The roofing team was extremely organized, thorough, creative and focused on completing the work in a timely manner while being attentive and taking extra care to protect my many flower gardens. They build shelves and tarps around the flowers and bushes and managed to perform their hard work around the vegetation. The men were respectful, friendly and responsive and their team work was commendable.

They attended to detail and went out of their way to create a beautiful result with my skylight installation as well as with the roof. The project manager was available to questions, communicated well and was very accommodating, patient, helpful and friendly with my many questions and requests. I am very grateful for all the great care the team took and am pleased with my new roof and skylights. I would recommend Brown Roofing to anyone with my highest regards! Thumbs up!

I contracted with Brown roofing in October 2020 to replace a small, flat roof and 3 skylights. I paid upfront, and 8 weeks later they came to install my roof. 2 of the custom order skylights were the wrong size, so they told me they'd order more and come back. After 6 months, and 8 phone calls with no return call they arrived with only 1 of the 2 missing skylights saying they'd be back in 3 months. 6 months later I called again. 2 people came out on separate occasions, measured the existing skylight again, and promised me it would be ordered. 3 months later I called 4 different times when they told me they forgot to order it.

It is almost June 2022 and after 6 more unreturned phone calls I was informed they forgot to order it AGAIN and it would be 12 more weeks. I paid for this in October 2020 and they have not offered me any return or rebate. My skylight is now leaking, my ceiling is ruined, and THEY STILL HAVEN'T MADE IT RIGHT. Please, don't trust other reviews.

This company is full of scam artists who refuse to complete jobs and are forcing me to seek legal action against them to resolve a simple issue. No follow through. If they say they'll call you back, they are lying. Make sure you withhold payment until work is completed, as Brown roofing will keep your money and never complete the job.

Do NOT use Brown Roofing for any home improvement project. I made the mistake of trusting Brown Roofing with my home. I got a new roof installed and along with it came weeks of issues and headache. I played telephone with project manager Noel, office member Nikki B, office member Bailey, accountant Kim and general manager Chase. They failed to properly listen and communicate.

Ultimately I am left manipulated and now forced to live with issues created by Brown Roofing. Shame on this company for taking advantage of a local school teacher. Again DO NOT use Brown Roofing for ANY service. You will regret it. This is my honest experience and opinion.

SKIP BROWN ROOFING! I paid Brown Roofing $23,996.96 to move a drip from my living room to the garage in 2019! Every time it rains a little bit hard the roof leaks! I paid the extra money to put a "Klause on my house" a 50-year warranty, I think the saying should be put a "Curse on your house"! I have called a dozen times and they just keep saying they will send a guy who NEVER FIXES the problem.

Here I sit at 3AM watching my garage food and getting ZERO back from the emergency line. If I could go back I would RUN from this place as fast as I could I would, do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs! My estimate is attached MINUS the extra $3.5k for 56 sheets of plywood. Pretty expensive to be in the Exact same place I was when I started 3 years later!

We had Sidding done the house and garage the job came out great.the workers were very friendly and professional.they completely cleaned up after each day. Matt the salesman was very courteous and explained the whole job of what will be done he called us every few days to make sure we were happy with the work and quality. We consider him a friend now.

We would recommend Brown Roofing to anyone who's interested in having some work done. Thank you guys for the great job all the neighbors are loving it we are a close little community of neighbors.

I had a very good experience using Brown Roofing. The salesperson, Austin Miller, was very thorough and helpful in explaining all the work and materials. The work crew was also excellent. I was promised a new roof in one day and they delivered! I was very impressed with the clean up also. They left my lawn and driveway in great condition. The new roof looks great and protects me from the elements.

Brown Roofing did an excellent job on all aspects of installing vinyl siding and replacing the gutters on our home. The sales person was thorough and professional, the project manager checked in with us at every step of the process, and the work crew was highly skilled, precise, and did impressive high quality work on every aspect of the job. We are extremely satisfied with our new vinyl siding and gutters and would highly recommend them.

We got estimates from a number of companies and most trash-talked the others and told me everyone would do it wrong with inferior materials that wouldn't last. Brown didn't engage in these shenanigans: they told me exactly what they would do and how they did it right, with an outstanding warranty to back it up. We have existing copper gutters and when they discussed creating a drip-edge that wouldn't interfere with the metallic processes that might corrode or stain them over time, I knew I had the right people.

