We hired Advanced Roofing to replace our roof and install gutter guards. The work was completed on the scheduled day and we are very satisfied customers. I called them because of their High BBB rating. The salesperson did a great job explaining the process and options. I called back about 10 days later to sign the contract and talk with the owner.

I called after the last hurricane with roof damage and water leaking into my house. I called many different companies to come out and they just walked the roof, never even looking inside. They just tried to sell me a new roof wouldn't even give me an option price on repair! I then contacted Advanced roofing and they came out and did an inspection of the roof, inside the house, as well as the attic taking pictures to show me exactly where it was leaking and what it looked like in areas i couldn't see first hand.

They gave me a detailed list of the all the repairs they were going to make and how they were going to do it and the cost. I was even more impressed that the man that came to the house and inspected everything was the same man that fixed my roof. They didn't just contract it out to someone else. They started the next day and finished everything and cleaned up that day. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work done!

Jorge and Tim of Advanced Roofing Solutions did an outstanding job repairing and preforming general maintenance on my roof. They do quality work at a fair price. Jorge was able to identify flaws in my roof that several contractors missed that could have been costly if not addressed. Although it wasn't a huge job they made feel as if I was priority one which was greatly appreciated.

The team was super-helpful and gave us info about our issue and a range of pricing: do it quick but we will need to come back, or do it well and it will last for 10 years. I got estimates from 6 different roofing companies.they were not the lowest bid I received but they had the best labor warranty and great reviews from the BBB.Jose and the crew arrived early and finished the same day. The owner stayed in touch with me during the job and came and had a final inspection to make sure I was satisfied with the job.he even fixed my chimney at no extra cost. Tim, the owner, was very responsive and worked with us to get all roofing, gutter installation, siding and more all repaired and in tip top shape. His crew cleaned up everything and was quick to get on the job and finish. They even sent photos as they progressed as this was a rental that I could not physically be there to see myself. I'd recommend this company as they did what they said they would do and followed through.
