We had an Asphalt roof replaced on a large gazebo including replacement of decking underneath. Price was very fair and workmanship was very good. What I really appreciated was the communication. They kept me informed regarding the appointment date via phone and email. They texted a picture of the worker/installer who would be showing up at our home.

They let us know when they were 30 minutes away. They even texted updates with pictures throughout the project which makes it nice if you can’t be there in person. Payment was easily made online after project completion.

The service adviser was on-time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the repair, and didn't make me feel like he had to rush off to the next appointment. The repair team showed up to my house on-time, and quickly repaired my roof. Best of all, our roof seems to have stopped leaking and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! We recently had Bone Dry out to investigate a leak in our roof as well as to quote for cleaning the stains off of the roof. The entire experience was terrific! They identified the cause of the leak, quoted the repair, quoted the cleaning of the roof, and indicated that they would be happy to repair and re-stain the deck.
