Above it all Roofing, Inc. My home's original roof (35 years) and had been repaired in spots by other companies a few times with limited success. I was moved to action by a serious leak, in our second-floor bonus room, caused by the heavy rain and high winds we have had over the winter. I found several positive reviews online for Above it All Roofing and gave them a call.

I received reply from David, their Customer Service Manager, the same day. He set an appointment to visit my house to inspect the roof and provide a quote. He inspected the Fascia boards, Soffit and Eaves looking for weather damage and wood rot. The hidden wood rot was considerable even though I paint my house when needed. I was appreciative he found it. Dave gave me a fair quote and because of his explanation of the issues and his honesty, I hired Above it All Roofing that same day.

The repairs commenced within a week. The skilled four-man crew who did the job were very diligent workers and the only break they took was for lunch. They always were on time every day. I was impressed by their dedication and knowledge. Above it All Roofing deserves my highest recommendation for the very complete, quality job. I was impressed by: Inspection of all roof wood underlayment and the replacement of any questionable panels.

Their use of two layers of felt and tar underlayment waterproof sheeting designed to insure a dry roof. Repair of all wood rot on the roof, rafter tails, and eaves. Saved me money by reusing the existing concrete roofing tiles and replaced all the cracked ones. Pressure washed the entire roof when finished to make the roof look like brand new. A warranty was included for the roofing work which gave me peace of mind. I am extremely pleased with my new roof and strongly recommend Above it All Roofing, Inc. They are all about quality of materials and workmanship.

We had been putting off getting a new roof for a few years. Prior to COVID, we had Dave give us a quote, along with a few other roofers. Dave's quote was competitive at that time, so when we decided to finally put on the new roof, we called him back to quote again. When some others decided to gouge due to COVID and supply issues, Dave produced a still-competitive quote.

He also took a lot of time with us - explaining the process, the materials, any variable costs that we might see once the old roof was off. (Wood needed to replace areas of dry rot, etc.) I definitely felt like he was patient and wanted to make the project work for us. So, we finally gave him the greenlight and then the crew descended on our house!

These guys worked hard, full days and were quite nice when I had to shepherd my kids in and out of the house to school, etc. You could tell that safety is a top priority for this crew. They also left the job site neat at the end of each day, which was much appreciated. I think the best thing about this process is that Dave was checking in daily either in person or via phone to make sure everything was okay. And, he was there on the last day to do the walk around and make sure we were happy with everything.

There was one tweaked gutter from the demo crew that Dave made sure got fixed immediately - at their expense - the next day. No begging or haggling or endless follow-up. It was a great experience start to finish!

This is the first review I have ever submitted, but I am making an exception because it pleases me to report our experience. My wife and I recently moved to the Shady Canyon area of Irvine from another county in Southern California. The first major thing we knew we had to undertake was the replacement of the entire clay tile roof. Without the benefit of our previous list of trusted vendors accumulated over 30 years, we were faced with hiring someone we didn't know; a fairly sizeable risk considering the size and cost of the project. Naturally, we turned to the web as a starting point.

Among the roofing companies we found listed was one whose reviews were almost too good to be true; Above It All Roofing. We are experienced in real estate matters and, by nature, cautious people who subscribe to the principle that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. So, we performed our due diligence including, among other things, verification of license, an absence of litigation, and an interview with a prior customer.

The feedback was all positive. Additionally, we were willing to give the company the benefit of any further doubt because the owner previously served in the U.S. military. So, we took a chance. And, we're very glad we did. The company's sales rep and job supervisor, David Brunn, showed up promptly after my initial inquiry and he had solid answers to my questions and concerns. Thereafter, he and his crew performed exactly as he promised, taking care with the details of the installation and leaving the job in such a condition that you'd never know they had been here. We can now start to accumulate a new list of reliable vendors starting with this company.

These guys are great. The most important thing to me is that when a contractor says they are going to be here, they actually show up. These guys are always there when they say they are going to be. In fact, they were EARLY sometimes. Of course, the quality of their work is important. When it rained I used to worry about leaks, be when it rains I sit by the window with a nice Cafe Mocca and watch the rain coming down, feeling nice and safe.

While a roof is not cheap, their price was reasonable, well worth the results. I am so very very glad we called these guys. The only problem is that they did such a good job, I don't think I am ever going to need to call them again. Thanks Above it all roofing.

Above it All Roofing When I had multiple roofs' leak, I went online to find a reliable company to assess our roof. Above it All Roofing ratings and reviews stood up above many companies and I gave them a call and got an appointment within a reasonable time. When David - the project manager - and his team came to our house, they evaluated our roof and showed me the issues.

