Gus Gonzalez was the technician who came was to fix my air conditioner on my mobile home. He was very pleasant and knowledge. He was able to locate the issue quickly and resolved it quickly too. This is a very satisfied customer and I will be using them again for anything else that may arise. Job well done!

Antonio Sandoval, Mckay Biggler, Leo Castillo, Miguel Colima, and the rest of the team were very professional. They did a great job! They were really knowledgeable and made the repairs quickly. They not only repaired the damage but fixed the actual problem that was causing the damage. We had a different Company that previously repaired same type of damage in the same roof area but didn't fix the problem. We are very pleased with their work and would definitely call them again if we have any future roof issues.

A solar company seemed shady in demanding repairs, McKay came out and inspected the roof and showed us where the dates were on the wood to show estimated age. Our experience with Grandmark was less than ideal and I would not recommend this company. Our initial experience before work began was very good, with prompt replies from the company, a very quick start date and good communication. However, once the work began, the workers were careless and did not take any precautions to protect our plants and garden from falling roof debris.

The materials thrown off of the roof ended up knocking down branches off of our tree, severed multiple pieces off our our large cactus, and damaged almost all of our plants in the side yard, ultimately killing three of them. The workers also put their gear on top of some of the plants (rather than on the pavement next to the plants), which damaged many of them.

After asking the workers to please be more careful, I called the project manager to ask him to let the workers know that they should cover the plants to protect them and to put their gear literally anywhere else on the pavement n the yard and not on the plants. This was to no avail as this damage from gear and falling roof debris continued every day of the project, despite more pleas to the workers and the project manager to please be careful.

The workers even pulled three of our succulent plants that they destroyed out of the ground and threw them in the trash to try and hide the damage. Many of the roofing materials fell into our attic, and a nail and piece of wood fell into our house when we opened the whole house fan after the project ended. The company also overbilled us twice; the first invoice that we received charged us for new gutters that were never installed (this was after the old gutters were reinstalled incorrectly twice and rain water pooled at the top of the house, which could have caused more damaged if my husband had not noticed).

I truly believe this invoicing error was an honest mistake and the company issued a new invoice once we pointed out the mistake. It was more difficult to be forgiving when the second invoice also overcharged us for our deposit, and a new invoice was never issued after this error was pointed out. While the roofing work seems to be of good quality, I cannot recommend Grandmark because of their inability to complete the work in a professional manner.

Grand Mark did a superb job of replacing our old shingles, and installed not only a new roof, but added additional ventilation for the attic, added a new layer of blown insulation in the attic space, and installed new gutters over the main walkways around the house. At the end of every work day, they cleaned up all of the materials from around our yard.

The entire project took roughly a week to complete, and we are very happy with the work they performed. We have yet to need to use our air conditioning, as the interior temperature never gets above 75 degrees, thanks to the insulation and new GAF cool shingles they installed. If you need a new roof or gutter system installed, I highly recommend them.

Our roof was originally replaced by Cal Roofing which was later bought out by Grand Mark. Our patio roof was showing signs of rot and we reluctantly called the number we had for Cal Roofing for a possible warranty repair. We had a horrible experience with Cal Roofing however Grand Mark is definitely NOT Cal Roofing! The employees we spoke with were very cordial, responsive and helpful.

Even though the damage ended up being the fault of the painters who poorly reinstalled the rain gutters, McKay, after his inspection pointed out errors and still gave us a price break because we were returning customers. The employees who responded and completed the repairs were courteous and performed what appears to be a flawless repair. The guys that made the repairs pointed out their repairs, made sure we were satisfied before they left and left the property as clean as they found it. We will definitely recommend Grand Mark to anyone who needs repairs.

I called this company to help me with a roof repair when we had leaks and we scheduled a time for them to come look at my roof. They were late to our first appointment and ended up changing the date. They also missed the second appoint. Finally by the third time they showed up, late. We decided to go with them because we needed the work done asap because of the leaks.

This was the worse mistake we made. They took weeks to start the work, left my roof unfinished and only created more damage than already there. We saw all these amazing reviews and were excited to have someone who we thought we could trust get our roof done but it only became the worse nightmare we could imagine. Do yourself and your home a favor and stay away from these clowns.

Working with Brian was a pleasure. McKay was thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. He showed me all of the areas needing work. I requested a quote and was able to get appt quickly, got an estimate but when was scheduled for the repair, nobody showed up on the date that was scheduled.

Every step of the way Grandmark was simply amazing. Justin and Todd kept me informed throughout the whole process with updates on everything to even the smallest of detail. They provided pictures of my roof for my personal records and helped me decide the exact roofing I would want. They made the whole process of financing, getting a new roof and all the dry rot damage I had plus new gutters stress and worry free.

The installers showed up on time every day, and cleaned my property better than it was before they arrived! Extremely professional, detail oriented and quality work, the city inspector even commented on how good the roof looked after he inspected it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for roof or gutters. I am very glad that I decided to give them the contract to replace the old roof of my house. Not only did they redid the roof, but they also installed the Newly designed Solar Panels with it. It is seamless and looks wonderful, no worries about birds or pests taking residence underneath but also supposed to prevent common problem of water leaks through.

California roofing and solar just completed out new roof and it looks amazing. My husband and I really love the quality of the work and how everything matches together. The crew was very timely when working and cleaned up the area really well as well. It was great working with these guys! I was always able to get a hold of Carlos when I needed to talk to him, which is pretty rare with many contractors. His pricing was good and they were able to get to the job quickly and always showed up when they said they would. I highly recommend them!

After having roofing contractors come and check out the job and disappear forever without even giving me a price I had a bad job on a small roof repair and these guys were sent out buy another company and did a perfect repair and gave me a quote on the rest of the work which they got and did it perfectly, I will absolutely use them again.

Bid was competitive and the finished product looks great. Crew cleaned up each day. The only hold up of work was due to waiting for the city inspector, but job was still completed on time.
