The crew was incredible. Everything on time. Keeps you posted about everything. Any questions everyone eager to explain. Clean up is great. Passed inspections with no problems.

Jason and his crew did a great job patching a leak that two other contractors had not been able to fix. They replaced a few tiles and left everything looking much nicer than before.

Jason at Harptop Roofing is a phenomenal contractor. He made the process of getting my roof repaired a breeze. He gave all prices (reasonable) up front, personally came to my home to get all the paper-work done, and handled all interactions with Miami-Dade permitting. He was always in communication via phone or text and always let me know if something was holding him back. He corrected all issues without problems. This company; I have to say is exceptional. Living in Miami we come across many unlicensed workers and unfortunately many unprofessional people. I must say, I was very impressed with how professional Jason ( owner), and his employees were when they re did my roof last month. First, Jason came ON TIME to the appointment date we scheduled; Jason speaks both English and Spanish in which was a plus for me. One came by and gave me a ridiculously overpriced estimate. The next came by and was nice enough and suggested the work was easy enough that I could do myself, then proceeded to offer me an overpriced estimate for the work.

The last was Hardtop Roofing. BEST experience ever. Jason Garcia was a professional businessman from the start. He came by to examine my roof leak as well as the other work I needed done. He provided a very fair estimate beating the other's prices but I knew his estimate was fair. His team came and repaired my leak, resurfaced a flat roof (my last roofing company did a poor job) and he explained exactly how to do it right and the process and materials his team would use.

He also estimated to replace 10 to 15 cracked/broken tiles. Over a 2-day period they completed the work, took pictures to show me afterwards. They did far more work than was in the bid and yet charged me the same amount of $$. They reviewed their work with the photos and he gave me a an assessment of the past work done on the roof and the remaining life in it. Again, very honest.

I have a load of experience working with contractors after a major renovation project and great contractors are hard to find. This company deserves your business and you will be very happy you chose Hardtop Roofing over all the other companies. If you choose them, you really chose the best for quality, price, and service.

It's been six months since Jason and his terrific team of workers replaced our roof. Although we have had extremely wet weather since, the roof has no leaks. Every step of the process was done in a methodical and efficient manner. I appreciate that he didn't rush the work when the roof was wet, but waited for it to dry so that it would adhere properly.

It is rare that I am totally satisfied with home improvement projects, but I can honestly say that his team is tops! So if you're looking for quality at a competitive price give him a call.
