We had an excellent experience working with Tip Top Roofing to replace our roof which had started leaking in a few places. Our primary contact was Dominic - he was very professional, knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. The turnaround time to install the roof was quick and the project was done in a day. It looks great! I would recommend Tip Top Roofing.

Ours is an antique colonial, the roof of which had been installed by the previous owners and, as we expected, covered many sins. Nick's crew was undaunted and did a first rate job re-decking the roof and patching trim on the house, and still managed to come in below another quote we'd received. At one point, there were 8 to 10 people working on the job, which was finished in just two days - quite a feat given the seven separate roof lines on the house. Work ethic and pace of work for the crew was excellent and the clean-up was very thorough, with no debris of any sort left when the job was done.

I don't think you can find a better roofing company. After an awful experience with somebody else, Tip Top exceeding all my expectations. From the initial estimate meeting where Nick takes all the time you need to explain everything and answer your questions to the actual completion of the work, everything was done perfectly, exactly as they said, and exactly when they said. I loved how the job was done within 2 days, with top notch material. The roof looks terrific, and the price was very competitive. Can't get better than that!

I am extremely happy with the job Tip Top Roofing did in replacing my roof. I opted for the Premium grade; for a little bit extra you get much more quality and far better life protection for your home. Estimate was quick and reasonable, materials and dumpster arrived less than a week later. Next day they started work 7am and was done by 3:30pm that afternoon. Excellent work.

Beware: the person you meet to give you your quote and look at your roof is a salesman, not someone who works on roofs or the business owner. Their job is to sell you a roof, not give you a reasonable estimate of cost or what the job will entail. They will say you may need a few pieces of plywood or pine here and there but your roof looks pretty good.

The cost of my project went from $22,000 to $35,000 and it would have been about $40,000 if they had done everything that they wanted to do. My roof did need some work but I could have been better informed about this before signing the contract. During the job they just kept insisting on more work that was needed, some of which I don't feel was necessary. Seemed like they just wanted to push the price up.

The price increased 50% from the initial quote to job completion! They don't tell you about all the other work until they have already stripped off your existing shingles so you don't have much choice. I have seven other roofs and I will not be using tip top roofing again. Their crew cut cable lines and threatened a person for the cable company that came to repair the line.

They also caused significant damage to a tenant's car and damaged a section of roof that is now exposed wood. I have reached out to them about the car damage and the damage to my roof and they have stopped responding. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am an landlord and deal with contractors all the time and I would never do business with them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Outstanding information and communication throughout. Hardest working crew I've ever seen. Dom and the whole crew were awesome from start to finish. As a retired maintenance technician, it is a pleasure to watch someone work that really knows their job. In our case, they went above and beyond expectations after finding some rotted rafters. All repairs were done in a timely manner, without any problems and at a very fair cost. Met with Nick to get a quote. He showed up on time and had his homework done by researching the dimensions of the roof online. Went through the different grades of materials and prices and what may be needed once they remove the old shingles. Maintained constant communication with me throughout the process. His crew was very professional and friendly. Job was completed on time in one day.

I went with Tip Top Roofing because my Dad had recommended them to me after he used them. They did an amazing job with my Dads roof and now our roof. They were great at explaining our options and the entire installation process through out. We worked closely with Nick Biscardi and he was so professional and courteous. We are new to town and wanted a new roof before winter. Nick and Tip Top came highly recommended by my brother in law. Nick made the process extremely easy. We felt his prices and his communication were both excellent. Currently, there are issues with the supply chain in all areas of the trades. Nick was able to get our permit, materials and installation completed in a matter of weeks.

Everything was done on schedule and on budget. Thankfully our new Tip Top roof will last for years but if we ever need anything roof related Nick will be our first call. I would recommend Tip Top with the utmost confidence to anyone.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with getting a new roof on my new-to-me home. After a frustrating process to even get responses from a few other contractors, Dominic met with me, gave estimates, answered questions, and oversaw the roofing installation within a quick few weeks. He was a genuine non-pressure sales person and very knowledgeable. The roofing team were very hard working, completing my home and garage within one 12 hour day!

Clean up was as thorough as can be with minor little things for me to handle (and considering it was almost dark when they left I was impressed!). Additionally, they found a bird's nest with an egg and safely relocated it. I also arranged new gutters through Tip Top and those were done immediately after my new roof was installed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for a seamless process from start to finish.

I will note my overall cost was higher than the estimate, but with clear communication and documentation (including pictures) along the way to explain why. Still very affordable and lower than other estimates I received (and certainly friendlier/more informative). Thank you very much!
