Davis Contracting has been an invaluable resource for us over the years. Our roof repair and replacement processes went smoothly! They come twice a year to clean our roof of leaves and debris, and their professionalism and reliability are always impressive. I highly recommend their services!

Davis Contracting team has blessed my family with their professionalism, talent, work ethics, civility, manners, responsiveness, and proactive nature. Several companies quoted the extensive work that our house needed, but Davis Contracting was clearly the best contractor for us due to their honesty, value-to-cost ratio, timeliness, and patience as we had several rounds of inquiries as we discussed the complex work.

Hunter Davis took time to explain the work and was a true gentleman through the entire experience. It is encouraging to know that ethical, polite, and genuine people like Hunter, and the whole Davis Contracting team, still exist. The crew that worked onsite were outstanding in their skill, work ethic, timeliness, professionalism, and very organized.

The crew arrived each morning promptly as promised, worked diligently all day, and left the work site each evening as organized and clean. I could not have asked for a better experience than Davis Contracting gave us. Since the work has completed, I feel like I come home to a new house each night. All of our neighbors have told us repeatedly that our house looks great now and I completely agree.

The work performed by Davis Contracting included: Repair house vents, replace the shed's roofing, build a new door for the shed, installed vinyl on our house and shed, replace two windows, eight shutters, wrapped all exposed wood on the house and building, such as fascia, soffit, gable vents, etc. Also replaced water damaged wood around the house and door trim. Pictures of before and after - impressive change.

We greatly appreciate the experience with Davis Contracting. We hired them to re-side our home with vinyl siding as we prepare to sell our house. The guys were extremely hardworking and got our house done earlier than expected. They were here for 12 hours per day with a short lunch break and then back to work. They cleaned up and did an exceptionally professional job overall. Thank you to the crew and to Shane for the fair price and great work. I would recommend Davis Contracting!

It took much time for me to choose a Roofing Contractor. In the past, Contractors had failed on their promise and did horrible work for me. However, I am content with Davis Contractors. They finished my roof in two days and it looks Great! It maybe too soon to see if anything negative may happen but, as I write this Rating, 5 Stars! PM, Hunter, was patient and stayed in constant contact with me. The Owner, Shane, eased several of my Contracting fears. Great Job. Good Price.

I called this company on a Thursday. The person answering the phone told me they would have Shane give me a call. I waited till the next Tuesday to call the company back. After speaking to another person I was told yet again that they would "have someone call me". I asked if I could get an estimate on when I should receive a call. I was told that they couldn't give me a time.

You would think that during a time when Companies of all shapes and sizes are facing a little slowdown in business that they would call any potential customer back to let them know something. I WILL NOT CALL THEM AGAIN! If you want a good job done. CALL GRIER ROOFING. They are well known and I received a call this morning after calling and leaving a message.

Now that is service. I saw your reply. I just checked my messages and you did leave a message. YOU DIDN'T CALL TWICE! (YOU ONLY LEFT ONE MESSAGE) you ALSO NOTED THAT NO ONE TOLD YOU I HAD CALLED! BUT MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT IF YOU ARE SO CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDED ONE WOULD THINK YOU WOULD HAVE TRIED UNTIL YOU REACHED THE PERSON! It took my bad review in order for you to respond! Lastly If your people didn't give you said message that I had called(I CALLED TWICE) maybe you should invest in customer service training b/c they didn't give a very good answer when I asked "when" I could expect a call back.

I will attest to the punctuality and promptness of the entire Davis team! I think they may have been one of the most professional teams (from Hunter to the installation team) I have dealt with in a while. Not only did they follow through as promised, they took pride in their work. The finished the job in 2.5 days (due to the rain) and everything looks great! I would recommend 100%!

