I wanted a quote for my roof because I know cost are going up and wanted to know what the life was on my roof. Although I have not made a final decision on when to do the roof. The roofing company was doing a roof for my neighbor. I called 3 contractors. Out of 3 roofing contractors i called, none of them made the appointment on time. The head supervisor Dennis Wood who was kind enough to come over and give me a fair assessment after I approached him.

He was very knowledgeable, answered all questions and very kind. His experience in the business is very apparent. He did not try and push the sale. Very polite. Thank you Dennis and the roofing company for giving me faith that there are still good honest people out there.

They were recommended to me by my neighbor who just had their roof replaced they weren't the cheapest but I went with them because they were honest and reliable Matt the owner was great and helped he with questions I had later down the road The roofers came out set up tarps and did a great job they got it all done in one day they even went around the whole yard looking for nails and cleaned up after there self I would recommend them you can't find an honest company anymore 10/10

The Roofing Company just finished installation of a new shingle roof and it looks amazing. Matt the owner and Dakota were great guys to deal with and their staff were great hard working guys, started work early and finished late and got the job done quickly. The price was competitive too. We had a few minor hiccups that were easily rectified, Matt and Dakota were quick to sort them out.

I would highly recommend "The Roofing Company" their work is exceptional they are attentive to customers needs and easy to deal with. Our roof is large and intricate but they nailed it, "pardon the pun" They were happy to provide recommendations for other specialized contractors too, which will be valuable to me. I reached out to The Roofing Co. for an estimate to have a new roof install. Dave came out and gave my father an estimate and explained in detail everything that would be done. My wife's 94-year-old mother had to have her roof replaced and we were fortunate to find The Roofing Company. Dennis Wood showed up on time to measure her roof and talk to a very nervous woman about what needed to be done. He was very professional, caring and patient and taking time to explain every step in great detail and set her mind at ease that everything will turn out fine.

We just had the most wonderful experience! We contracted The Roofing Company for a new roof job. We met with Dennis Wood, the supervisor and decided this was the company for us. From start to finish, it went smoothly and efficiently. The actual roofing job itself, handled by their Crew Leader, Ezekiel and his team of men, took 1 day to complete the job!

We were amazed. Meanwhile a neighbor on our block started his roofing job four days before us is still waiting for his roof to be completed! We highly recommend The Roofing Company above all others. They worked with us 100% because we're snowbirds and had a time constraint. They provide old fashioned service just like their motto states. They cleaned up the property like they were never there. I worked with Dennis from the Roofing Company. Dennis was so very Awesome to work with. He helped us pick a great color for our roof, so knowledgeable of the roofing business with his many years in the field. He was always available to answer any questions we had. The shingles arrived on Friday and were placed on the roof. At 8:00 AM on Monday Dennis and his roofing team arrived and they were all amazing. Great professional job. Critical: Professionalism Due to Matt and Chris avoiding my calls and sending out different employees that can not fix the problem that they are responsible for (they hired the sub contractors) and did not give their project manager instructions as to the specifics of the job. I am going to let the pictures do the talking.

We got 3 estimates and one that never sent his estimate. The roofing company came in with the best price and reasonable wait time. We got bumped due to rain and pushed up two days but they sowed up on time and had our roof complete before the end of the day. We have had to repair/replace a lot on our house this year and just getting people to call you back has been trying. Estimates have been all over the place and no shows numerous. It was so nice doing business with a company that shows great integrity and charges a fair price.

The Roofing company handled a roof install back in 8/2020 and when trying to sell the house 12/2021 we found a few issues that needed to be fixed to resolve an inspection. They arranged for a quick appointment convenient to our schedule, and then when there was an additional concern, Becky sent sent RJ back a second time. Both Becky and RJ provided excellent customer services and made sure we fully understood all the repairs and that everything was covered by their warrantee. Highly recommend The Roofing Company

I have nothing but positive to say about this place, and have went on to recommend them to anyone who even mentions needing a roof. From start to finish it went smoothly, even through Covid times where there were supply issues, we made it through. The guys who did the work were so quick and had everything done in two days. They even made sure to triple sweep the yard when I asked to make sure they got all nails bc we have dogs. They covered everything around the house including our tortoises area. They were so neat during the whole process. And now our roof looks beautiful!

