Had a roof leak on a 7 year old house. KLR came to look at it and provided an estimate within 2 days. They scheduled and repaired the roof one week later. The problem was solved at a reasonable cost from this reliable firm.

KLR replaced our roof. They were friendly, communicative, competitively priced, found the materials requested, and installed quickly w minimal disruption. They reccomended and co-ordinated w a gutter installer. They're process of permitting inspection and installation went like clockwork without leaving the home unfinished for days between approvals. I definitely reccomended them. They would have been a value at a higher price.

I cannot give this company enough stars. They are fantastic! From the estimator to the owner and his wife - they have been incredible to work with. We were under a deadline and they met it. The permit came quickly. The work was done to perfection. They even covered the pool and driveway with a tarp when ripping off the old roof to protect the areas. The roof was torn off and the new roof installed in 8 days! If you are looking to put on a new roof.this is your company. HANDS DOWN!

I would highly recommend KLR Roofing for your roofing needs. We just had final inspection on our new roof and passed with flying colors. From the start with Jeremiah, professional and on time. He said he would be there at 2:00 and he was there 10 min early. We have dealt with many contractors that for one reason or another are never on time. The pricing was fair and they were open to negotiations.

When we signed the contract, they gave us a time line of when we could expect the different stages to begin and be complete. Melody from the office communicated 2 days out that we would be receiving the materials, followed by the removal the old roof and install the next day. They brought a large crew that worked the entire time, cleaned up all of the debris and left no trace that they were there. The entire process went smoothly and without a hitch. If you are in need of a roofer, do look any further. KLR is your team!

We knew we had a leak in the past in our roof but also noticed some places that had the beginnings of rotted or waterdamaged wood around the "gutters". The representative came out and did a good job of going all over the roof and in the attic. It took a while to get back to us due to it being hurricane season but I was persistent, since they have excellent ratings and come highly recommended by our neighbors.

When it came time to do the work, they sent out six men to take care of the problem on a Thursday. However, there was something that was missed by the first guy and they pointed it out. Of course, that was going to be additional work with additional cost (which they initially said wasn't going to be that much), but the job had a lot more labor and time than they thought.

So it was a bit more than what anybody anticipated. The office worked with us to have the workers come back the next day (Friday) to finish the job, which we appreciated so much. Honestly, they did a great job, taking pictures of areas before and after so we can see what they had to do and what we paid for. They made sure that the work was completed before Hurricane Isaias was due (even though it passed us by, the rain certainly hasn't).

Their workers were punctual, hardworking, amiable, professional and they cleaned up everything after themselves. Would I recommend? Absolutely. We feel very confident that they did a great job and if there's anything awry, we know that they will take care of it. Thank you, Michelle, for answering the calls and texts. You were awesome to work with. Please let the guys who came know that we appreciate them.

KLR just did a total reroofing for us, they were topnotch. They did excellent work and cleaned up at the end of each day. Craftsmanship and professionalism and communication were great, we could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend them.

I had a roof leak (obviously) and called a few companies. KLR was the first to respond and the first to come out and provide an estimate. They were very professional and honest. In FACT, it was recommended I DIDN'T have the work done (I was told it was a leak that would only happen once every few years and it wasn't necessarily worth fixing at that time).

Then the leak reared it's ugly head again and I had no choice but to fix it. I called KLR, during rainy season no less, and within a couple of weeks they had it fixed. Recently I had another water stain and they came out THAT day. Turns out it wasn't the roof but the A/C unit in the attic. Mike didn't even charge me. From the friendliness of Michelle at the office, to the honesty and professionalism of Mike and Jeremiah, I couldn't recommend this company more. I sure hope to NOT ever need them again BUT wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them!

KLR is the only roofer that I trust in South Florida. I have used them for both myself personally, and as a Realtor, I have referred them to my clients many times. They always do a stellar job. The are licensed and insured which is MANDATORY. Please don't use a roofer that is not! Their prices are reasonable. they arrive on time. I highly recommend them! They are family owned and operated, and doing it right.

I had hired this firm because they did previous work for me. My sisters house need fascia replaced. When his workers showed up and started my sister called me to say they were using drywall spackle to fill wood they were supposed to replace. I called Mike and was livid. He came over to her house and saw the container of spackle in their truck. No one will speak English.

I told Mike this like fraud and elder abuse. His Estimator Jeremiah said at quote he may have to lift tiles on roof so flashing is correct. Had he looked properly, he could have seen her roof is shingles. I let them finish after they reduced price by $500 out of $1200. I cannot believe these people using drywall filler to cover up for them. I would not recommend this firm KLR for a dog house roof. Stay away from them.

After receiving another quote from another roofing company, like any smart consumer you want to get two estimates. Not only did KLR exceed the warrantee, double it, but made sure to satisfy the problem with multiple workers right before another big rain storm. Michael, the owner, came to our house and very carefully examined every aspect of the problem and to say the least from 1 to 10 I rate his company an 11. You can certainly have full confidence with no apprehension using this company. Great job.

KLR Roofing was great. Mike came out and gave me a reasonable estimate ,also explained everything and showed me the damages on my leaking roof. Shortly after they came out and repaired my roof in a timely manner. I was extremely please.
