Overall I had a great experience with Roof Commander. Needed to replace a roof for one of my properties. They were quick, to the point, and had a lot of options available to fit my wants. They were a little bit higher than the other company I called but the quality was well worth it and they had better availability and were quick to respond. Will use them again in the future!

They were great. I have a simple roof and they came in and got it done in a short amount of time and updated the ridge vent breathing system. The roof looks great and no more water issues in my basement after heavy rains. The guys that did the gutters gave me some extra gutter pieces to help further direct the water away from the house. Highly recommend Roof Commander.

I was recommended to Roof Commander by a friend. They were professional in their job, provided a free estimate, and kept me in the loop through the whole method. Everything was scheduled and completed on time. They came and replaced my roof within five days when the job started. The whole process was really consistent, to be honest. We were all in the home but there was very little disturbance. I would recommend them and use them again if I had another roof repair. Honest business with honest people. I give them my praise.

Roof Commander did an awesome job installing gutters, repairing a roof vent extending my chimney, and repairing an incorrectly installed chimney cap. Brandon was responsive, professional, and does top-quality work and I would recommend them for all the services they deliver. Great experience overall and Brandon is just a really nice guy. I would hire them again. It was a pleasure doing work with his organization.

We had several companies give us an estimate on a Roof Replacement, we chose to go with Roof Commander. While not the cheapest, they gave us a competitive estimate. The quality of the materials used far outweighed the competitors small price difference. The crew showed up on time, they were courteous and professional. When done, they did a clean up and you couldn't even tell they had been there. Thanks to our Rep Ron Fuller, and Megan in the office. I cannot recommend them enough.

Roof Commander came in highly recommended by a friend. I had major roof leaks and I requested a quote from a few roofers but Roof Commander was the only one to actually get on the roof to inspect the problem and propose the best plan of work. There was excellent communication throughout the whole process and they delivered an excellent job on schedule. Better of all, they were within my budget. I highly recommend them.

Roof Commander is an amazing company to work with for any home remodeling! Alec and his team were really great and helpful. We recently got our roof replaced, which looks so beautiful! We also did a few small side projects, general construction around the house, which fixed up magnificently. Roof Commander is the most honest and best roofing company I have ever used. I have different properties and have used them to correct mistakes that other roofers have made, and for a new roof at my home. They arrived on the specified dates and completed the work as promised. They even arrive out and replaced some new roofing tiles. I have recommended them to different of my friends, all of whom were very satisfied.

We were struggling to do a repair on tile because it had been discontinued for a couple of years. After having so many doubts, the representative from Roof Commander got us a great match and we were finally able to match the color. Looks pretty good. I would highly recommend for tile roofs.

Very professional-run. I went to the office to deliver a check and they are a way bigger company than I thought. Well staffed, friendly, always had someone on site. Roof looks fantastic.

I can't say enough good things about Roof Commander! We hired them to repair and clean our roof and they did a fantastic job. Our recently purchased home's roof had years of dirt and algae on it that is all gone now. The roof is CLEAN! It looks like a new roof! While they were cleaning our roof, six of our neighbors stopped by to ask about getting their roofs cleaned.

Roof Commander uses a soft cleaning truck mounted system with a biodegradable solution that removes the dirt and kills the algae. There is no harmful pressure washing. We have a concrete tile roof which looks beautiful now. Check out the photo! If your roof is dirty, I would highly recommend you hire Roof Commander to clean it. You won't be disappointed.

Everything worked out well. Roof had a lot of damage and issues. many unforeen. They took Command of any issues thatpopped up to ensure my roof was safe and sound for many years to come. They get 1star only because there are no lesser ratings. I accepted their quote only because we knew their salesman, Alec, and based on the fact that he is very profesional and honest person, we felt good with our decision. Between having to change colors selected 3 times(because they were out of stock each time), having damage to our driveway after we told them twice not to bring a heavy truck, damage in our kitchen ceiling, to.finding out Alec was fired; I have nothing else to add.

The owner called and offered a credit- never got it. But; the owner of the trucking company at least was extremely professional and repaired the damage promptly. At least the roof looks nice! Hopefully the 3 yr warranty they gave us will hold longer.

