start to finish. Initially Four Seasons came in for specific repairs as recommended by another vendor for our condominium complex. Once they began work they noticed several more problems. They took pictures, made recommendations for immediate repairs and then repairs that could be held off until Spring or Summer. They were neat, cleaned all debris and provided after pictures of the repairs. Travis, the owner did not hesitate to call and check in and he was always good at returning my calls and responding to questions. Great company!

Awesome experience from beginning to end. Travis the owner is Great to work with. His crew is fast and efficient. I've been in the engineering/construction field over 30 years with a degree in Architectural Engineering and work for a large Engineering/Construction Company in the Seattle Area.it only took them 1 day to complete our home here in Mill Creek of over 2,100 SF with Architectural roof shingles. They protected everything and did a great job on cleanup. Thanks Travis! David C Mill Creek HOA president

I did extensive research on many roofers, reading reviews on Angies list and others, receiving many bids on the specific roofing materials/products I wanted. I went with Four Seasons because of the significantly lower price and confidence I felt talking to Travis. I was further impressed when I was contacted during the process when Travis's team discovered water damage to a portion of the building.
I came home to evaluate myself (I am a structural engineer) and agreed with their assessment. Four seasons repaired the damage for a very minor labor charge and the price of materials (new siding, etc). The homesite was cleaned up very well ever day, even though I commented that I only really only cared if they cleaned up on the final day. I mentioned to Travis's team that I was going to build a small shed adjacent to the shed in the summer. his team left me extra materials so that I can make the roof shed match.
When complete and after I had already payed 100% of the bill, I was contacted by Travis to schedule a walk-through to make sure I was satisified. I told Travis it was not necessary as I did an extensive inspection myself and was fully satisfied. What I did not tell Travis is that I went up on the rough every evening after they left to inspect the work in-progress to ensure no shortcuts were being taken I found none.
The only thing I discovered was attention to detail and extra installation of flashing that demonstrated a better roofing job than the original 25 years earlier. I would give 6 stars if I could. I am a person who is a perfectionist and hates to have others do work for me because I am so picky. But my roofing experience was great.

Travis Hendrickson is the owner and things started off well. Got a quick bid which was detailed and he came out in the middle. The reviews on Google were all four stars so I figured I'd give it a chance. Well, the roof is up and doesn't leak, but they left a mess all over. Debris is all over when they replaced the skylight with no offer to clean up. Shingles and nails all over the yard.
They knocked a gutter loose and a chandelier cap got knocked off which he said he'd come by and re-attach (gutter only). It's two months since my original request and still no follow through. The more I think about it, more I realize that once Travis has your money, he's not going to follow through on anything else. You'll get your roof and a GAF warranty in the mail, but if you expect a clean site and some resemblance of follow through on customer service, look else where. I had my roof done in February 2017, and it's mid April 2017. No follow through. I cannot recommend this guy. He doesn't honor the things he says he'll do.
