I don't know about using these people to have your roof entirely replaced, but I would NOT recommend that you use them for a refurbishment or repair job! They charge way too much, and try to get away with doing as little as possible! (Or they did that for me, for sure). I don't want to be specifically identified, so I will keep it a little bit general.
I payed them (approx.) 3/4th of $1 K ($1,000) to tack down the loose asphalt shingles (where glue has lost its grip) on a maybe-20-year-old roof (the internet tells me that they can last 50 years). My roof had a few loose asphalt shingles is all, then, and I wanted to have them tacked back down with caulk-glue, so that strong winds won't rip them off and blow them off.
That is all! OF COURSE the roof-inspecting, quoting salesman harped on me that I should have the WHOLE THING replaced! This is to be expected. They know which side of the bread is buttered, for them. I'd bet they'd do the same thing, had I had a 1-year-old roof. "Oh, look at the hail damage over there, I am sure you can get your insurance to pay for it!" As I said, this is to be expected.
Just insist that you're the customer, as I did. NO whole-roof job for me! Make a long story short, for 3/4th of $1 K, ONE SINGLE WORKER showed up, and worked for 1 single hour! He tacked a few nails in here and there, made some noises. Squirted glue on old and new nail-heads (some of which were approx. 20 years old, still uncovered at the ridge tops, by design, not loose, no problems, really didn't need glue).
But a few squirts of glue makes it look like you did something! I got up there and inspected after he was "done" after 1 hour's worth of work. Loose shingles had NOT been glued down! I persuaded him to glue some down for 1 more hour's worth of work. I am afraid of going back up there to re-check. I was just tired of it all, obviously. And I don't enjoy nagging, or confrontation. I'd hate to see how little this one single worker got paid, and how much went to the sales guy, management, and the office staff, of my 3/4th of $1 K for 2 hours of work, with the 2nd hour wheedled and nagged out of the worker.
Even more so, I'd hate to see what they'd do for a customer who is too old, frail, or otherwise incapable of getting up on the roof and inspecting their work! Again, too little work for too much money!

There was a severe disconnect between sales and operations. This was a roof "tune up". The crew was late several hours to arrive and they had no written work order. The two workers were on the roof less than two hours for caulking but did not bring any replacement shingles as specified in the contract I showed them. They pulled shingles from their next job to satisfy my complaint. The total contract cost bordered on outrageous for the job they did. Would not recommend using them.

Choosing a good roofing company is hard and my experience with Remedy roofing was not that great. My roof was replaced by Remedy Roofing after hail/storm in Katy. Work was done very quickly and installation seemed great. After 5 years, my front porch was dripping. Remedy came out and fixed with costs - Pretty high costs. After 5 1/2 years, my back porch had rotten wood and leaks. Apparently, there was a leak that I did not know about for a while.
I called someone else to fix the roof. Started not to trust Remedy Roofing. After 6 years, now my ceiling in the master bedroom is dripping. Based on all this, I can say the new roof by Remedy was good for 5 years, or less, that is when the warranty expires. My other neighbor was thinking about hiring Remedy roofing and I stopped him. Well my experience stopped him. Only good thing about this company is the owner, I think his name is Greg. He was very nice and he was the only one who cared about the business.

Had the Katy, Tx business replace my roof, gutters, and inside drywall repair and painting this past Summer. The roof looks nice and hopefully will last but had some bad experiences. First off, everything was contracted out, never had 1 Remedy roofing employee work the job except for salesman and inspector, this was not presented as such before I signed the contract.
Second and most importantly, communication of when different teams would be there did not occur. I had to call them to ask for updates on start dates or they would just show up, (other than painters that had to be let in to my home). Then when a team would show up, they did not always knock on the door to introduce themselves, they would just start working.
I know communication with language barriers may have been an issue but you would think at least one member of the team would speak enough English to say hello and we are here to work on. This was not acceptable to me since I like to be there when someone is working on my house and I like to know what is being done that day. Of course like most, I do not work close to home so had to take some vacation days at the last minute and scramble home from work. Overall, I doubt I would recommend them to anyone based on my experiences.

Randy Duplecion was our Remedy Roofing project manager to repair our extensive hail damage. He and Remedy Roofing did an excellent job drafting a scope of work approved by our insurer. He oversaw all aspects of the work (roofing, painting, gutters, window replacement, etc) and was always responsive and diligent. He underpromises and over-delivers!

Help! My roof is leaking! I didn't know who to call so I contacted Remedy Roofing and I am thrilled with the result. The same day I called, Matthew B. with Remedy arrived at my house, inspected the damage on the roof and inside the house. He gave me his clear, honest written assessment and walked me through the next steps we needed to take to repair the roof.
When the roofing team came out to do the work they were professional, efficient, and courteous. And the roof looks fantastic! I could not be happier with the service I received from Matthew B. and the entire Remedy Roofing team. I highly recommend Remedy Roofing if you need their services!

I had a roof leak in the back of my house and Mark from Remedy came out the next day after the 4th of July and had to climb on the roof, then into the very hot attic 2 times, then back on the roof to find the leak. He was extremely polite and did not charge me for the inspection and work although he was not able to service the problem since it might be under a warranty. He did give me an estimate in case I do not have coverage. I highly recommend this company.

