Tom and his team are AMAZING! The quoting process was totally transparent, they got us scheduled the following week, and they did our whole roof in less than a day. We were so impressed. Replacing a roof is not an exciting project, especially for new homeowners like us. Tom genuinely made us feel like we were doing the right thing and it was totally painless. Highly highly recommend.

My family has had Suprior Exteriors roof two homes. Their service is what one appreciates in a contracting business. Calls were answered promptly and courteously from the point of sale t(rough the entire roofing process. The workmen arrived promptly and worked efficiently on a daily basis until the job(s) were done, even in the coldest part of winter, when we wouldn't have chosen to have work done.
They cleaned up beautifully, leaving the yards free of nails and other waste. I was happy with the choices offered at the price point I needed. When there was a question, about a vent pipe, it was attended to immediately and a plumber made the adjustments needed. Tom is an excellent man to work with. He is a gentleman, professional and clearly cares about his company's workmanship. He is responsive to any concerns. We are highly satisfied And highly recommend Superior Exteriors.

Superior Exteriors has performed several projects on our house. Several years ago they replaced the gutters on our main roof. The following year we had a leak from our main roof and we called them to replace it. Just this year the roof on our front porch was leaking and Superior Exteriors repaired it for us. In all three cases Superior Exteriors has completed the projects as scheduled. Their workmanship has been excellent and their prices have been reasonable. I would recommend Superior Exteriors, without hesitation for any similar project.

Tom and his crew did an awesome job on my roof, very efficient, clean and great workmanship. I got alot of quotes and for the product they offered, it was a great value. Communicated frequently and clearly, no surprises and got it done all in one day. Couldn't have imagined how it could have went better and the roof looks great.

This is only a review of their customer service as I did not need to fix my roof. I called them after a storm had blown through and I found a puddle of water in my kitchen the next morning. As this is 6am, I am not fully awake yet, and I have a head cold, maybe I wasn't thinking straight, or maybe I am an idiot. Either way, I tore a hole in my ceiling, found what I thought was a leak from the roof, and called these guys out to see if they could fix it.
Up onto the roof they go 4 hours later, and what do they find? A window that has been open in the spare room since I bought my house. Turns out, the wind had blown so hard that it had gotten into the window, into my spare room, and dripped through the floor boards. Yes they laughed at me, but who wouldn't? They shut the window and caulked around it free of charge since the caulking was showing signs of wear and tear.

I've used Superior Exteriors for a complete roof at our old house and for a small rubber roof, gutters and patching at our new house. Their prices were a little lower than the other bids and I had seen some work they had done in my area which looked great so I figured I'd give them a try. They were willing to work around my schedule which was very convenient, since we had a newborn with a crazy sleep schedule.
I was not disappointed! They showed up on time, did the work as described and even though some unexpected issues came up after they started removing the old shingles, they didn't gouge me on the extras! I would use them without hesitation for the next project we have. Tom was amazing, very honest, organized and made it all very simple! THANKS!
