Tom at Apply Rite Roofing is one of the best contractors we've worked with in Cincinnati. They are extremely easy to work with, have great prices, are always on time, and provide a quick turnaround. We had a serious roof leak a few years ago, and they were able to replace the roof as well as the shingles in less than ONE DAY. Fast forward to this week, when a seal in one of our skylights developed a minor crack due to the cold weather. Tom was able to come by the next afternoon and re-seal the skylight in 20 minutes. They are true lifesavers. In the future, we will contact Apply Rite Roofing for a roofing contractor. Thank you so much, Tom and team!

Apply Rite is a large established business that seems to have focused its efforts on the basic product instead of the details. Their work only covered 95% of my job and they conveniently failed to disclose the surcharge to pay with a credit card. The overall work of siding, eaves and wrapping the trim and facia were satisfactory for 95% of my job.
I was informed at the end of the job that they could not complete the work on the smaller details and their answer was for me to get paint to match the siding and paint it myself. They also agreed in the contract to paint the service wires coming to the property which took several requests to complete and then they only painted 80% of the wires. To add insult to injury, when it came time to pay, and I offered my credit card they told me there would be a 3.5% service charge to accept a credit card.
They did not disclose the credit card charge even though I discussed payment options with them at least four times. They say success is in the details but Apply Rite seems to use the details to get out of doing work, completing only a portion of the work promised, and to hide behind omissions to charge the customer additional money. I would not choose to do business with Apply Rite again.

After hearing about Apply Rite Roofing from another customer, I contacted them when our roof was damaged by a tornado in 2021. Trevor was fantastic. He was extremely patient with me (and all of my questions). Their product knowledge, professionalism, promptness, and collaboration with Apply Rite Roofing for inspections before and after the new roof were all outstanding. I'm ecstatic. They will not let you down; their prices are reasonable; and they are the best Cincinnati roofing company.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From first contact through installation, I could not say enough good things about Apply Rite. Tom and Trevor were our points of contact and were helpful & responsive throughout. We had a new roof and gutters (with covers) installed and absolutely love them! The install team did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly after. I would highly recommend Apply Rite and will use again if needed.

We were very happy with everyone at Apple Rite Roofing, from the estimate to final inspection. While we didn't want to wait to get our roof done, we were willing to wait for Apple Rite Roofing, because of their great reputation. We were fortunate to have the work done more quickly than estimated, and that was perfect. Highly Recommended.

Have used Apple Rite for several years on investment properties and personal residence. The work they've done for us: Asphalt and rubber membrane roof repair and replacement, replace skylights, replace firebox tiles, replace gutters and downspouts, install gutter guards. Tom and his team are professional, very knowledgeable and deliver quality workmanship at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Apple Rite they are the best!

Apply Rite was one of the first contractors to respond to my request. They also were the most cost effective option. Quality of their work was excellent. They kept me informed at all times from start to finish of the project. I was able to upgrade to a 30-year dimensional shingle roof below the cost of most bids I received for a 25-year standard 3-tab roof. Five star service at a three star price. Highly recommend their company.