My roof looks amazing! The workers did such an incredible job and didn't leave any mess behind. They were done within the same day. The supervisor Dakota who did they final walk through was also great and really worked with us. The office staff however isn't very great at communicating with each other or customers. I feel like we got the run around when it came to setting a date for the project to begin. All in all though, the job is done and it looks amazing.

The Roofing Company just replaced my roof in a timely manor and were on point from start to finish. I'm very pleased with the results and have no concerns. Their team was great and the work crew produced quality work, it was a job well done across the board and was charged a fair price. I would highly recommend them for any roofing project.

We needed a new roof so we got 4 estimates from company's with high grade reviews. The Roofing Company sent their estimator out and he spen't the most time on the roof inspecting and measuring. He then went over the estimate with us, provided numbers for different options, showed us what was and wasn't included, and gave us a schedule. Their cost was competitive, but but not the lowest (but they were all within a few percent of each other so cost wasn't an issue in the decision). But, we went with them because their measurements and estimate were the most detailed and that gave me confidence that extra work wouldn't be tacked on after the job started.

They did a great job and the cleanup was perfect, no debris or nails in the yard. Their communication throughout the scheduling, work progress, and inspection was flawless. I can't recommended these guys enough!

The Roofing Company came highly recommended from multiple individuals within my neighborhood. Out of the quotes I received, they were definitely the most informative and professional. No push for anything unnecessary or unwanted add ons beside also having the lowest quote I received. The crew was professional, cleaned up after complete, and did a great job. My main complaint is the scheduling. I waited nearly 2 months. Dealing with an active leak that took 5 times to patch until the schedule would allow the installation to begin. That is why the 4 star rating. Once they arrived, the workers were professional. They worked very hard and completed the job with no problems. Fortunately, the rains stayed away and there were no delays.

I love the finished roof they did an excellent job. Very pleased even with the cleanup when the job was complete as well. I would like to mention and compliment the Supervisor Dennis Wood. He is an asset to the company. He is knowledgeable and has the people skills to be the customer service liaison with the impatient clients. He is also very adept at patching to hold off the leaks until instillation day.

Very honest company. We had them come out and give us an estimate on our home as well as a rental home. They could have tried to sell us two roofs however, they were honest and said that we still had life left in our roof and it did not need to be replaced at this time. The communication was immeasurable throughout the process of replacing the rental home roof.

The materials were on back order however, they called every week or two with an update. They took before during and after pictures to let us know what was going to be replaced what was replaced and what they did replace. Dakota menace out there for a final inspection and we had a few items of concern. He had people out within a few days to address our concerns and then scheduled another walk around with us.

When he came to get the check I actually had to cancel due to a flat tire. He knew my husband was out of town and offered to come change my tire for me. Although I declined I appreciated the offer. I would definitely recommend the roofing company to my friends and family and will be using them in the future.

I'll preface this by saying I'm the classic "over thinker" when it comes to any large purchase. I began my roofing review/interviews/estimates with various companies in November 2020. In all I had 10 come out over a 2-3 week period. Because this was such a large investment and so many things can go wrong with a roof, I really needed absolutely sure the company I hired was the perfect fit.

I believe it was Chris that came out and did my estimate. Over the course of the next few months I took my time to make a decision. I had it narrowed down to 3 roofers and The Roofing Company is the only one I didn't have to chase down for an updated quote. I also really enjoyed learning about about the background of the company and had a friend who works with Google check for any reviews that looks like they were left by bots or fake accounts.

I got the got the shingles ordered that I wanted. The rain really slowed them down but the crew did phenomenal and were so friendly. Worked in intense heat and even some light rain. Time will tell how the roof holds up but nothing is indicating that I will have any issues and ultimately i have a real sense of security knowing my roof was replaced by people who care and know their stuff.

I appreciate Dakota and his communication and i really think of anything they could improve upon. After the job was complete the crew went around and cleaned up any debris left behind. Absolutely 100% percent happy with The Roofing Company. Thanks for reading my novel.

