Hired in the week of July 2009 to repair a leak or to replace a roof. The Sweets stated I didn't need a new roof but they could repair the leak. Returned with a ladder and a sealant and did a repair near a chimney. I paid $100.00. Came back a week later to repair the ceiling. Did not do a good job as I intended to paint it anyway. I paid $100.00.
The next rain it leaked. Same area. Called the company, with no response. The next rain, it leaked. Called again, no response. Friday, January 29, made contact with a Mr. Sweet, he promised to send someone out the following morning, early. No show. It was rather cold so that didn't surprise me. I made contact again on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010, he said he thought someone had been here.
No show. I called again on Wednesday, no show. Called again on Thursday, another promise. No show. I called today 02./05/2009 and they wouldn't take my call. I left a message with a female (no name given) that I would be taking action on the company. I want my money returned or my roof repaired.
