From start to finish The Roof Mentors was amazing. They were very thorough throughout the entire process. Shawn was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He gave frequent updates on the progress and made sure all details were addressed. He was very quick at assessing our roof and made submitting an insurance claim easy. He was very prompt with answering every question I had at any time.

We had a little setback with the insurance approval and once that came through everything was quickly scheduled. We are very pleased with the quality of our beautiful new roof and highly recommend The Roof Mentors.

The Roof Mentors took care of all insurance coordination after hailstorm. They were there when insurance adjuster did inspection and explained the itemized estimate. The whole team was extremely responsive and accessible by phone, text or email. The whole roof replacement took 1 day. They arrived at 0630 to tarp and cleaned up everything by 1630. The biggest things I noticed were: 1.

They used a larger crew split into teams to optimize time while maintaining quality. Other roofers use smaller crews that add time to the job. 2. A project manager circulated between jobs throughout the day to QA/QC during the build. 3. Cleanup was impeccable. It was like they were never there. A QC guy follows up next day to magnet sweep and check the build. 4. Minimally invasive preparation.

The shingles were delivered day of job. There were no pallets or equipment to navigate prior or after work hours. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I absolutely recommend roof mentors to turn a stressful event easy. They did 100% roof replacement, upgraded my attic ventilation, and never asked me for money beyond the insurance and deductible payments.

The Roof Mentors completed a residential roofing project for my family in Fayetteville recently. The guys at Roof Mentors did a wonderful job. They went above and beyond any expectations. Some of the material needed to complete the job was delayed and not the contractors fault. They advised me on different material options. I am glad I went with another material. It was in stock and of better quality than what I previously selected. I ran into Kenny doing an assessment on another roof, he cam and assessed ours the same day and got us approved for a full replacement. The site managers Daniel, Casey and Christian were very professional and good to us. The crew tore our old roof off and installed a new one same day. They answered any question we had and left us feeling confident.

Even weeks after installing the new roof they came to check up on us and see if we had any questions. If I ever need something for our roof again I would call them back first.

The Roof Mentors LLC were absolutely great. Devin stopped by our church and offered their services because the roof was in bad shape. We spoke and he went up on the roof took measurements and gave us a quote with no pressure. A couple of months went by and I reached out to him. We entered into a contract that was very reasonable. Within a few days they were on it.

The crew was on site prompt and early at 6am and worked until it was completed at 9pm. Christian the foreman was nice and pleasant and very informative. Where to start with The Roof Mentors I have no clue. Well from start to finish it was the easiest company I have dealt with ever. Kenny & Francesca were super professional and informative about everything from the beginning. They helped me tremendously with the insurance company and made my life easy. When it came to the build, Chris was on top of every detail and his builders are incredible, they were super professional and amazing group of guys.

The roof came out perfect and having Chris come back around the next day to check for nails and all debris was picked up by the crew. If i could give a 10 I would not hesitate. Cannot wait till I have to change my gutters to go with The Roof Mentors for that job as well.

The Roof Mentors exceeded my expectations, as a result, I give them 5 stars for professionalism, quality, communication, organization, and most of all, reliability. After the many storms that rolled by in our area, in November of 2020, we discovered a leak under our porch which prompted me to search for a roofing company. I contacted 4 different companies around the Fort Bragg, NC area which I'm glad we made the right decision and chose The Roof Mentors.

On my first meeting with Hector, he arrived prepared with a ladder and did not hesitate to go up on our roof to inspect where the leak was coming from; which he was the only one able to replicate it by using our garden hose. Upon a more thorough inspection, he and another one of his colleagues discovered many warped and missing shingles. They provided us with photos in order to submit a claim to our homeowner's insurance company.

The workmanship and the products they offer are of high quality at reasonable prices with a wide selection of colors and styles to choose from. Throughout the entire process, Hector, as well as, Christian attended to all of our questions and concerns. Hector assisted us in dealing with our insurance company when necessary by following up with pictures, estimates, and speaking with our insurance claim adjuster for clarification.

Christian along with his crew demonstrated great work ethics, they were organized, hardworking, and efficient. As we all know, sometimes things do not go as planned. Towards the end of the roof install we ran into a slight issue with some minor damages to our screened patio from falling debris, but Hector, and Christian, worked swiftly to resolve the situation properly. Overall, we had a positive experience. The Roof Mentors did a fantastic job. A job that was done efficiently, and done right by this reputable company. One of the best experiences I've had doing business with a company. so professional, courteous, and respectful. From estimate to build, you are kept updated and informed. Christian and his crew did amazing work. The personal touch is what sold me. They were able to come check out my roof very quickly to check out the leaky areas and was even able to temporarily fix it until they are able to come back out to completely fix it!
