Ferreira Company recently replaced the front portion of our roof including dormers. They also replaced the wood shingles on the sides of the dormers with vinyl. The job was done in 2 days, they were very neat, and it looks great. Their pricing was very competitive. Angel was very engaged from start to finish. If anyone is in need of roof work, I highly recommend Ferreira Company.

Adrian is hands down the best contractor I have dealt with period. No nonsense, stayed in touch and delivered more than what was agreed upon. He saved my century old open truss stone Castle. Ferreira Company is clearly the best roofing company around. They have a great reputation in the Taunton area and they definitely lived up to it when doing my roof. Of all the contractors I interviewed Ferreira stood out as the most professional and knowledgeable. Adrian, the owner, spent about 2 hours with me and my family looking at our home and educating us on different roofing matters.

He was the only contractor to bring to my attention that my chimney was unstable and dangerous, and he demolished it for me at no extra cost. The roofing crews work quickly, clean up after themselves constantly, and use the proper safety equipment. Adrian is a perfectionist and will make sure that everything is done the right way. No cutting corners here. Also, the price was comparable to other local roofing companies. It was a very pleasant and personalized experience and I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Ferreira Co! Adrian and his crew were excellent. The workers were very professional, kept our property clean and organized, and kept us informed of the progress every day. They went above and beyond, including some extra work (without extra cost from the original quote provided) to do the job right. Our neighbor even commented on how great of a job they were doing from what he saw on his side of the fence.

Although some other quotes were initially "cheaper" on paper, none were as comprehensive and detailed as what Adrian provided. In addition, no one else was willing to say there would be no extra costs at the end. Our final price never changed with Ferreira; the quote was all-inclusive. When I asked him about the pricing difference, he informed me part of the job (a section rubber roof on garage) would require a little extra work to do right, along with other details and repairs he included on the roof for the house.

In comparison, none of the other quotes included this work and all had potential extra costs included. I am convinced if we went with another contractor, we would not have received the quality and attention to detail we got with Ferreira Co. It was worth every penny and the cost difference was insignificant at the end of the day. He also worked with us on the payment and quoting process because of our 203k rehab loan requirements. Not an easy process but he worked with us and the bank in a very timely manner to get everything submitted. If you need a roof done, Ferreira is absolutely worth the call.

I contacted Ferreira for a quote on my roof, I own a single family home. The person that came to my house was not an employee of Ferreira but one of their contractors. The guy that showed up said that he was asked to come to my house by the owner, 3 days before our scheduled appointment. Nobody from Ferreira bothered to call and tell me of this change.

I received quotes from 5 companies for my roof. Everyone that came by talked to us for 30-60 minutes regarding the roof, options, etc. However, the Ferreira representative spent 2 minutes talking to us before he took his ladder out and measured our roof. When he was done measuring, he said someone would send us a quote and left. He was at my house for 10 minutes. Also, it's been 2 weeks since they came by my house and I still don't have a quote. They didn't even bother sending me a quote. I left work early to meet with them and they wasted my time. Don't waste your time with this company.

Greetings from Raynham, MA aka Antarctica and if I showed you pictures of my property right now (February 2015), you would understand why! I am absolutely impressed with the team of roofing professionals from Ferreira Company who came to my home today to take care of removing snow, ice, icicles, and ice dams from my roof and gutters. This has been the worst winter ever in all of my life and has caused me a lot of stress!!

Water was leaking through two ceilings and also through one ceiling light fixture too -- all because of Old Man Winter hosting a Snow/Ice party on my roof with party guests including: good ol Frosty the Snow Man (and his very large extended family), the Snow Queen, and Princess Elsa from the movie Frozen.

Adrian communicated with me on his arrival time, arrived promptly, and the equipped team of workers immediately started the job and worked incessantly without breaks until the entire job was done.

You could easily tell that this team was experienced and had done this sort of thing many, many times before. Thanks to Ferreira Company, I am happy to say that the winter-long party is now over, no more frosties are spilling over the edge of the roof, and that the entire ice castle has been destroyed! And now I can move onto the next step in dealing with the water damage inside of my house, now that the source of the problem has been addressed.

In choosing a roofing contractor, I was extremely selective because I am always careful about how I spend my money, especially when it comes to larger expenses. I chose Ferreira for several reasons: they have 10 plus years of experience in dealing with this sort of problem, they were able to answer all my many detailed questions patiently and with ease due to their breadth of expertise, and VERY IMPORTANTLY, they are licensed and bonded (because you don�t want anyone not licensed to be performing such dangerous work, never mind someone inexperienced getting hurt on your property).

I had called or spoken to at least 3 other contractors and weeded them out for many different reasons and I was so happy to find this company because they met all of my requirements and more. I was very worried that a contractor wouldn't be able to help me at all because I had 3 foot high snow (no exaggeration!) on my deck, no easy access to the roof because there was no snow clearance or path on the ground surrounding my home, and to make matters worse, I had a car stuck on ice in the driveway so I was not even sure the roofing truck could get past it to perform the work at hand. Meanwhile, I had water leaking inside my home so you can imagine my personal stress level at the time I made the call.

But Adrian, who I think may be the manager of operations and/or owner, calmly put all of my worries at ease and said it was no problem to every matter at hand and that they would take care of everything and they did exactly that! Most other contractors would have probably said it will be x more dollars for this and that or would refuse to do the work with such obstacles.

To boot, Adrian and his team got my car unstuck from the driveway (which isn't what they were hired for Adrian just kindly volunteered to do it, even as busy as he was, because he wanted to help). That kind, personal gesture really made a difference in our lives and took one more headache off of our plates. On a final note, I wanted to also mention that Adrian listened intently, was so nice and personable and you can just tell that he cares not only for his business, and the dedicated employees working for him, but just for PEOPLE in general. Adrian, a very busy man handling no doubt 100's of calls from panicked homeowners each day especially during this ridiculous winter, was absolutely hands-on during the job working with the team while still overseeing all tasks for added quality assurance. Additionally, he generously offered helpful tips for preventing future problems (which again, most contractors wouldn't share because they want the future business!).

It was my impression that Adrian just enjoys helping people and that is his fundamental motivation -- which no doubt is why the Ferreira business thrives. To no surprise, it was also evident that his loyal employees had deep respect for him and enjoyed working for him. Bottom line, in my opinion, happy employees do great work because of the role model(s) in positions above them who are setting the stage and performance criteria for exceptional outcomes and treating their employees respectfully and gratefully -- like they are part of one happy, unified family with common goals and values.

It all started with a roofing company knocking on our door. Then after that I started looking for estimate from others & after 5 different estimates We made the decision to go with the person that wanted to help us get the products we wanted within the time frame needed & at very competitive cost point. Tiles from a bad storm were flying off my roof and as I was callin Adrian one of his workers was ALREADY (in the midst if the storm) outside my house. 730AM next day someone was there and repaired/ replaced tiles!
