We are doing our new install separate but Dans roofing still came out and helped us remove old tiles. No job too big or small. As DIY'r we appreciated all they helped us with. Super friendly generous hard working crew.

We just got our roof replaced and the entire process was very quick. The team was professional and got the entire roof done within 3 days which was awesome. The only issue I've had is that the pipe connected from the water heater to the roof came apart in the process, and when I called the office about it, they explained someone would come to repair it. I've called a total of 3 times to get assistance with repairing it but no has come to do it so unfortunately I'll have to hire someone else to do it. Again, everything else about my experience was great except for not having the vent properly reinstalled.

I must say we were pleasantly surprised at our re roof experience was with Dan's. Armando and his team went above and beyond to make us happy. They were reliable and clean and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish. I was in desperate need to repair a leak/damaged skylight. Armando came over an provided a good price to repair the damage. From the beginning I received text message updates on appointment confirmation and when the tech was on his way. The quote was sent directly to my email and I was able to approve it directly from there.

I explained my urgency for the repair, and they were able to accommodate an earlier repair date even though their schedule was full. The tech came in and performed the job quite adequately. He picked up and cleaned everything. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Great company. I am a property manager and I always recommend them to our clients for roof repairs. Good pricing and quality work. I love their communication as well. You call make an appointment shortly after you receive an email and a text confirming your appointment and on the day of you receive another text and email for a reminder. Once they are done with their estimate they text and email you the estimate. They are GREAT!

We didn't hire Dan's roofing, it was through a solar company, however, they were great, no leaks, no mess and very polite. No loud music, or rude talking. I understand Spanish and little to zero of the conversations were inappropriate. We are having trouble with the solar [Sunrun] company, but Dan's roofing was a positive that has come out of it overall.

I was having solar panels installed through Costco. But Dan's roofing; they contracted with Costco, had to inspect the roofing area before panel installation. I was told that the roofing paper had to be replaced. It was 100 sq. Ft. Area. They had scheduled me for 2 days of work with 2 workers. First day; one worker showed mid morning & worked less then 3 hrs. Second day 2 workers showed and worked 5 hrs. They charged me $4,000.

My worst nightmare happened on March 12,2020. I could hear the sound of water dropping on the floor INSIDE my house! I panicked; my carpet was soaked in one corner and I looked up and saw we had a leak! Honestly this is the worst time It could have happened not only was currently raining, but the forecast showed rain for the next two weeks and to top it all off we're in the middle of a pandemic!

So naturally your first thought is whose going to come fix this for me? I'm never going to find anyone! Fortunatley I was able to get ahold of my realtor (because we purchased the home back at the end of December) and she had the phone number for dans roofing; who fixed tiles for us after our home inspection. Once I got ahold of him the excellent treatment andexperience began from there.

I called him Friday and left a voicemail expecting not to get a response because all that has been going on; but sure enough he called me back within and hour and had three guys out Saturday morning. I was out running errands Saturday so I told my husband call me when they get to our house. When my husband called me he told me they already found the problem and we're fixing it!

I was in shock because most situations like this never go smoothly for me it's such a hassle and usually anything that can go wrong will. I cannot give this company enough praise for their quick response, inciative, and great communication! I will forever recommend them to anyone in who asks "do you know good a roofer." Look no further

Well all I can say is if you're looking for a company to treat you fairly with excellent work and good service and not rip you off in a time of need this is a company who has been around in the area for over 40 years and can't be trusted

I'm a local Realtor. I've used Dan's roofing for my personal residence as well as referring them to our clients for many years. They have always provided great service and back up their work. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof repair or a new roof.

My neighbor provided them to me as a referral for a small roof leak. They did numerous repairs, but during the next rain my small leak was larger. They came out and did another repair. My leak was smaller, but now dripping somewhere else. They came back out and did another repair. During the last downpour, my small leak got bigger. After numerous attempts to get them to come out and fix the issue, I finally called someone else. Yes, they warranty their work but they never fixed it and made it worse. They committed to come out numerous times and to have the owner call. After the last broken commitment on Monday, I found someone to come out and finally fix it.

Highly disappointed, I had them inspect my roof, after they inspected the roof they gave me a quote to repair, I excepted the quote, set two appointments for the repairs and they never showed up for either one even though I called to find out what happened with both appointments. Maybe the job wasn't big as they wanted however why set and accept an appointment if they didn't want the job.

I waited half a day for the estimator. I called several times and was told he'll be there, just running late. At 3:30 I found out he never showed up for work. They rescheduled for the next day. Got a fair price and was told it would take a few days to get on the schedule. Appontment scheduled for Saturday between 8 and 9. I called at 10:30 and was answered by a service.

They apologized and said someone would be in touch. Never happened. It's now 1:30 and not even a courtesy call. Dan's Roofing has far too much business and doesn't care if they get to you or you cancel. I have been a small business, growth and development consutant for over 30 years and plan to use Dan's Roofing as an example of the epitome of crappy customer service. Don't waist your time!

And a younger kid, Richie, who didn't mind sifting through a huge stack of tiles to find the best ones. And even volunteered that a pallet further away might have better ones for me.

Absolutely THRILLED with this company! Superb customer service to say the least! I'm buying a home and needed a quote on the damaged tiles on the roof. This company came highly recommended by 3 of my coworkers. I called Dan's on a Thursday morning and they were extremely accommodating to my needs for escrow. They were OUT BEFORE LUNCH and did an extremely thorough inspection with my seasoned realtor who was very pleased overall.

Their expedient service enabled me to work my deal with the sellers before the weekend came. They provided a quote that other companies couldn't come close to! And did I mention the WOW factor on the customer service? OUTSTANDING! I AM THRILLED TO REPORT that the seller's have hired Dan's roofing to perform the repairs on my new home!