We built a >1 million dollar custom home in Bella Collina and used Roof Commander. Within 1 year of completion we had roof leaks. Called and spoke directly with the manager and he told us he would charge us to come and inspect the work his company did! We later found out that there are at least two other homes in Bella Collina- both more expensive than ours- that have serious problems with roof leaks by this same company.

One of the other homes was built by a builder Phoenix Homes that went out of business, but used Roof Commander. On that technicality Roof Commander told those poor people that they will not honor the warranty since the contract was with the builder not them directly and so they even wanted to charge them a trip fee to assess the situation too! Now those people have to hire a lawyer.

Another home in Bella Collina had its underlayment left exposed for more than 10 months before Roof Commander, put the tile on top. Stay AWAY FROM ROOF COMMANDER. These are million dollar homes and this company could care less. Use any other company but them and make sure you hire an independent inspector to inspect what ANY subcontractor does, especially roofing companies since in FL it is critical you have a tight roof with all the rain.

The interior damage to our home cost us over $10,000 to repair because Roof Commander left gaps in the underlayment, step flashing errors, ridge vent, chimney saddles, and poor workmanship along the roof hips. Lawyer would have cost us over $2,500 just to go after them so we just hired a different company recommended by a forensic consultant and did it our selves.

Run from this company. The owner/manager is a complete cold hearted and careless liar with no principles and no professional pride. We do not want ANYONE to go through what we did. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is a REAL review by REAL people (victims).

New to the area, and a new (to us) house, we needed the roof replaced. Within two weeks of signing the contract, they had our permit approval and the shingles delivered. The installers worked hard to get the job done despite the heat. In a couple of days the roof was finished and final inspection completed. The shingle is energy star rated and the roof looks great.

Was referred by Miguel Neo Rivera to Roof commander for my new building I was having built on my property. The quote I got was about average but the quality of work was way higher than I expected. I will more than likely use them again for other builds

Our house is 10 years old and we had Roof Commander come out and give us a re-roof quote and the Roof Commander said we do not need a re-roof at this time. I had 2 other roofing companies said I will not get 2 years out of my shingle that the shingle is that bad. My wife found the company very polished and professional. That carries a lot of weight with me since she is in sales her entire career.

AWFUL customer service. We used them last July for a roof repair and called them again in January when we started having issues again. They said they were too busy to take a look at the issue even though the work is under warranty. We finally went with another company who said that it was a structural issue and something Roof Commander should have caught back in January.

Since it was going to be a big project I wanted to have Roof Commander provide a second opinion but after weeks of phone calls and emails they still suggest I go elsewhere after a very unpleasant phone call in which the sales manager Joe lost his temper at me. They claim they are so busy because they are so good, but I have yet to see it.

Was nice talking to the older gentleman, was very professional, knowledgeable of many things, and a good salesman. However, as good as they were, wanted a somewhat outlandish amount of $14k+ for a job I had gotten quotes for in the $7,500-$9,500 range. Wanted to offer a warranty plan and was selling me on the idea that they had some certification that other roofers or contractor's in the area didn't have, which might be so, but I can't remember the name of the certification off hand. Seems very professional though, like they don't make mistakes, and everything is legitimate, wasn't worried about paperwork either so that was good. Just way too high of a price for me.

Advanced Roofing Solutions was very respectful when estimating my house. The supervisor that talked to me was very knowledgable with types of materials and how it would be on my roof. I originally called for a minor repair and they ended up being able to work with my insurance company to get me a new roof at no cost. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone needing a new roof or repair.

Brandon and his team at Roof Commander have been helping me with roof repairs on my rental properties since 2013. They have always been professional, courteous and responsive to my needs. I had a leak coming from the ceiling in my bedroom, which, needless to say was a disaster. I called Roof Commander and they came quickly the next day to inspect the leaky part of the roof, then scheduled to come back and repair the section of the roof causing the leak. The employees are top-notch in terms of technical skill, and were extremely courteous to us. Our ceiling hasn't dripped a single drop of water since Roof Commander came to our home last month.
