Fixed leak around chimney on roof. So I thought, until it rained. Still leaks. Called to see if he guaranteed the work. Yes he does. Said he would take a look at it the following week and fix it again. Several months later it wasn't fixed. Called a third time, several more months later and said he hadn't had a chance to fix it. As a business, if you tell someone you are going to do something then you better stick to your word.
A phone call to me saying he didn't have time would have been the professional way to handle the situation. I could have gotten it fixed properly a long time ago! Now my ceilings in one of the bedrooms and closet are ruined and they have to be replaced. Does NOT do "quality" work. I DO NOT recommend this business.