The financing process was simple, the estimate and contract were extremely detailed and clear (far more than the other companies). We had to delay a week because of a storm, but Nikki managed the project with no complaints and the dumpster and materials arrived exactly when I was told they would, followed by the crew two days later. The complete removal of the old roof and full install, including two new skylights, took only two days, start-to-finish, with not a single nail or scrap of material left behind.

If only all of my construction needs could be met with such professionalism, skill and care! And the price was competitive and fair. Very pleased with the work that was done in replacing my gutters and leaders. The team took great care in removing my old gutters and leaders and ensuring that they were all fully functional and working properly. The workers were very professional and ensured that my property was left undisturbed when the completed the work. I would recommend them for anyone who has a need for this work.

Nello did a super, super job! And so did Bill the on site Mgr. Both kept me in the loop the entire time, worked with my daughter, and kept their word. You can see the results in the picture. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I got my roof replaced by Brown and the team did a fantastic job. I just had a huge crack in my ceiling (Beyond normal wear from a roof installation. Definitely looks like an impact crack of either material or a tool) that my sales rep Mike said he would have someone call me to schedule a time to come out to fix. It's been a few months now and I am emailing nearly every week trying to get someone to get in touch with me to come out to repair it.

Once my money was taken, it's like all communication stopped and I work for CN! UPDATE: I was rescheduled 3 more times and finally got the crack "repaired". All they did was cover it with spackle and paint over it. No sanding or anything else apparently. I could've just done this myself and produced a better result. There is still an obvious dip in my ceiling and I am expecting it to start falling apart in the next few weeks/months.

Not only that but even though they covered my floor and table with painters tarp, there was still spots of paint around my whole dining room, and one of them even stepped in paint and walked around from the looks of the paint marks I had to scrub off the floor with goo gone. I cleaned paint off my chairs as well. Customer service was no help either as they always had an excuse as to why they had to reschedule (with myself/my husband having to miss work AND money for THEIR mistake).

I would also like to add that while they advertise that they take care in making sure there is no damage or materials left on site so clean up is a breeze, they destroyed my daisies in the front lawn and have completely covered my attic in debris and sawdust. We now have to replace all of our insulation and get a thorough cleaning done because of the lack of care in keeping that space free of debris.

I also had to ask the men who came to fix my ceilings to put masks on (they had to walk back to their trucks to get) in the middle of a pandemic (which one of their excuses was Covid - wonder why they have problems with that?). Overall extremely disappointed in the quality of the work and customer service I received after my money was taken. I will not ever recommend someone get their roof replaced by this company.

When it came time to replace my roof there was only one choice for me and my family and that was Brown Roofing. They did an amazing job, installed IKO Dynasty shingles, took great care to be sure my property was protected and clean at the end of the day. The project manager communicated with me throughout the process. We also had them install new six inch gutters with Raindrop Gutter Guard.

We are so happy with the results. We have an oversized roof that was not cared for, with a stone chimney that has clearly had leaks over the years (we bought the house one year ago), seven skylights, multiple vents and two long overhangs, so we knew we needed a real roofer. Someone who knew how to install properly, used great products and could manage all the small nuances our roof involved. Brown Roofing did a great job! I refer them anytime someone mentions needing a roof.

Following a bad winter and a very damaging ice jam our old aluminum siding was severely damaged. Browns followed up our claim with the insurance company and we were able to have the whole house resided with vinyl siding. Their siding crew were excellent with a particular reach out to there site foreman whose attention to detail went above and beyond.

The finished job looked great. It did take longer than expected due to the strip down which revealed a second layer of old ship lap siding below the aluminum and additional layers of waterproofing materials. However, they continued the job until I was totally satisfied with the end result. The above completed all the works to the house which have resulted in a new roof, new siding, and new gutters and downspouts. Great job guys. Thanks.

What a great experience from beginning to end. Gene, the salesman who showed up explained everything that would be done and answered every question we had! Roof looks great and all done in one day!

Brown Roofing Co. Inc. was wonderful. There were no nails on the ground, and they did not destroy any of the trees or shrubbery that are around the house. I think the area they worked in was probably cleaner after they left than it was before they got here.

I thought they were very professional and reliable. They were very helpful, and went above and beyond.
