Neil O'Neal Jr Roofing

Contacted them last October and Was provided a quote. My boss wanted another quote to see his options. They never responded after numerous emails and calls. I also asked for a quote for my residence, which they provided. I called them last week to get an updated quote as prices may have changed in the last 8 months and no response. They are super nice on the phone when you do talk to them and they say they will call back. It's like pulling teeth and I am not going to chase you down to give you $20k to do my roof. I have heard their work is great when you can get them to respond.

This company never responds to estimates or phone calls. I would be concerned if there not calling back how will they handle doing a roofing project. Run before you decide to hire

They do an awesome job. Fair pricing, reliable, trustworthy. They have completed several jobs for me and I've always been happy with the results.

I researched all 5 companies who gave me estimates and O'Neal Jr. Roofing was not only certified on the manufacturer's website, but also, very professional and honest. He did a wonderful job on my old roof, I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing roofer. Exceeded my expectations. I have lived in this area a long time and I'm also a top producing Realtor. I have recommended several referrals through the years but just recently had to replace my own roof. I spent quite some time researching. Neil O'Neal Jr roofing is fairly priced, exceptionally professional, And totally on point when it comes to results. Tile is back ordered all over the area and he explained it right up front.

Once we chose our roof tiles and ordered it he said that he would let me know when it came in and it was right when he expected it. Once they started the project, they were done in no time. They went through the permit process with ease and this is no small feat in the town of Wellington. Not only that they were very neat all along the process which is not generally the case from what I can to help with other roofers I've seen.

We were very satisfied with O'neals service. They were fairly priced and completed our roof in a timely manner. O'neals crew cleaned up any mess at the end of each work day. Our new roof was completed in July. There was not one shingle out of place after Hurricane Irma hit in September! We highly recommend this family owned and operated roofing company!

This company replaced our roof in June 2017. We just went through hurricane Irma. Lost tree branches, vegetation, downed trees and neighbors lost roof shingles and gutters. Our roof looks perfectly new. Not a shingle budged. Never a leak. It is as perfect as the day they finished installation. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone. On time. We are a contractor and have had Oneil Roofing give us estimates for new roofs and repairs and re roofing for over 15 years. I have always had a response from them. They have always done whats right for the customer and tried to save them money along the way. It is their personal attention to detail on all of our jobs with a "hands on" approach to their business which keeps us coming back each time. I love that I can even call them on the weekend if I have an emergency. Definitely will keep using them!

William M., 08/17/2015 Edit Trying to contact & have a conversation with this company is horrible! They don't return phone calls and refuse to listen to what you have to say. After multiple attempts to contact this company we finally got through and had someone come out to give an estimate. We then tried to contact them a second time and was not able to get in touch with anyone, it would go straight to voicemail or no answer.

Even after leaving a voicemail for a phone call back we heard nothing. We were able to speak with them early in the morning and was told he would call us back in 45 minutes to an hour, yet 2 hours later we heard nothing! We ended up calling them back and got through and they didn't even have any of our information ready to go over our questions, and made up excuses as to why we didn't receive a phone call back.

We initially called to go over the estimate to see if they were able to help us out with the price in any way because we were un able to come up with the amount they said. He automatically told us he was unable to work with the price. He didn't bother to ask us what we were able to afford or what we were looking to do. This company doesn't take into consideration what the customer needs.

A customer driven company would answer calls, return calls, and find out what the customers needs/wishes are before saying NO! I was hoping for a better customer experience! Apparently they do not need my service, and I will have no problem contacting another roofer and telling my friends/family not to go through this company going forward.

The most professional & honest roofer I've ever met & worked with. His staff/workers were polite and fast. The work was done in a timely manner & they made sure to clean up all materials. Extremely satisfied with my new roof. Highly recommended for all your roofing needs. You will not be disappointed.

One of the worst don't waste your time! They don't return calls they have more business then they can handle apparently. Plenty of roofing companies out there don't call them. Terrible!