Have been a customer for past 6 years from patch work to doing a complete reroof a few weeks ago. The team that did the roof is extremely professional and courtesy. Chris is on point and to the point which is what is most important to me. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to fix up what they have to just replacing the whole thing. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a State Farm agent 42 years and am also a Vietnam vet. I paid The Roofing Company $49K for a CertainTeed Grand Manor roof. The roof was fine, however, what happened next defies belief. One of the employees failed to put down 3/4 inch plywood on my driveway and when he towed his trailer onto it, he caused pavers to separate and needed repairs. Mr. Lentz was adamant about bringing his own contractor out to do repairs.

When I got the estimate it was for $950. Mr. Lentz called me later that day and stated the quote was "egregious." I learned much later that this was misrepresented as the real quote was for $2700 and was never sent to me. I sent Mr. Lentz, owner of business, several quotes of my own which he ignored for almost a week. Then he called me and persuaded me to bring in another of his contractors who quoted $400, all the while concealing the fact that he had in his possession his 1st contractor's quote for $2700.

I learned what happened by querying the 1st contractor as to why he didn't send me the $2700 quote. He stated that Mr. Lentz requested the quote be sent only to him as he was paying and to send me the $950 quote which turned out to be for other parts of the driveway which were also damaged by the trailer, causing those pavers and borders to also separate.

I have retained all emails and quotes. I have also reported these "misrepresentations" to The Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commi- sion, the Pinellas County Consumer Protection, and sent them documentation to support my claims. Last of all, when I initially reported the damage to pavers to Mr. Lentz, he explained that his business policy might not even cover my damage.

He did not, as he stated in other forums, graciously agree to have $3000 held aside to cover the damage. Based on that exchange, I offered to pay Mr. Lentz $46000 on the condition that he deliver to me a signed and notarized "contract addendum" that $3000 be held back until we agreed on a price. In all my years of having my own insurance agency with highly skilled and licensed team members and having witnessed thousands of roof claims, never have I seen a chain of events that remotely resemble this. Hire this company at your own peril.

I found this company on a Google or Yelp search when I was getting quotes for re-roofing my home. They were professional, courteous, and have me a fair quote. I ended up hiring them and happy I did. They did a fantastic job and even provided before, during, and after photos. Would highly recommend.

I just had my roof done last week; and what an amazing job and great experience! Pleasant and professional workers, and very diligent about clean up as well as a job very well done! I would and will recommend them to everyone!

I called this company for an estimate on my roof. We scheduled an appointment for Friday 2/7 in the afternoon. Dave Page called me at 3:45 & said I'll be there in about 1/2 an hour. I said great. At 5:30 he still was not here so I called him because I was worried that there had been a problem. He said he was about 10 minutes away. So we went ahead with the estimate his excuse being he ran long with his previous customer.

I understand that having been in the customer service industry for 20 years. I would have liked a courtesy call but did not get one. We told him we wanted to think about the proposal over the weekend and would call on Monday. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to hire him and said so on his voice mail. He called back and said he would call me around 5:30 or 6:00 to make sure we would be home and come by to sign the contract.

We got no call no text no communication what so ever. When someone is going to spend thousands of dollars with your company you should at least offer a courtesy call when you can't keep your commitment. Dave has twice proven him self unreliable which in my view is one of the most important qualities to look for in a contractor. So I will not hire this company to replace my roof. Buyer beware!

Our new roof looks fantastic!!! Thank you to you all and especially the 4 guys that did all the hard work! They cleaned up after themselves, and was very careful with the landscaping. The price was right and they stuck to the contract as agreed. Oh and not to forget Dave Page, thank you sir as it was a pleasure meeting with you and getting this whole thing started. Finally, a roofing company worthy of repeat business. I've gone thru' 3 others (investment homes) and glad I found these guys to do my personal residence and the last of my rentals. Excellent workmanship and very professional. Showed up as expected and the jobs were completed in a timely manner (a new roof plus they coordinated replacing my crappy gutters). The crews were polite and careful about leaving the job site tidy at the end of each day. Very impressive. Not only would I use them again -- I DID use them again!