They explained to me that I needed a new roof for our house. Then, David gave me a detailed explanation of what is needed to fix the roof and he gave me an estimate upfront. When his team came to start the work, they were very professional: they covered the AC unit, replaced all the damaged woods, replaced all the damaged tiles, and they changed all the vents.

They also moved all the originals tiles (which are slightly different from the new tiles) in the front of the house and kept the new tiles in the back of the roof. The original tiles are not in stores anymore. At the end of the day, the team cleaned up the debris and blew up the dust before they left. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of work provided by Above it All Roofing and their price, to mention, is very competitive. Personally, I was not familiar to roofs' work, but they made it easy for me and I highly recommend using Above it All Roofing for your roof leaks.

I am a Civil Engineer and deal with horrible contractors for a living. After receiving a few cheaper quotes by other guys I decided to go with Above it All Roofing for David's responsiveness, thoroughness, and attention to detail with my specific issues. They completed the job quickly, the roof looks great, the workers were all very polite, professional, and friendly and I didn't get nickle and dimed for change orders on minor adjustments. I highly recommend them!

Dave Brunn and his team did a fantastic job on my roof. They did a great job with the roof and the wood that needed replacement, coordinated well with my electrical contractor, covered our roof every night even though there was no rain forecasted, cleaned up really well everyday after they left, and were super easy to work with. I would highly recommend Above It All.

We had our old shake shingle roof replaced last week by Above It All Roofing, Inc. They completed the job in 3 days, cleaned up every day after work, and did an overall outstanding job with the new composite shingles. David Brunn, the project manager, was always available by phone and was here at least twice every day, followed through on all aspects. The crew was exceptional, hard-working, pleasant and professional. I would without hesitation recommend this company if you have a roofing project coming up.

We knew our roof was on the "Yeah, we probably need to replace that at some point list". Enter the annual termite inspection and a report of "Whelp, the good news is no termites. The bad news is that we see some water damage up on the beam by the chimney, we think you might have a roof leak." Roof moves up to the number one spot on the list as this was August and winter was just around the corner (which for Californians means "the rainy season".) After getting three bids we opted for Above It All because we felt the most comfortable with Bob, he listened to what we wanted in terms of additional ventilation and suggested a solid "cool roof" product with ENERGY STAR certification.

Their next opening to start work was about a month out, which worked out perfectly and we got an excellent new roof before one of the rainiest winters we've had recently. Bob scheduled everything extremely well, his guys were respectful of the property and cleaned up every day. Tear-off took one day and the re-roof took another three days. We give them a solid recommendation and suggest that you don't wait until your roof has clearly failed since it will take about a month to get a contractor out.

We had a great experience with Above It All Roofing. After getting a leak in our 16 year old concrete tile roof, we called a few roofers out to assess the problem. The first couple companies gave us a estimate to replace the leaking section without inspecting the roof. Dave from Above It All Roofing immediately assessed the roof and realized that we had slipped tiles all over our roof, meaning that we would eventually have leaks all over the roof.

He actually got on our roof and took several pictures so we could see what he meant. We hired Above It All Roofing to remove the tiles, replace the underlayment, and reinstall the tiles. The price was fair and the work was done in the estimated 3 days. The crew was efficient, extremely hard working, and they cleaned up our property well at the end of each day. The communication with Dave throughout the process was superb.

From start to finish David and his team at Above It All Roofing did an outstanding job. They exceeded our expectations on every level. We needed a new roof put on and contemplated various types. David helped us to determine the most efficient roof for our needs and our budget. We went with light-weight concrete tiles that vary in color. From day 1, David and his guys showed up on time each day, cleaned up after themselves each day and were done in less than a week.

The beauty of the roof (and their placement of tiles) is amazing. We had one hiccup towards the end, but they made it right and we could not be happier with the end result. We would absolutely go with Above It All Roofing again and highly recommend their services.

All I can say is WOW!! From beginning to end the process of replacing our roof was smooth. When we first called Scott for a quote he was helpful and responsive. He came out the next day to take a look at things and let us know the cost and the process. We had a delay in starting due to rain, but Scott both called and emailed us to keep us informed.

The crew that worked on our roof - Manuel, Jose, Arnof & Ignacio were professional and friendly. They worked hard and completed our roof in 4 days. The cleaned up after themselves EVERY DAY. Our yard was clean, all trash picked up and left better than when they started.
