Over the last couple years we had shingles blown off and repaired by other companies. Well after the last wind storm i decided to just get the whole roof replaced since the shingles the builder put on our house were not rated for the MD weather, they were rated for FL weather. Dominion Roofing came out and did the estimate, wearing a mask and other safety stuff.

In a couple weeks we had a new roof being put on and it looks great! The team did a great job and was very professional and friendly. I was surprised how they combed our whole yard with the magnet rake to make sure they got all the nails up! I highly recommend their service to anyone!

Dominion Roofing just complete a new roof installation on my home. Perfect! Looks fantastic, the price was very reasonable, and dealing with Bill was a pleasure. He's incredibly responsive from job estimate to completion. And he's a stickler about cleanup, so you'd never know that a work crew had been there. Second time I've used Dominion. Hope I never need him for a third time, but certainly wouldn't hesitate to call Bill if I did.

Bill came out to our home the very next day after our initial call. He diagnosed the problem efficiently (we had 2 other companies come out- gutter and roofing- that could not properly identify the issues we were having with water leaking/overflow). He sent estimates for the repair cost (temporary fix) as well as the cost to completely replace the shingles with proper materials for the low slope roof we have that was most likely causing much of the issue (long term fix).

His prices are competitive and honest. We opted to get the repair and replace the roofing material and then we got hit with snow storm after snow storm. As soon as the last storm moved out and enough melt had occurred, Bill was texting me to get the job done the very next day. He and his team came on a Friday and were done quickly, efficiently and didn't leave a scrap of debris on my property.

The best thing about Dominion is he stands by his work. I had some issues and he explained some things I didn't understand, fixed what needed changing and we made a plan should other issues come up going forward. Mixed feelings. Chimney flashing leak was not fixed. Tenant liked Mr. Fowler and his careful inspection of the chimney so I accepted although his estimate was much higher than another I had received. The estimate said the work was a permanent repair. I paid $1,830. The repair work took less than an hour, according to the tenant.

Prompt and thorough job! We had a list of things we needed to fix to complete the sale of our home. Dominion was quick with the estimate and the work. We were happy with the price and detailed documentation. Pictures of all the repairs were included (extremely helpful as we would never be up on the roof!) and we had thorough documentation to pass on to our buyers. Dominion also helped us to fix our skylight insulation while they were up there. We were very pleased overall!

Addendum: After reading my review, Bill reached out to me and said that it was due to miscommunication that his roofers never showed up. He scheduled a follow-up appointment approximately a month after he reached out to me, and came by to look at the leak. He followed up and came by two weeks after that and redid a set of shingles and used roofers cement around what he believed was a wearing out place where our skylight was attached to the roof base.

He was really concerned about the quality of his work and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied. He followed up a week after the work, after we had a snow storm to see if the roof work held up. It did, as it did not leak, which wasn't the case before Bill came to fix it. I would suggest Dominion Roofing to anyone who wants quality roof work and the satisfaction of knowing that he stands by his work. Thanks Bill!

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of Dominion Roofing. They installed our new roof in a timely manner at a fair price and did a great job to boot. Two seemingly small but important things stood out to me. First, during the March windstorm (when gusts reached 70 mph) about 6 feet of the ridge vent on our roof was lifted up, exposing the interior of our house to the elements.

With rain in the forecast, I was desperate to find a roofer to repair the vent promptly. Bill Fowler of Dominion responded immediately and fixed the vent within 2 hours of my contacting him. No one else responded until the next day. Even more impressive, instead of charging for his time, Bill simply asked that we consider Dominion when we replaced the roof. Well, we did and we're glad we did! Second, on the morning the roofers came, I asked the crew chief if he could clean the 2 skylights when they finished the roof.

The crew worked tirelessly from 7 in the morning until 7 at night. They had worked so hard and done such great work that I didn't have the heart to remind the crew chief about the skylights. It tuned out I didn't need to remind him. The last thing he did before leaving was to clean the skylights. Very impressive! I could not be more pleased or impressed with Dominion Roofing.
