So this company just finished a job at my house. Despite their name this job had nothing to do with roofing. It did however entail every other surface on the outside of the house and a little on the inside. They removed and replaced all of the siding, all windows including cellar windows, cellar bulkhead, rear deck and side entrance stairway. They also wrapped all of the wood in aluminum to make the exterior paint free.

I must say their attention to detail was amazing everything they did came out perfect. Brian the owner and his entire crew was great to work with. Once the job was started there was someone on the job every workable day until the job was done. I highly recommend this company. I have included a before and after picture of the back of the house.

Brocks deserves a 10, even on this 5-point scale, for the beautiful job they did on our Wareham home. Not only was the roof installed impeccably, but they went out of their way to take care of details (e.g., repainting our ugly exhaust stacks) that lesser contractors would have ignored. Moreover, they replaced all of our rotten wood trim with brand new white PVC trim that will last for decades.

In so doing, they noticed carpenter ant damage on one of the walls of our sunroom. The crew cut out the previously-infested wood, reinforced the stud wall with fresh wood, and installed flashings, wraps, and sealers so that the room will be protected from the elements for years to come. I should write more about their fair pricing, courteous service, craftsmanship, and professionalism; however, I've run out of time and space. Suffice it to say that Brocks Building is the only logical choice for your next roofing project.

Brocks roofing did a great job on my house in Parkwood beach. The owner came out and with samples for different style roofs and colors. He gave me his professional opinion on what style roofing shingle we should use and it came out perfect. Big shout out to Brocks roofing thank you again.

We had a huge roof leak, after a couple estimates that didn’t seem right, Brian was referred to us by a friend. He inspected the roof twice and found I didn’t need the roof replaced after all! Flashing around 2nd floor windows and roof flashing that was installed poorly / incorrectly was the problem. Brian and his team saved me thousands of hard earned $. Very clean and professional.
