We worked with Mark for having our roof replaced after noticing a small leak. He helped guide us through the process of working with our insurance company for some coverage. When we finally decided to replace the whole roof with Insurance covering only partial Mark was helpful in getting us in the schedule quickly so we could save on some cost given prices are going up.
He communicated with us the timeline and when the weather caused a delay he continued to provide us updates. The morning of the job his crew arrived prompt at the time expected. The job took nearly 2 days and on the final day our house looked as if nothing had been touched. They cleaned up and left no trash behind. We really enjoyed working with Mark and his company and would recommend them for any roofing job!

MARK was extremely helpful, thoughtful and walked me through all that would be involved with the roof replacement, costs and timing. His crew was efficient and did a good job of cleaning up. Mark has excellent follow up and was very responsive to my need to replace the roof quickly. Mark is extremely knowledgable about roofing. In addition Mark recommended an agent who was able to find me a great policy that reduced my insurance substantially! Best roofing company in Houston hands down. New Image has replaced two of my roofs and one for my son, the service has been stellar. I always dealt personally with Mark, the owner, and can testify to his professionalism in all stages of the operation. Mark will patiently educate and guide you throughout the process. Roofs were completed in one day with a minimum of mess and distraction, any concerns are immediately addressed through Mark directly by phone.

New Image Roofing were so professional and helpful during the whole claim process, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I was dreading having to file a claim and deal with the roof replacement process but Mark was so knowledgeable, readily available always answering his phone and my questions. The crew that did the work were in and out in less than 2 days with minimal disruption and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived! A great local company!

I feel so lucky to have found this roofer! Long story short, I'm an Insurance Agent and I had a client who had shingles missing. Upon notifying her about the mandatory repair requested by Underwriting to continue coverage, she was quite upset after having just switched insurance companies. I called around town looking for someone to give her a quick estimate - all I got were answering services. Days went by - no calls to me or the insured.

I had a great experience with New Image Roofing. They put a complete new roof on our house and garage in Aug. 2015. Alex was the sales manager and she is courteous, knowledgeable, timely, and efficient. Alex explained the process, answered all our questions extremely patiently, and guided us through the hard part of dealing with the insurance company.
Mark and Alex made well-informed choices on the roofing materials. New Image installed our roof in one day and did a very nice job. The yard was immaculate after the crew left our house. The high quality of their job has just been tested by a tornado touchdown in our neighborhood on Feb. 14, 2017. Our roof did not lose any shingles and no leakage was found. New Image Roofing just completed our roof. They did an outstanding job from start to finish, it was like they almost were not here, except for the new roof of course. The clean up was immaculate and the new roof looks awesome even down to the small details. This was a fairly large job on a very steep roof and Mark's team knocked it out in a day and a half.
It is great when a company is large enough to really knock out the work and small enough that when you call them you get to talk to the owner. I have already recommended New Image Roofing and Mark's team to several of my co-workers.

Mark and his team of roofers were quick, efficient, and did great work. I solicited 3 quotes to replace the entire roof of our house we recently bought. I ended up choosing to go with New Image because Mark and his wife came out in-person, explained their quote to me, and made me confident in their company's ability to perform the work we needed at the quality we expected. Mark's team finished the vast majority of the work on our two story house in one day; they finished early in the morning of the second day.
I walked my roof after they were done and was genuinely impressed with the quality of the work, and I have no doubt the roof will last for many years to come. We only had one minor issue over the course of the project, but Mark resolved the issue quickly in a professional manner. In my opinion, you can tell great companies from good/regular ones by the way they handle issues. New Image Roofing is a great company with great people, and I will hire them to do any roofing I may need done in the future. I highly recommend Mark and New Image Roofing.

Excellent! Mark did a fantastic job in replacing our roof. We found some leaks and could see we had lost some shingles, so called around for quotes. We had several companies come and give us quotes for replacement, and all were pretty good but Mark really stood out with his approach. He explained all the problems thoroughly and had the quickest turn around of all the companies.
He took complete ownership of the project and kept me well informed of developments, Mark was proactive in communicating with me and was always very easy to get a hold of. Mark had his crew there on time, and they finished ahead of schedule. The materials arrived in the morning and the crew had finished by late afternoon. Brilliant! I have never seen such an efficient crew, every roof replacement I have seen in my neighborhood has taken two days, New Image Roofing did it in one.
