I had a new "rubber" roof installed a year ago in June 2021. I live in an old 1974 mobile home. The mobile home had been re-roofed a couple of times with non permitted additions to the home. It was a nightmare! I was rejected by about 20 roofing companies and several local aluminum companies. Melvin came by and told me about his product called a "rubber" roof.

I was skeptical (because I never heard of a rubber roof), but desperate; so I hired them. I'm so glad I did! The crew did a fantastic job! They tore off all the old stuff down to the frame, pulled out old pipes, put down lots of insulation, and sealed everything up in one day. My neighbor was watching them work from across the street and she was thoroughly impressed!

The county inspector said "they did a damn good job" with a smile on his otherwise stern face as he handed me my approved paperwork. Other service professionals have made positive comments on the roof. When they installed the roof in June 2021, it rained everyday for almost 4 months straight. I had zero issues. The sound of the rain is quieter as well and the home stays cooler. I would refer this company in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a new roof, especially if you live in an old mobile home like I do.

I told the agent I needed to schedule the window at 12 but they scheduled it as a 12 to 2 and assure me tech could arrive to the begging on the window. I call at 12:20 to find out my tech won't be able make it before I have to leave at 1pm. I would have preferred to been called and offered a different date if they couldn't meet the 12pm.

This company did a very good job installing my new membrane roof. They were on time, fast and efficient during the installation and did a good job of cleaning up my yard. There was a cosmetic issue on one side of my home along the drip edge and I simply held back a portion of the balance due and they returned, without any problem, and completed the job to my satisfaction.

The sales staff, the 3 man crew that completed the entire roof in a day and the office staff were all easy to deal with and most accommodating. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable cost.

The crew was on time and professional. They finished our roof in one day and cleaned up after they were done. These guys were so polite and they worked so efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint which has really nothing to do with them was the wait time. I had to wait 10 weeks and then there was a slight mess up with the permit but the roof is beautiful and is comes with a lifetime guarantee and it's anchored against hurricanes who doesn't want that in a roof?

I just had a new roof installed and Jesse and Oscar were very professional and courteous. They could have left when it poured down rain but they stayed until they finished the job. Showed me pictures of their work. These two men have excellent work ethics. Other workers would have left it for another day. Their installers were funny, respectful, and very polite.they did a complete tear off of our old roof and installed the brand new one in just a few hours showed up about 8 in the morning and were finished by 1 pm clean up and all! I absolutely LOVE my new roof! They actually installed it in August and I almost forgot to review them. Ray was very professional and informative explaining the product and installation process. Office staff was very helpful! Additionally the roofers (3 of them) were quick, efficient, professional, and would have been done in one day if it hadn't stormed. They finished up the flowing morning before noon. The house is cooler and the roof looks amazing! Thank u all!

All Florida Weatherproofing installed a TPI roof-over on our 12 year old manufactured home in June 2018. My wife & I were very satisfied, beginning with our first contact with the company, meeting with the estimator, the installation, the clean up, & the follow up. Each step was professional, cordial, & met or exceeded our expectations. We were happy that despite numerous storms, the install was done within 2 days of the original start date!

I had a chance to talk with our Casselberry building inspector when he stopped to inspect. He made very favorable, complimentary comments about the materials being used, as well as the two installer's procedures. Our new roof & insulation is installed uniformly over the carport roof and whole house. It's quieter, the a/c temperature inside is much more stable on hot afternoons, and of course our troublesome leaks are fixed! We could not be more pleased!

We purchased a home that had a new roof by All Florida Weatherproofing & Construction, Inc. We transferred the warranty on the old and had additional roofing installed. They were very easy to work with, just mother nature gave us scheduling issues. The young men that did the install were very nice, respectful and answered any questions we had.

This company is WONDERFUL!!!! They got to my mom's house around 8am and had the entire roof done by 6pm. (We don't have a small house) They cleaned everything, were extremely polite and we recommend them to anyone needing a roof

They did a great job, quick and clean. We asked one of the guys who did the work "are you related in this family owned business? " Eddie responded "no but they treat us like family, best place to work ever!" And that shows in their workmanship; from the office, to sales, to the roofers. Pride... it speaks for itself!
