From start to finish, Klaus Roofing went above and beyond for us! They provided us with a detailed estimate for our garage roof, house roof, and gutters prior to any work being done. They explained exactly what would happen and when. The crew was highly professional and installed both our garage roof and house roof in the same day. Sales person Ryan Hoppenjan did a great job of explaining the products and services. I had talked to other roofing company's but Ryan did a great job of explaining the difference in the shingles the better nails the ice and water protection none of the other company's I talked to took the extra time to explain or let me know how or why your products were detter. Nick the on site manager did a great job of explaining step by step what they were doing his communication was great also after they were finished they did a fine job of cleaning the yard. I would highly recommend Klaus roofing to my friends thank you.

I was most impressed initially by their honesty. They were the 10th roofer i interviewed and the only HONEST one. After I signed the contract, the project manager kept me informed of every step of the process and progress along with plan B if the weather was not cooperative. They were impeccable about cleaning up after they left. Not so much as a spare nail left behind. One of the most impressive companies that I have ever worked with.
