After looking around the internet, I believe Sam is giving discounts for 5 STAR reviews. Why else would every single person be 5 star, not 4, 5. Amazing pizza shops can't even get that! Want to know why he is done in a day? He doesn't get a permit. Want him to call you back or answer the phone once done. He will not, your number will be blocked. Take my advise the guys he finds to do the work are good hard working men. However, he doesn't stand behind there work.

I was very pleased with the job Sam and his crew did. I had a particular problem section of my roof that was added by another contractor when an addition was put on. Sam suggested to put a better base product under the new shingles to prevent future problems. The cleanup was also excellent, without a dumpster sitting in my driveway for a week. The price was not the lowest, but we got one of the best roofing products, a quality installation, and a contractor who worked with us and knew what he was doing. I can't say that about most of the contractors I've worked with.

Sam is a consummate professional. He arrived with his crew early in the morning to rip off an existing roof and install a new one. By late that afternoon, I was looking at a beautiful roof and everything was pristine. This is the second time we have used Sam and we came back to him for a reason, he is honest and he cares about his work. We could not have been happier with our decision of choosing Sam Biondo Contracting. From the moment we met, Sam made us feel comfortable by expressing a pleasant demeanor, and an impressive knowledge base in the roofing industry. Sam was creative suggesting appealing roof dynamics & colors, and identified the need for different placement of leaders to avoid future water damage.

He was so accommodating providing us with samples, references, and never pressuring us into a sale. His prices were competitive and doable within our budget. Further, he was punctual each day, starting work at 7am, with his crew who were masters at their skill, and were incredibly neat. At the end of the day, nothing appeared out of place. The job took 3 days for a roof, gutters and leaders, as indicated in the contract!

Since our meeting this summer he has acquired 6 homes in our development in need of a roof.

Biondo Contracting replaced and installed skylights for me, and I would recommend them to others. Sam was the most professional of all the roofing contractors I reached out to. He inspected the roof, proposed the skylights to fit our needs plus the right shingles to match the existing roof, and had a formal printed quote a few minutes later. The final job looks great and I've had 2 large storms since then with no signs of leakage. Great job overall.

Sam and his team replaced an entire roof for an investment property in Edison back in January. He was professional thru out the entire process and I never felt like he tried to charge more than he appraised. I thought the price was fair and work was done as promised. He gave us a very professional written estimate and report which was thorough and detailed. Once we signed the contract, he was able to have the supplies delivered in a couple of days and the job was completed in one day. His crew did a great job cleaning up the property, too.

They were a bit more expensive than the other quotes we got but in the end were the right decision. The quality of the product they use, the speed at which they work and the overall customer service was unmatched. Unfortunately a new roof isn't like a new couch or new boots, people don't ooh and ahh over it, but we picked the color, know it's quality product and love how it looks. We appreciate the fact that water isn't leaking into our house anymore too. Sam was a pleasure to do business with.

The job was done on time and was cleaned up as if they were never there. He will always be on our list of contractors to do work in our section. Great experience! We are so glad we went with Biondo even though they weren't the least expensive quote we received! The roof replacement was completed in 1 day and the crew was very thorough with the cleanup. Sam gets 5 stars for his customer service. He is client focused and very approachable. We had a small leak in one of our skylights (skylights were not replaced with roof) and Sam came over next day, patched it up, and apologized for the inconvenience. Stand up company. We highly recommend them.

Sam and his crew did a great job ripping 2 layers of shingles off, replacing what ever ply wood needed to be replaced, and installing new shingles. Respectful to us and the property along with christmas decorations. They cleaned up well.
