Authentic Restoration is the best! I used this company after a tornado hit my home. They were easy to work with, great at communicating with my insurance company, and did a great job repairing my roof and completing indoor repairs as well. Highly recommend! These guys are great. Just had a roof installed and insurance covered the cost. I had 2 other roofing companies tell me that insurance WOULD NOT cover my roof. Nick and Jordan said that's ridiculous. Insurance WILL cover the cost. They got involved with my insurance company and guess what. new roof! Worked with me when my insurance company took their time about sending a check and waited til I had the money before they came to collect. I can't say enough that this company is 100%. Call them NOW if you need work done. I'll be recommending them. Thanks authentic!

*****STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AFTER 3 YEARS!***** I had my roof replaced in 2017 and I had a couple of singles with issues in 2020. They quickly came out and took care of me without any issues or push back. Is Great to know there is still great companies who stand behind their work and take care of their customers! I Highly recommended using them to anyone!

I had a very good experience with this company. Scott helped us every step of the way. He was here to speak with the adjuster after we had wind and hail damage on our roof. He also help us negotiate with the insurance company. He was so nice and knowledgeable. The roof looks great and the roofers were very professional. I will recommend Authentic restorations to my family and friends.

Authentic Restoration provided a great experience! Scheduling a roof inspection was quick and uncomplicated. I was connected to a specialist who works within my area and he was able to take a look at my roof within 2 days ( during the week of Christmas) of my request. Scott showed up at my home within the scheduled timeframe, was very professional, and knowledgeable-providing a detailed explanation of my roofing issues and presenting me with solutions. I will certainly use this company again.

Chris and his team were wonderful. Chris was professional, courteous and very helpful in our roofing decisions. He worked well with our insurance company to assist us in replacing our roof. We worked with Chris from Authentic Restoration on getting a new roof for our home and had a great experience. We went through insurance and Chris was such a big help in making sure he was there when the inspector showed up and telling us every step of the way. They were very honest, professional and did things in the timely manner. Great company to use. Would recommended them and use again if we ever need a new roof.

I contacted Authentic Restoration to have my roof inspected. I had a leak that had caused damage in an upstairs bathroom and bedroom. Alfred Pickett contacted me to schedule a date and time for the inspection. Alfred and Scott Bullard did the inspection and found that I had sustained hail damage. Based on this, they helped me to contact my insurance company and file a claim.
When the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof and interior damage, they met him at my house and went over the scope of damage. The adjuster informed me that the roof replacement would be covered! I received the initial payment within a week or two. Alfred was very patient with me while I selected a shingle I wanted to use. Once I selected the one I liked, he discussed the process with me and got me on the schedule.
In addition to the roof, the chimney had to be rebuilt as well. That part was not covered, but Authentic was able to handle that repair as well, and it was rebuilt using a fiber cement siding so it will last. The day before the install, the materials were delivered and the next day the crew showed up for the tear-off of the old shingles. Alfred showed up each day to check on things and ensure that no shingles landed in my koi pond in my back yard.
The team finished in a couple of days, and the chimney was completed the following week. The new roof looks great and it really has enhanced the exterior of my home! I hope I don't have any problems for a long time, but if I do, I will definitely call Alfred and Authentic Restoration!

Lance contacted our insurance company to prepare a legitimate damage claim, which was approved.
Lance managed and coordinated the shingle replacement for us, our insurance company and his repair crew. Our roof is very steep and has four dormers.
We had very little time commitment and Lance did the rest. Our out-of-pocket cost was our homeowners insurance deductible and a shingle upgrade we chose. Our unfinished attic had roof debris and our yard had a few nails that we picked up. But overall we were very satisfied and recommended Authentic Restorations to neighbors and nearby family.