This is what happens when you get a roof from Remedy roofing. I have regretted this decision to use this company every time it rains. They have tried to fix it but they are unsuccessful and actually quite rude about the situation. Think long and hard before you chose this company to replace your roof. Please see the attached photos of the ongoing leaks and problems.

Brian Knowlton was our project manager for our hail damaged roof replacement. He was good to work with and we have previously passed his name and number to others who may have had hail damage. He ensures the job progresses along with the quality promised. Call Brian and let him show you how he can help.

Following hail damage I discovered I needed a new roof and had a little experience in selecting a contractor. I spoke with several different companies and selected Remedy Roofing because of Mitch. Mitch was very thorough, seemed highly trustworthy, and dependable. The job he did on my new roof was outstanding. Sometime later, my house was struck by lightning which blew a hole in my roof. Mitch responded immediately and repaired the roof before any rain damage could occur. Mitch and Remedy Roofing are going to continue to be my contractor of choice. Tom Peterson

Mitch and Remedy Roofing made replacing our storm damaged roof a painless process from quote to new roof. Mitch worked with our insurance company and corrected some items that our adjuster completely overlooked. A few months later Mitch and Remedy Roofing helped our mother replace hers. Once again Mitch went above and beyond. We would recommend their work to anyone.

Remedy Roofing seems like a national company/franchise so this is just about Katy/Houston TX guys. I am European born and we used ceramic tiles or natural slate which lasts the life of the house. In the USA fiberglass paper with asphalt coating and some granular covering serves as a roof, good for 10-20 years max but seems the main roofing in Houston TX as probably all the south.
In fact the local neighborhood committee make you stick to the original roof with no change of type or color. We had a hail storm in 2011, this killed the roof in many houses around Katy. You could see the grey granular sand material from the downspouts from the roof all over the yard concrete, many little ice hammers. Insurance company came out and after a little resistance Oked a new roof. Remedy were around our sub division very quickly and got much of the work and yes posted signs ( I assume to tell competitors) and yes our neighborhood council gave me a warning letter!.
Just remove them. 6 years later I had an issue where some flashings below windows lifted and lifted the nails and shingles. I called Remedy once, no response, called a month later, got hold of a lady (Yessica) who took my warranty call and booked a tech the next day. The guy came round, removed shingles, screwed down the flashing, replaces shingles, all good no charge.
Also checked the rest of the roof for issues, none found. Good follow up from Greg Arnim via email, checking I am satisfied. Bottom line is if you have roof damage, many companies may call. I used Remedy as local. They came and installed as promised on the day set and have upheld their Warranty ( 10 years I think). These guys get 5 stars on Google and less on Yelp? I would use them again.

We got nothing but quality from Remedy Roofing. Mr. Todd Englett was nothing but professional. there was other cheaper roofers, but when you put on a roof do you really want cheaper, No. We wanted a reputable company, that was established, and had a good name, Remedy was that! they didn't skimp on the quality materials, or there craftsmanship. when i look around my neighborhood, you can see my roof is way better quality. Thank you Todd and Remedy!

We had our roof replaced last summer. Since then we have discovered multiple leaks. They have been out to fix the leaks three different times and there is one very large leak remaining unfixed and we have been trying for months for them to have someone come back out to fix it. The damage that has occurred to the interior of our house is extensive due to this leak and the amount of rain we have had this summer. Contacting and working with their warranty department has been nearly impossible.
Now we have mold issues, damaged walls and damaged flooring which we had replaced once already this summer. They were very accommodating initially upon hire but once the job is finished and flawed, they become hard to contact and things go unfixed for months leading to more damage.

They initially came out very quickly, but it took them nearly a year to actually replace our roof & then "forgot" to include interior repairs in the estimate they sent to the insurance company, even though it was part of the original quote. We have since had water damage in the house due to faulty work/materials, but getting them to cover warranty repairs is a worse nightmare than it was to get the original work done. We would not recommend this company.

We had a small section of our roof repaired due to a leak and Remedy Roofing was incredibly easy to work with as well as was reasonably priced. They came out to see the problem the same day I called. I had another company out to see what the problem was but Remedy Roofing was by far the better option to work with. Adam was highly responsive and explained everything in depth with photos.

My home in Houston had been hit by a hailstorm and I needed a new roof. The guys at Remedy were absolutely wonderful. They were super fast (teared off the old roof and installed the new one within a single day), cleaned up everything 100% and did a great job. They actually came back the next day to ask if everything looked ok in my yard and roof after they were finished. I really feel like they went the extra mile for me and my family.

My house is only 3.5 years old with a concrete tile roof. During Harvey we experienced a leak and the original roofer came out 4-5 times claiming they solved the problem but the leak continued to get worse. I had Remedy come out and immediately they traced the issue back to a completely different part of the roof and also noticed other areas in need of repair.
They came out quickly, were professional and did a thorough clean up. I have owned and remodeled many homes and they have been the most professional and communicative roofing company that I've worked with.

Had a leak coming through my master bedroom exterior wall on a 3 story town home in montrose. They came out and assessed my roof. Found the leak and repaired it in 1 day. I had 2 other contractors come out and try to tell me I needed an entire new roof. Very honest and thorough roofing company. Highly recommended.
