This was a job we were paid to inspect, and as you can see from the pictures, many things are wrong with it.

Ice and Snow Report

This dam prevents proper drainage of melting snow, forming a pool of water behind it. This water can leak into your home, causing damage to walls, ceilings, insulation, etc. Elite Roofing CT, LLC has the tools and experience to remedy this problem in a timely manner. Our first priority is to stop any leaks.

This is the same company as the other Elite Roofing. I had my cottage roof done by this company in October, 2017. They did a beautiful job. The roof looks gorgeous. It held up well through the winter with all the snow we had. This company is very reasonable and blows the competition away. I highly recommend them.
