I used Lyndsey Roofing for both a full roof replacement and new attic insulation. Mark was easy to work with as was the general office staff. They went the extra mile to help us choose colors by bringing us not only tile samples, but sending us to see various homes in the area they had done so we could see what the differences looked like on actual roofs.

They were more reasonably priced than most other companies we got estimates from but I did not feel they were skimping on the quality. The entire roof was installed in about 2 days even though a snow storm was approaching. While we had some minor issues that needed to be addressed in the clean up because of the storm, the owner was very responsive and made things right.

I share that because not only is doing a good job in the work important, but knowing the boss stands behind the quality is vital to being a happy customer. The attic that needed to be insulated was a real mess to contend with and was thrilled with the work they did. I would use them again.

- Contacted Lyndsey Roofing for gutter installation. This is not their specialty, but it's owner, Bill, spent a long time listening to my needs for gutters and gave my wonderfull advice where to purchase new rain gutters. They are clearly an organization that cares. Lyndsey is what a home construction professional should be; more concerned with their clients than themselves.

Lyndsey Roofing was great to work with and repaired my roof from leaking where my chimney went through the garage roof very promptly. I was very happy with the quality as they removed the necessary shingles to replace the damaged plywood and replaced the flashing, used snow and ice guard shielding, used top quality replacement shingles and put back the siding around the base of the chimney. They did all of this in approximately 6 hours. It looks great, and it no longer leaks! I will use them again for any future roofing needs and highly recommend them.

I recently hired Lyndsey Roofing to install flashing around a chimney and repair a leak that was causing quite a mess in my attic every time it rained. I got a few different estimates from roofers and the representative from Lyndsey was the only person to actually get on the roof and inspect the areas of concern. He gave me specific feedback on the issues and what they could do to address them.

After receiving a reasonable cost estimate from them we decided to move forward. Planning and scheduling the work was easy.the team in the office was professional and responsive and we were able to get the job on the calendar as soon as materials were available. The day of the repair work a team of three came to the house at 8:30 and were finished by 3:00.

They were courteous, professional, and left the house/yard looking good when they were finished. We had a major storm just days after the work was done and I had none of the issues I had been experiencing previously, so I'm very happy with the results. Lyndsey Roofing returned my request for an estimate quickly. There website was easy to understand. I haven't used this company for my roofing project due to shortage of funds, but will contact them when I'm ready to do so.

Called Lyndsey Roofing to get an estimate for a roof replacement. The price was very high, and they never returned my phone call when I had a question. Mark came to give the quote, and was here for all of 5 minutes after I spoke with him. didn't see him pull a ladder out to get onto the roof to get a proper inspection. and he never even knocked on the door to explain anything or tell me he was finished. he literally just disappeared.

When I received the proposal, the price was very high for a 2,000 sq ft home, and it stated he would not replace the roof over the 4 seasons porch, which is where I told him we had a leak. I called and spoke to the "owner" who said he would talk to Mark and call back. it's been over a week and no returned phone call. I feel as though I was taken of advantage of, or not taken seriously, because I'm a young woman, and my husband wasn't home when Mark came to give the inspection, or to deal with the company at all. Needless to say, I feel they were very unprofessional, and we will obviously be going with a different company to replace our roof.

This company did exactly what they told me they would do. They were neat and on time. the customer service and dealing with the office was wonderful. A really good experience! We highly recommend!

Lyndsey roofing all around was perfect! We did not have an easy roof to replace. Lots of valleys and bump outs they did an outstanding job! we had the gutters replaced also and the quality of product and installation exceeded our expectations! It was not inexpensive but I do believe his pricing was competitive. I did NOT feel as if I got ripped off in any way. I highly recommend Lyndsey roofing.

We have a nice new roof, skylight, and gutters thanks to Bill, Luis and the crew. Bill, the owner, is a real people person. It was a delight to work with him. He explains up front what the project will entail and what it is likely to cost. No surprises. The contract states in detail what work will be done. The crew is very skilled and efficient. The work only took them 2 days and they cleaned up everything thoroughly before they left. Bill coordinated the gutter work with E-Z Flow Gutters, another company that did a good job. I would definitely recommend Lyndsey Roofing.

First of all, Bill is a people person. He genuinely cares about doing the best job for his customers. He's a nice guy who is easy to talk to. He explains everything, gives an estimate based on the maximum amount of work that might be needed, asks a fair amount for work done. He responds promptly to questions and comes frequently to check on the progress of the work.

His crew is very efficient and well organized. In addition to redoing the roof, they installed a new skylight and bathroom fan vent. They did the job in two days and cleaned up everything thoroughly before they left. Bill also coordinates other aspects of the job, like bringing in a gutter company to install new gutters and recommending a carpenter for some interior finish work that is needed. He even suggested a landscaper I might consider. I would definitely recommend his company for any roofing work.

Bill was the only roofer I spoke with who took the time to really explain exactly what would need to be done from the start, that it was not going to be a one day job as some of the others had said, and as each additional issue was found on my older home he spoke with me and discussed what we needed to do. Part of my enclosed porch (leaked for years) actually fell in when they started to work on it.

They rebuilt it and while they do not do the interior cosmetic repair, he did get me a new door and had it installed. The crew working on my project were very professional, safety rules followed and hard workers. I got several estimates before choosing Bill and his was higher then the rest but I also had confidence that he was going to make sure it was done correctly. I would recommend Bill & Lyndsey Roofing to anyone but especially if you have an older home, they know how to deal with them.

His foreman and crew did excellent work and I am very happy with the result. Some roofers claim they can work with slate but don't have the experience that these guys do. Best group of people we have ever done business with. They did a great job on our rood as well as my parent's house. Both houses were damaged by storms and they came out the same day we called. They were very thorough in explaining everything including things the insurance company did not explain. The work crew was great. The owner explained all that needed to be done clearly both before giving a quote and during the project. His crew was courteous, hard-working, and knowledgeable. When the garage roof was discovered to have structural damage, they rebuilt it with speed and impressive craftsmanship. Both house and garage roofs were completed in difficult weather conditions while maintaining quality. The cleanup was excellent.

Bill immediately contacted us when I asked for roofers in the Hyde Park area. I am located in PA and I thought that would become a challenge. Not so; he came out and did an assessment on a weekend we were to be there (day after I called), had everything ready to go as to his products, what they do and was extremely thorough in describing the work to be done and costs.

He then as agreed had a contract ready to go. The workmanship was amazing and the time and estimates came in as estimated. They ran into some unknowns due to it being the original roof since inception and the installation at that time that was not viewable from the outside. The chimney had been leaking for some time and they rebuilt part of that also.

He immediately let us know and told us what they could do to solve the issues. The job was finished in a day extra due to that, but the quality of the work, integrity, up to date communications resulted in a wonderful job. We didn't know where to start so decided to try this website. Bill was so friendly and upbeat, while being extremely profession that the whole process was seamless and efficient to the end.