This didn't start off well. The first repair appointment was a no-show. When I finally tracked him down he said it's family time on weekends and he shuts his phone off. I stated that the appointment was on a Monday. So, he knew on Friday he wasn't going to make it and still didn't bother to call. This is after I thoroughly explained that I was in the military, deploying, and needed to stay on schedule.

They finally came out to make repairs. I was charged a higher/different price than Chris quoted me, so I spent several more days trying to get them to verify Chris had offered a military discount. The work was done, the bill was paid and now I have a leak. Chris denies any wrong doing, but his own employee that came out told me that there was damage that should've been caught on initial inspection. Chris got very defensive when I told him that and said that if the damage was so obvious, why didn't I point it out to him.

I said, well, that is what I paid you for. To inspect, tell me what needs to be fixed, and repair. He told me to prove that the damage was there when he inspected. I said, you should talk to your employee, because he was the one who told me it was missed and that damage like that doesn't happen overnight. He said he needed to go as "he has a life too", and was going on vacation the following day. He took my money, I now have a leak/problem and he isn't willing to do anything about it. This was a horrible experience.

The Roofing Company came out to our house and inspected the roof. He was both honest and thorough in his assessment, very knowledgeable. He gave one of the lowest estimates. We trusted in the Roofing Company and never hesitated. I strongly recommend them. Very professional!

This roofing company was professional is every way. We just had our roof replaced by The Roofing Company due to Hurricane Irma damage and old age. Carlos and crew came in, ripped off the old, repaired and then replaced our multiple leveled and peaked roof with skill and precision. They were thorough and hardworking. They did an great job from the start all the way to the clean up!

Great responsive service to repair roof leaks after Hurricane Irma. Installed tarps immediately to keep out further water and then came back a few days later to actually do the repair, which went very smoothly. Courteous, prompt, professional, even with follow up calls to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. A PLUS SERVICE!

2016: Chris and his crew at The Roofing Company are terrific! They put a new roof on my home at Ridgemoor in Palm Harbor. The installers were polite, professional and fast. A supervisor even came out and walked the roof during a rain interruption in the installation to make sure everything was perfect! The end result and price were great! 2017: We sold our home in Ridgemoor and moved to Fox Wood in Trinity.

We found a leak in the roof yesterday during the week-long rain. I called Chris and he came over 2 hours later-- fixed the leak (and a few other things)-- and charged me nothing! We'll absolutely be calling The Roofing Company in a few years when our "new" house needs a new roof!

Well the guys showed up bright and early at 7 am which was a happy surprise. They explained what was going on and then got straight to work, I was in and out all day and the guys were working their asses off. Very professional guys, keep me informed when some things needed to be changed. They called me to tell me everything passed inspection so very good on communication. Called every Friday to let me know I was in their schedule and I was even moved up a few weeks because of a free spot. I would definitely let these guys do any of my roofing needs from now on. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Look no further! What a refreshing experience with a roofer. Their motto says "old fashioned service" and they are top rate. They put the customer first and care about the customer. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They called the day before to remind me of the appointment and Chris called the day of appointment to let me know his approximate arrival time.

I purchased a roof tune up and Chris spent a good amount of time on the roof and sealed around the vents and plumbing stacks. He sealed some shingles that were lifted up. I told him about a leak and he spent time trying to determine the source and went into the attic to look for leaks. He said to monitor the area and to call him back if it continues to be a problem. I will definitely be calling The Roofing Company for any future roofing needs.

My roof was finished this evening. I have heard compliments already about how nice the roof looks. The men did a nice job cleaning up each evening. They even go around together with a magnetic piece on wheels to collect the nails each day. All were very hard workers. I felt very comfortable having them at my home. It is difficult to find a roofer who is willing to do a repair and typically they will try to sell you on a New roof. Not Pride! Chris came out and did an inspection on my barrel tile roof as it had been leaking for some time over my front porch area. He gave an estimate to repair, spelled out exactly what work would be performed, all cost involved and materials he anticipated using.

I'm really sorry that I didn't choose these guys. Boy do I wish I would have. Chris at Pride roofing was the most professional person I spoke to out of anyone that came out or called me back. I ended up going with a friend of a friend instead to save some money and I definitely got what I paid for... what a nightmare. I know I'll be calling these guys to replace the rest of my roof when the time comes.
