We chose Icon Building Group to build our custom home in Vernon Hills. I'm so glad we made that decision as Charlie went above and beyond to get us in our dream home. Having a builder that is true to his word and reliable is so important! Charlie delivered on all his promises and we love the finish product. We've been in our home a few months and I'm so pleased that the company is just as responsive after the build is complete. We definitely recommend Icon for anyone looking to build a new home!

We chose ICON Building Group to build our custom home and very pleased with the experience. From quality workmanship to dealings, everything worked out to our satisfaction. Team members were awesome, enjoyed working with Angela - Lead Designer and especially our Project Managers - Tony and Kathryn. Despite some supply chain issues, ICON pulled through and we're now in our dream home. Not sure we would ever build another new home, but if we did ICON would be our choice - Highly Recommended!

We built a custom home with ICON and our experience was excellent. From contract to closing was 10 months as promised. We did customize the plans to our needs and wants and the final product did not disappoint. The finishes surpassed what we had hoped for a custom home. The employees were responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this builder if you are considering new construction.

Working with Icon was a great experience. Charlie and Jenny are not just good home builders but they have become our genuine friends. They worked with us every step of the way from design to codes to picking out the right finishes. The knowledge of everyone in the company was very impressive as we certainly didn't know what we were doing. We could not be any more pleased with how our dream home turned out.
On top of that any time there was a snafu Charlie would do whatever it took to make it right and make sure we were satisfied. He even offered to put us up in a 5 star hotel if our house wasn't finished before we needed to move out of our old house (which happily we did not need).