Hunter was very respectful and answered all my concerns and explained every aspect of what would happen. The crew were great and left the place as they found it. They cleaned and cleared everything away. I am glad I chose Davis as my contractors to do my roof after storm damage. Great group of people to work with. This was my first experience at storm damage and it was very scary to have to reach out to someone you hope you can trust. You can trust Davis to do a great job. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I am thoroughly impressed with this company and grateful for their work! I had a few small leaks on my roof because the person who worked on it did not do something correctly and Davis Contracting was the only company that would come out and take a look, FOR FREE. He immediately knew the issue and within two days, it was fixed. Just in time too because we have had so much rain recently, with no more leaks mind you. Can't thank them enough!

Davis Contracting gave us a competitive quote on replacing a 21-year old roof with premium architectural shingles. Everything went very smoothly, from the appointment for the inspection/quote, to the old roof tear off, to the new roof installation and all the associated cleanup. Our old roof had several problem areas, and Davis dealt with these issues very effectively.

After two subsequent heavy rains we're pleased to no longer have these problems, and the roof looks beautiful. The entire Davis crew was helpful, hard-working, and careful, and I highly recommend them.

I had several issues from a hail storm about 2 weeks ago. I needed a roofer, a siding company and screens replaced. Shane came out, was very knowledgeable, everything I needed he said yes to. It has rained everyday. I couldn't imagine him starting. He had a massive crew all over my house, it never rained on bare wood and he accomplished fixing my house within a few days of hiring him. No haggles, absolutely no complaints. All smiles! Thank you!

I have no words to say how amazing this company is. After looking at their BBB profile, I contacted them about roofing our house. I received a prompt response, and Mr. Shane Davis came out immediately to give us a quote. I liked his forthright manner, and explained to him that we had gotten a quote from another company, but it seemed WAY out of line from what I was expecting, based on recent roof work performed on my family's homes that were similar in size and shape.
Mr. Davis came within three days based on my schedule, was exceedingly forthright and honest--and gave me a quote that was a full THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS less than the other company.
Normally, this is a red flag--however, it was in line with what I was expecting, so I booked him for the job.
Shane kept me updated every step of the way (it was delayed a few days due to recent rain) his guys showed up early in the AM as I had been told and they completed the job in one day.

When they were finished, they cleaned up the area and except for my beautiful new roof, you wouldn't be able to tell that they had ever been here! The reason I spelled it out so explicitly is because I can never emphasize enough to RESEARCH your options and choices, especially ladies. Research, research, research ratings and reviews and if something doesn't feel right to you, then search around. I guarantee that if i ever have future roofing needs, these guys will be the ones I call, and am referring him to friends and family, as well.

Absolutely fantastic service! Contacted Davis Contracting through Home Advisor when looking to install a metal roof over my porch. Very fast response and had Hunter Davis out within 2 days of my call. Prompt, professional, and answered all my questions (had quite a few) reassuring me that all would be done to my satisfaction. That was an understatement!

It far exceeded my expectations. The roofing crew was on time, worked quickly and precisely and the finished product was beautiful. They were respectful of the property and cleaned up everything! Couldn't be happier! Hunter Davis followed up the next day, and once more after that to make sure the job was done right and I was satisfied with their work.

A gentleman whose trade is in construction, stopped by our house and commented on the roof job. He asked what we paid for it and when we told him, he said we got a really good price. Submitted quote request on website on Sunday, got call and visit on Monday. Made decision Thursday night, roofers were onsight Monday. New roof was completed in 2.5 days - at competitive price with great quality shingles. Great crew that cleaned up well. Very happy with all aspects.

Shane came out in the pouring rain and tarped my roof to prevent further damage and has been very open to any questions and concerns. He replaced our roof very quickly and it looks great! I am so glad I used Davis contracting and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a huge pine tree fall on my house & within a couple of hrs of calling, Davis had a crew out there getting the tree off of my house & protecting the roof from any flooding. They put my roof on & it looks fabulous!!! Tore down my unsafe deck and built a sturdy porch! The crew was just the best!!
