Mauricio and crew did an amazing job! I bought a house in July and the first real rain we got my roof had leaks everywhere! They replaced the entire thing in two days! Now I can rest assure that nothing else will go wrong with the roof. My contractor recommended him and I'm so glad I went with them and they did an outstanding job! Clean, quick and the roof looks GREAT! It looks like I have a brand new house! Thank you guys! You have saved me!

Very disappointed. It took a month to get an estimate. They were blaming issues with their email for that. Meanwhile I had some renovation inside of the house done that also included installing some vents, etc. When I called back asking for an appointment I was given an estimated day they can have job done (about 3 weeks from the day of that call).
I also asked for an updated estimate since house renovation could affect the number of issues that should be fixed and $$ amount and was told that they would come back to me with the date of the new estimate date. Next day they called me and told me that they could not have my job done before a month after the day they gave me a day before (so it will be two months from that day).
When I asked about an estimate, it sounded like they heard about that first time. They scheduled me for almost 2 months from the day of the conversation and promised to get back on an updated estimate date again. A few days later they left me a voice mail that they would like withdraw their proposal and ask me to find another company. During my multiple conversations I was told that they cared more about roof replacement=big job=$$$ than about fixing things like in my case. If you need a roof replacement, maybe you will get a better treatment.

CR Master Roofing redid our roof and we were very happy overall. We took several bids, CR wasn't the least expensive nor the highest either. Their bid included everything that the highest bid offered, but at about $2500 less. The high bidder did the house next door so we knew who they were. Still we negotiated a slightly lower price with CR and made it more acceptable for us.
They did a great job, were quick and cleaned up pretty well. As a contractor myself, I can be critical but the crew did a good job and now several months later, we are still happy we hired CR Master Roofing and have no problem recommending them.

This company completed the installation of our brand new tile roof. I felt it impertinent to share some thoughts on our experience. We received numerous quotes from a number of different roofing companies my wife and I chose CR Master Roofing. Their staff was the most professional we had encountered. From the first minute when we spoke to someone on the telephone, to receiving an education on our existing roof and home, to the crew arriving, to remove the old roof, then finishing with the final inspection I was impressed; so were our neighbors.
The work ethic and craftsmanship of every single that was laid brought peace to my mind. Even when there was a change order they were clear and fair on their price. We understood that we were going into a major project. It did not delay them one bit! The timeliness exhibited by everyone at CR Master Roofing gave us a wonderful experience. I woke up this morning to a leaky roof so I called CR Master Roofing at 8:00 and left a message. They called back at 9 and said they would be at my house between 10 and 10:30. They diagnosed the problem and instead of trying to sell me a whole new roof, he said he could repair the portion that was leaking. He also took the time to show me how to properly maintain the roof so it could last longer. The repair was done at 11:00. Great service and reasonable price! When I do need a new roof I will give them a call. Thanks CR Master Roofing!

Alonso, Odilio and Jose from CR Master roofing did a great job and their slogan of "Do It Right The First Time" hits the bulls eye! I recently remodeled my home, and I was the general contractor. From all the subs I worked with, CR Master Roofing were one of the best! Odilio's proposal detailed what my job would entail. I had questions at first as I had cheaper bids.
I contacted the other 3 roofing contractors, with the cheaper bids, and found out they were cheaper because their proposal didn't include plywood. My home is a 1950s home and my roof is planked. To do a roof, to today's standards in Edmonds, I need to put plywood on my entire roof to pass inspection. I asked why it was not in their proposal and all 3 contractors had the same answer...we did not know you needed it.
I asked what the additional charge would be. Two companies would charge me $60 per plywood; double the cost of CR Master Roofing's charge. The third company was on par with what CR was charging. But was using a cheaper material, not plywood. If I went with one of the other roofing contractors, I imagine they would've told me, after my roof was torn off, that they needed to plyboard my entire roof. And, by the way, it's going to cost you an additional $60 per board. What?!
The other 3 contractors were either going to bait and switch me. Or we're not though on their inspection on what I needed. I am very happy with CR Master Roofing's work!
