Empire repaired our fence, roof, and interior after a huge tree fell on our house during the December 2021 wind storm. Everyone was awesome! They worked quickly and did a wonderful job. The company stole property off my property and will not return it or compensate me for it. The stolen property was not an item that they were contracted to remove, in fact the item was an unbroken door and screen door that I requested to keep because those could be reusable. They left it there, and put in a to large door, which made them come back a third and fourth time at which time they walked across my yard away from the area in which was their work area and took said items of my property.

I have text messages from staff apologizing for taking said items, I have video of them walking far from the project area to grab the said items, I have a text message from the contractor stating our conversation in which I told him I was keeping said items. Watch yours stuff if using them.

The Estimators imput was outstanding! The Empire office staff organized my roofing and gutter installation, deck work, house painting. siding replacement. screen replacements, french door installation, stone wall and much more. All contractors arranged were great! Excellent company! Thank you All! We did not have to worry about anything!

After our basement flooded in our new home, we reached out to Empire Roofing and Restoration. From start to finish, water mitigation, drywall repair, and new paint, we could not be happier with the experience we have had with them. Empire Roofing and Restoration did an excellent job fixing the water damage from frozen pipes. They are very professional, they cleaned up everything and were fast and amazing to deal with. I was doing my first little project in my house of installing a washing machine. I forgot to install the drain return hose and ended up flooding the main level of my house and into the basement. I called Empire Roofing and Restoration and within 20-30 minutes they were there to start drying my floors and setting up equipment. The gentlemen that came to my house were very nice and could tell I was stressed.

They told me that these things happen and that it can all be fixed fast with just setting their equipment up. This put myself and my girlfriend's mind at ease. Due to their fast response my wood floors were saved and I didn't have to file a claim this time. I am very happy with the service that was provided and would recommend them for all household needs.

Although I am a long distance landlord and unable to see their work first hand, Empire Roofing and Restoration understood the need to work closely with me, send photographs, and clearly document the work they did. My property manager confirmed that their reports to me were accurate. It is refreshing to know that this is a company that I can trust and count on even when "blindfolded" by distance. Several months later, there are no accounts of any issues.
