It was a joy to work with J&J Builders. They were helping my sister in Jupiter get her flat roof repaired. My sister has memory problems, so it was important that she deal with a company that is first of all ethical, secondly honest, and thirdly, patient. I live in Missouri and was only able to help my sister in this project with telephone calls and emails. Thus, I was in regular contact with John Miranda of J&J.

We used J&J for roof replacement for 24 villas in Royal Palm beach a few years ago along with gutter replacement and could not be happier with all aspects and quality of workmanship, when I moved there was no question who we use to place our roof needed, only delay was with supply of shingles needed. JJ Quality Builders recently installed a new barrel tile roof and seamless gutters on my parents home in West Boca Raton. Without exception, I found the JJ team; from the office staff to the professionals that completed the installation, all maintained the highest standards of workmanship and integrity.and I'll admit that I'm a stickler for perfection.

The office staff maintained good communications throughout the process and my parents could not be happier with their new roof and gutters. We hired JJ Quality Builders for the re-roofing of our house in Palm Beach. Not a simple task or something that any family would take lightly, we had heard of good experiences from neighbors so decided to trust them with the task, and we can't be happier we did it! Definitely JJQB met and exceeded all our expectations. Their team demonstrated to have the experience, knowledge, execution and, specially: kindness at each step and aspect of the process.

On our 1st visit their member told us "I'm going to give you a new roof". It sounded personal, and it's been delivered as such! JJQB not only worked the roof, their professional project oriented team took us by the hand through each required steps of the process, always giving us options, professional advise and high quality execution. We had to be absent during a big part of the project, we were very concerned about this situation and feared things could fail without us there, however their team made us feel like we were present.

They are super communicative: email, phone or even visiting. they always kept us informed on time and with all detail. And execution was properly planned, scheduled and delivered! There's a famous ad which now we feel describes perfectly JJQB: Like a Good Neighbor, they are always there! Danny knocked on my door from JJ quality builders he told me that they were working on the roof around the corner which turned out to be true believe it or not! Danny then advises me that he could replace our roof and add gutters for the price that other roofing companies were given just to replace the tiles. After we agreed to get a roof from JJ quality builders we were greeted by their wonderful office staff. Taylor and Tyler has been a pleasure to talk to as well both of whom answered and returned my calls whenever I had a question comment or concern all were courteous.

Even during the lumber shortage and the price hikes JJ quality builders still honored their contract prices. Danny checked up and and to tell us what to expect step by step on the project and called to ensure I was getting everything we agreed upon. We hired them for a compete roof replacement. From day one they were very organized, clean during execution, respectful of the living in the property. Attention to detail really surprised me. From the wood repairs to the end finishing, corners, dripping edges, it was really all well done. The quote was cost competitive. The final report after completion was also detailed and very professional.

My wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism and quick responses from the entire JJ Quality Team throughout the re-roof process. We felt extremely comfortable from start to finish. Each step was well documented and they were quite flexible on the tear-off date to coincide with our ability to travel to our home to be there while this step was being completed.

There was some interior repairs to take care of and JJ Quality brought in a separate professional team to complete that work. We were very pleased with the finished roof! Would highly recommend JJ Quality to others.

Our 22 year old roof was showing signs of wear & tear and small water stains we starting to form on our ceilings after the last pressure cleaning so we decided we needed a new roof. I contacted several companies for bids and all we fairly close to one another but decided to go with JJ Quality Builders after not only being very impressed with their professional approach when sitting down and going over options for price and materials but the many positive reviews they received online.

My feeling could not have been more correct, the entire staff from start to finish were excellent in every way. The installation crew, the project Mgr Mike Swietanski, all the people working in the office. They all were there to help make sure everything was done right and on time from start to finish. Even when Covid first hit, they were always in communication giving us updates on progress.

I want to give a special thanks to Taylor and Tyler for being there to always help me with any questions or concerns.and to Rubin, dude you are a star! The quality of work far exceeded my expectations and we could not be more pleased.also the gutter company JJ Builders uses were fantastic. We had all new gutters replaced around the house which came out beautiful.

I can't tell you how many positive compliments we have received from our neighbors on our new roof and gutter system. If anyone is considering a new roof replacement and are unsure of choosing a contractor, I can highly recommend J.J. Quality Builders to do a great, great job for you.

We are so happy we chose JJ Quality Builders for our roof replacement. They were always on time and constantly kept in contact with us. The employees that worked on our roof were polite, thoughtful and cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day. In the past we had heard horror stories from our neighbors about the companies they used for their roof replacement so of course we had been extremely worried when choosing a company.

We were shocked at how wonderful JJ was and have highly recommended them to all our friends and neighbors. I can honestly say our roof replacement was a breeze and it was all due to the excellent service and employees of JJ.

JjQB Crew arrived early to prepare for the job, once they started they were quickly and efficiently, and when they finish they make sure everything is clean up.

They were not the cheapest, but I definitely made the right choice. They completed the entire job in two days!

My old review from 2018: James's guys went an extra mile on my very old roof repair over a year ago. Would like to get the new aluminum roof as was advised by them back then but they seem to be super busy now! January 2020 update: One year anniversary of my amazing new aluminum roof from JJ QB! Thank you, I sincerely appreciate the amount of care that James and his company put into this.

Great experience. Top notch company. Everyone associated with the company was extremely professional and efficient. James the owner, Tyler and Dani at the office were all great. Easy to communicate with, and prompt. The crew was fantastic. All aspects of the job were performed on time, and with quality in mind. I would highly recommend this company.

We secured multiple bids. JJ was not the highest nor the lowest, but was competitive and provided the best value for the money. Their people were courteous, skilled, knowledgable and thorough. Outstanding work. Cleaned up every day. The office crew was also excellent. I would highly recommend them.

We called to have our hurricane damaged siding replaced on 1 side of house- after their very thorough assessment & photos- also had 2 roof valleys, cracked tiles & chimney leak repaired- ended up also replacing 2 additional sections of siding. Looks great, doesn't leak & they were great about communicating & working w/ us on change orders. It took awhile to get estimate, but once work began, went quickly

Even with hurricane, they always kept me up to date on schedule. It was the experience you hope to have when you have a roof problem.

They your timely and work very hard. In all the heat I was amazed how they could work in it. And they were very fair on the price.

They came on short notice to inspect roof leak and provide a reasonable quote which they honored, even though the job wound up being a little more extensive than expected. Repair team showed up on time and worked non-stop through the day until the repair was complete. Good attitudes, competent, efficient, nice people from top to bottom. Highly recommend!!

James and his crew arrived on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They were polite, and they were efficient.

My large patio roof had been leaking in many areas for quite some time. James came out and assessed the repairs which were reasonable. I had shingles replaced around the parameter of the roof, rotted wood repaired under the shingles that were connected to the patio roof and the entire roof sealed. That same day it rained very hard. I had one tiny area where water was dripping.

I notified Sandra at JJ Builders who responded immediately and actually sent someone out to my house in the rain. The very next morning early, there they were, the two roofers who spent a few hours to make certain everything was correct. My roof upheld the storms that just passed and I would highly recommend this company. In fact, I recommended them to my neighbors who also had patio roof leaks.
