Chuck Magee was born in Tylertown, Mississippi and moved to McComb as a teenager. As a young adult, he lived in Baton Rouge. Chuck and his wife of 15 years, Lindey have two daughters, Heather and Pailyn and a son, Bennett. The Magee family lives in McComb, MS with their six pet chickens and Pippa the puppy pug. We enjoy spending time together by the pool during the summer and family movie night is something we all look forward to. l have been blessed to start up and operate my own companies since 1990. Studying business in college gave Chuck the desire to own and operate his own business. Chuck has enjoyed working over the past two decades in real estate development and the construction industry. Michael came out to check my leaking skylights and did an overall check of my roof. He photographed areas of the roof requiring repair. I had his bid to replace the skylights and do the roof repairs the afternoon of his visit. Clint and Evert installed new skylights and performed the repairs. They were experienced, professional, competent and extremely hard workers.
They arrived early in the morning and completed all work by the end of the day. I wanted a company that oversaw the whole job. I wanted to make one call and pay by check at the end. That's exactly what I got. Michael measured the size of the skylights, ordered the skylights, delivery was made to Roof Crafters who then scheduled the repair. I didn't have to do a thing but pay at completion. The added bonus was all 3 men were personable and friendly in addition to being excellent at their jobs.

Roof Crafters has provided me with excellent service for years. They are always prompt, provide same-day estimates and quick service. They replaced the decking that had rot in it from an overhanging live oak and storm damage. My house is over 100 years old with heavy metal roofing-it is not easy to work on, but Clint and Evert had it looking great in just a few hours.

One of the many things that impressed me with Louisiana Roof Crafters was their ability to manufacture three specialty triangle roof dormer vents. Two competing roofing companies excluded this component from the scope of work because they couldn't produce it and subsequently submitted a below standard replacement. I had roof damage from Hurricane Ida. My insurance company did not initially want to cover a full roof replacement. Brian with Roof Crafters helped me work with a second inspector from the insurance company to document the damage and get approval for a complete roof replacement. Brian also was helpful in providing information and pictures of various shingles installed locally to help me make a decision on roof color.
The crew that came to do the removal of the old roof and installation were punctual, professional, and careful. They did a great job and they ensured they picked up all debris and nails after the job. They also corrected some issues with a ridge vent that was too small and issues with a shed that was missing a drip edge. I was very impressed by this company and their personnel. I would highly recommend them to others based on my experience.

Very unhappy. They hurried to put a new roof on Wednesday 8/25. Ida hit us on 8/29/21. Scot came by to get the final payment. We had several shingles on the ground. My husband told him we needed the shingles replaced. I returned his call but he was putting a tarp on someone else's house and he would call me right back. As of this day, I have not heard a word. The extra roofing supplies are still in my front yard. Please have someone put the shingles back on and get the final inspection done and remove the left over supplies.

BRANDON my salesman was very knowledgeable, informative, and always had my best interest at hand. He and his team dealt with my insurance and got me the very best roof possible. When Waylon and his team arrived to install my roof, they got right to work and were very careful not to damage my property. They appeared very organized, efficient and skilled.

We actually had multiple quotes on our roof replacement, while Roof Crafters wasn't the cheapest, they were willing to work with our insurance closely to get us the best deal. They also upgraded our roof so that it was better then what we originally had. Lastly, they listen to every concern we had and even figured out a way to safely hide the flashing on our roof. The results look great and we can now sleep well knowing we have a high rated roof over our heads.

Complete roof replacement due to hail damage. Insurance covered the work being done. They showed up when they said they would and had the entire roof done in two days. They cleaned up very well and did not leave any nails or roofing debris. The roofing rep was very friendly and efficient and came out as soon as I called him for anything. Went great. Prop service with sales and their roofing crew. They have a special trailer that lifts up to the roof and can be driven around the house with no damage to your yard. Roof looks really good and they guys cleaned up great. My house looks looks like a new home. I have had many complements on new roof.
